Always lovely service and it’s in a great location

Now it seems it’s a family hotel, the dynamics round the pool have changed, can no longer get a sunbed after 9…the relaxed feel of the place was what first attracted me to the hotel, I’m unsure whether to book again for next year

I recently stayed at Fergus for my birthday, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel went out of their way to make me feel special — they left a cute birthday card in my room and invited me to enjoy complimentary cava. Such a thoughtful touch! However, when I went to redeem the cava at the pool bar, things took a weird turn. The front desk had told me to head to the pool bar, so I did, feeling excited. One of the bartenders (a man) was super friendly, wished me a happy birthday, and started to serve the cava. Meanwhile, the female bartender gave me major attitude — she didn’t even say happy birthday and acted as if I was asking for something outrageous. She abruptly stopped the other bartender, stepped aside to make a phone call, and told me (quite coldly) that I needed to go inside to the main bar to get it. When I tried to clarify how to pay or if I could just handle it right there, she gave conflicting answers and continued to be dismissive. It honestly felt unnecessary and uncomfortable — especially for something meant to be a kind birthday gesture. In the end, I didn’t even bother using the free cava, and that’s fine — I didn’t need it. But the attitude and lack of clear communication really took away from an otherwise amazing stay. Besides this incident, the hotel itself was wonderful: beautiful spaces, friendly staff (aside from this one moment), and great vibes overall. Tip for management: Please ensure all staff are on the same page about guest perks and that they approach guests with kindness — especially when it’s supposed to be a celebratory moment. A little warmth goes a long way. Thank you for making most of my birthday memorable. With some small service tweaks, this hotel can truly be a 10/10 experience.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel and rate it 100%! 😁 from the friendly staff to the food and flexibility of the restaurants, to the entertainment facilities. Also have to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms with very friendly staff who are there to help make your stay even more pleasant. Apart from this the hotel is conveniently located in one of the most popular areas of Ibiza, right next to the most famous clubs/hotels and well you also have the Hard Rock Hotel nearby with musical performances on a daily basis to give you that Ibiza spirit 🤘

The only thing I could mention which would require a little improvement for more advanced fitness enthusiasts, would be the gym equipment. A few more dumbbells above the 10kg would be very helpful for those that do strength training and would like to maintain their level of fitness whilst on holiday. Still it has everything you need to keep fit. Other than this minor improvement, the facilities are excellent and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a trip to Ibiza. I will most definitely be returning every time I visit the Island.

+Pool area was great, good depth to the pool and lots of loungers. +All inclusive breakfast had a good variety. +AC was good and a welcome relief after the heat of Ibiza.

-Food options for non all-inclusive were a little steep, 30 euros for a buffet lunch was extreme. -The bed being two single beds, rather than a double left it a little uncomfortable. -The need to 'hire' a towel and again 'hire' an iron, unsure if it's due to location/previous issues, but for a '4*' Hotel, this was very odd.

The best thing is that the hotel is in front of the beach with a direct and private access! It has a nice pool, but with a sea like that I don't know.. The breakfast is a buffet with a nice variety. You can dinner also, and it's again buffet style with a great variety and affordable. Better than go eat in the streat. It has a place to shower after checkout, very nice so you can relax at the very last minute. Next to the main disco, if you are in that type of thing.

That day the elevator was not working but at the next day they were working. The hotel even though it's very near of the airport, you still have to go with a taxi (ask reception) if you don't have a car because the bus is a nightmare.. The hotel is always busy and crowded with teenagers

Really nice hotel. Some rooms are a bit dark and dingey, some are great. But the rest of the facilities are fantastic and the location is superb. I'm not sure on his name, but big shout out to the customer service guy who assisted me with my concerns about our room, and also organized for happy birthday balloons & banners to be placed in our room for my partners birthday.

The "superior" room with the hot tub didn't quite feel like an extra 500 euro's worth.

it was fablous, we went to celebrate friends 40th and 50th birthday. Really enjoyed the stay. Had so many breakfast options food quality was nice, they also make it fresh if you ask them. Really enjoyed the stay in the night, they had there own DJ and it was too good. it was 10 min away from the city centre but very close to the aiport. But it was manageable by taxi. really enjoyed, wil highlighy recommend.

the guys at the bar was bit harsh but other then that has not issuses.

It was very chilled which was nice, staff were friendly and helpful, it was ideal location and accommodative for our group. The shower had good pressure which was lovely.

The pictures on the website make the rooms look better than they were, my room 2024, the bed wasn’t very comfy and there were a few defects with the room such as something has leaked from the air-con in the past and stained the wall, marks on the walls where things have banged them.

We stayed here last year for the same week, really enjoyed it and found the location, food, facilities really good. Hotel is really nice in terms of the above and would highly recommend.

This year, the hotel was double the price of last year and no idea why, nothing has changed other than it was fully booked this year. Our only issue is the pillows are extremely thin and horrible, have 2 still isn't enough - that was our biggest gripe about the stay.

Location was right on the beach.. If you are there to go to ushuaia or Hi it is right across the street. Touristy area with food in walking distance. Parking was easy. Pool areaa were beautiful with lots of chairs. Nice balcony on our room. Great water pressure in the shower.

The beds were horrible you can feel the springs, only a sheet and smallest pillow I've ever been given. 2 tiny single beds that wouldn't stay together they slide and squeak.. I'm couldn't sleep with my spouse. The lighting is horrible and AC barely works
