Renata and Davide at the poolside bar were just fantastic. So helpful, friendly and attentive. The vibe at the pool with the DJ and bar is so relaxing and a nice contrast from the craziness of Bossa nightlife

We had a few issues with theft which sadly is not uncommon in Ibiza but we didn’t let this affect our holiday. However one receptionist (we won’t name him but he works in the afternoon) was so unhelpful, rude and almost defensive about this. He made us feel bad for even asking for guidance. A shame as he really tainted such a great hotel. However the female receptionists working in the morning are so lovely, huge thanks to them

Great location, really nice rooms, vanity mirror for makeup and a decent hairdryer, really great staff in reception, bar, restaurant, all very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean all round, lovely pool and Sunbed area, pool bar closed at 7 so nice and quiet at night unlike everywhere else nearby. Pool/beach towels provided daily and decent shampoo, shower gel and body lotion and clean towels daily.

The only think I didn’t like was the breakfast wasn’t that great, the scrambled eggs had no flavour, totally tasteless and oily, the omelettes were really oily, couldn’t eat them, tried to explain this but to no avail, asked to be cooked in butter, just added more oil! The fresh fruit selection was good and the boiled eggs were nice, a good selection of breads and cereals and cheese and ham etc so didn’t go hungry. Plus there was a nice place to the left of the hotel for a decent breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Amazing location, so close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. Amazing pool area, amazing reception staff. Aesthetically pleasing hotel. I read reviews stating you had to pay to use the sun lounges by the pool and pay for pool towels which is incorrect they are free. The only lounges you have to pay for are the cabanas which are 30 euro but you get that back in food and drinks.

The air conditioning in the room 134 felt like evaporative cooling rather than refrigeration. We had it set to 17 degrees and it wasn’t that cool, everything felt really damp and humid and we got hot during the night despite the aircon being set to 17.

The English lady on reception is lovely all the staff are so helpful and I overslept on my final night and she let me stay in the room a little longer which was a lovely tour it’s quiet but music round the pool rooms are lovely cleaned every day centre of bossa can’t really ask much more pool is nice cocktails are nice food is great breakfast is lovely nice selection for all none dairy and dairy options

Brilliant hotel, in a really good location about a 5/10 minute walk to the clubs, little shop just around the corner. Breakfast is good. This is our second time at the hotel this year for my friends birthday- Lynda (seemed to work in the morning) upgraded us to a suite and sent us a bottle of champagne! Cannot fault the staff at all, they have always been helpful and nice. Food and drinks through the day are great, and the dj by the pool was even better! Would stay here again over other more expensive hotels in the area.

Hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit rubbish, took me about 30 mins to dry one side of my hair!

Location was perfect, very close to the beach and Ushuaïa which is where we were heading. All the staff were super friendly. Hotel has a chilled vibe

Clean hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, Lynda and Paul were exceptional in helping with places to eat, ordering taxis and general information. Marco was very helpful in arranging a late check out for us. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Decent amount of sun loungers not over crowded around the pool. We stayed end of September for closing parties. Kettle available in the deluxe rooms only. Deluxe room included access to your own sun bed directly outside your room. Decent breakfast included. Round the corner from all the amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lack of mirrors /dressing area to get ready. No socket near the large mirror to plug in appliances for hair. Luckily we had our own little mirrors so didn’t get impacted by this too much.

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times and going back again in September! We absolutely love the vibe of this property and can't fault it in any way. Fantastic customer service from Paul and Lynda Just make you feel so welcome and looked after. If we ever had any issue, it was solved straight away, and we could always count on their assistance. Great pool, clean rooms, and fabulous strawberry daiquiris €. Location is perfect, very close to the beach but also walking distance from ushuaia and hi if you fancy a little bit of a party. Looking forward to our next stay at Vibra bossa flow 💯

i may say that i will come back someday and it will be the same hotel! it was really great in every aspect, the room was clean and they cleaned it and fill it with towels without even asking, on daily base of course, the price to value ratio i think it will the best in that area, it's about three minutes from the main street and from the Playa d'en Bossa beach, if you do a little research you'll understand that this is the main place to be in Ibiza! so really enjoyed our time, room, breakfast, location, everything, thank a lot, muchas gracias!

Breakfast was full buffet including cooked and continental and was lovely. The location was amazing with a short walk to the clubs. Dj around the pool on weekends. Prices for drinks and lunch around the pool was very reasonable. Staff are very friendly we were gifted a bottle of fizz for a birthday we celebrated from the lovely Lynda on reception she was FAB!

No lift to carry luggage upstairs. Air con didn’t work very well in the rooms we had to change room but was fine in the second room.
