I liked the location of this property on one of the main streets of Bossa close to the top clubs. We had all facilities around us like supermarket, pharmacy, shops, cafes. We had daily cleaning and change of towels everyday. We paid for a 2 bed apartment but it had a sofa bed which was good to fit two other people which was great. We had a mini soap kit in the kitchen, a toaster and a kettle. The venue had 24hrs reception and also had club tickets. They have a luggage room and also allowed us to swim and take a shower after our check out which allowed us to enjoy the rest of the day given we had a late flight. Overall great experience, fit exactly my needs for my stay in Ibiza, I will definitely be back.

We loved the location, the room was a good size and the staff were lovely! We didn't use the pools but we definitely would have got in if we had the time! I would stay here again.

We would have loved more mirrors, maybe a long one in the bedroom whilst getting changed and a bright mirror light in the bathroom? That would have been perfect! Also we found the room to be clean, but not spotless. The sofa had some marks on it and there were some things underneath the sofa where its been swept under rather than swept up. We also had a lot of tiny ants in our room. Overall we were happy with our stay and would like to see how they improve the hotel over the next year!

Our stay here was fantastic, I can’t fault anything. This was my first time here in Ibiza and the location of this hotel was central and easy walking distance to main clubs. The hotel room was clean and the daily cleaning was an extra touch. The room was provided with most basic essentials you need and it was great to have a microwave and basic cups and kitchen items. Gabriella on reception was amazing. She always had a happy and positive attitude and went the extra mile to help us with any questions. The cleaners left our room looking fantastic it was always nice to come home to our room after a day out. Will most definitely book here again.

Very pleasant room, with ample space and a balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities were good and the staff were lovely and helpful. The cleaning service was also very good.

There could have been some more useful cooking utensils (it only came with a big salad bowl, no serving bowls, no tongs etc.). And condiments like salt, pepper and sugar would have been useful instead of guests having to buy a whole package of each.

From the moment we arrived, the staff especially Gabriella was amazing, lovely to be meet with a very professional, friendly receptionist, with a lovely smile and kind personality. The apartment was fabulous, spacious, clean, in a great location, will highly recommended this property to friends and family. Keep up the good work, and thanks again Gabriella for all your help, you are a credit to the property, I hope they really appreciate all the work you do.

The location is great close to the bars and clubs and safe!

I really enjoyed my stay the property the front desk staff were friendly. Anna made my birthday weekend and stay at the hotel very pleasent. She was helpful and informative. I really appreciate her hospitality. I will definitely return 🎉

- Great location, within walking distance of Ushuaïa, Hï, but not right in there. - Good inside facilities: bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, fridge, sofa bed, wardrobe. - Pool is decent.

- Dated furniture and infrastructure. - Not the cleanest at check-in (e.g. dust on the shelves). - The iron I borrowed from reception did not work.

Good location, good air con

I’m writing to inform you that our hotel room was broken into, and during the incident, the shower screen was also broken. We were understandably shaken by what happened and decided to leave the hotel for our own safety. Please let us know how you wish to proceed.

Great location, staff were lovely and the rooms were cleaned daily. Gabriella on reception was great and nothing too much trouble, always had a smile on her face!

The rooms were a bit small with not much space to put our things, would have been good to have some draws - there were 3 of us in a room though .

Pros: - best position if you want to easily move around clubs and close-by beaches (walking distance/ taxi) - taxi station in front of the hotel - very clean, new and large bedrooms (including AC) - nice swimming pool to chill - very kind and professional staff, shoutout to Gabriella for her professionalism, the tips shared and for making our stay excellent
