Loved the size and comfort of the room, the lovely products in the bathroom, the use of the minibar, the beautiful surroundings of the hotel itself with pools and bars. Great selection of food in Capricho restaurant. Staff very professional and helpful. When we needed a taxi, the service was instant. I particularly liked that on check out day, if you needed to wait around a while, you were at liberty to use the facilities until 4pm. That was a huge plus for me due to a late flight.

Unfortunately as soon as I stepped into my room I could smell that someone had previously smoked in that room, despite it being a non smoking.. The smell of cigarette smoke had permeated the soft furnishings. The hallways smelled gorgeous with whatever freshener they used, just a pity the room smelled stale. I didn't like the choice of house wines. Very acidy in taste and not always the same selection at each bar. If only I'd known to book el Gaucho and Helios restaurants as soon as I checked in. Unfortunately they were fully booked by the time I checked with the butler.

The food was exceptional good for a all-inclusive hotel. There were always lots of healthy and tasty vegetables and salads. A broad choice of fruits. Also great fish, chicken and meat. For someone preferring a low carb diet it was very enjoyable. The gym was always open. Nice cleaning lady that helped me with another pillow. And cold drinking water always available in the hallway.

Noisy people in the hallway, drinking too much and argue on some moments in the evening The standard pillows are too thick, they should have more choices in pillows. The minibar was not refilled in the week, even i asked for it.

We paid for all inclusive, when trying to book dinner for the 3 nights we stayed we could only book one night then were told all restaurants were booked out and we could go on a wait list. We were able to have dinner on the last night then when we arrived the restaurant was empty. It was a shame as we didn't want to leave the hotel at all for our honeymoon and had to leave to purchase food when we expected to just stay at the hotel and enjoy our honeymoon together

Alcohol selection

We had the most amazing stay at TRS Ibiza Hotel, the staf is so friendly and helpful. The service of Juan Carlos from the butler service and Mariana from the house keeping is just PERFECT! Mariana is such a kind person and welcomed us so nice from the first moment we arrived. Juan Carlos helped us with everything we needed and requested. We will definitely come back!

The only remark we can give is after a stay of 5 nights at the hotel, a late check out (15h instead of 13h) would have been much appreciated. Unfortunately this was not possible even when we knew the room is not occupied the same night.

We couldn’t complain about anything. The cocktails were fabulous and the food was very varied and delicious 😋 x The rooms were lovely and a really comfy bed. With everything you could want - lovely shower gel, is lotion etc The staff around the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I could really say was there wasn’t much entertainment of an evening but that was because everyone was off out to the bars and clubs in the surrounding area and so I could understand why there wasn’t but I didn’t realise that when booking. Also if you arrive after 12 noon it may be difficult to get a sunbed but there aren’t any issue after that . I always get up early but there were sunbeds available well after 9am every day of my stay x

Good food and drinks, which can be rare on an all-inclusive basis. The staff were all really great too. Gorgeous view from the panoramic sea view rooms.

Nearly all of the “Signature Level” sunbeds by the pool and tables at breakfast were empty, which meant that normal customers couldn’t enjoy them as they they were reserved for guests that didn’t even exist. It affected the atmosphere as well (empty sections around the pool). Perhaps this isn’t an issue in the summer when it’s busier but it was a shame.

We stayed at TRS Ibiza for a few days and honestly didn’t want to leave. We booked the Signature Level package and it was absolutely worth it – everything felt a bit more special, from the priority check-in to access to exclusive areas and the extra little touches throughout the stay. The hotel itself is stunning – super clean, modern, and really well thought out. The adults-only vibe made it feel calm and peaceful, even when it was busy. The pool areas were lovely (never a fight for a sunbed), and the views, especially from the rooftop, were incredible – sunset up there is a must. Food-wise, we were really impressed. The à la carte restaurants were all great, and even the buffet was a pleasant surprise – loads of variety and everything tasted fresh. Service throughout was friendly and genuinely helpful – you could tell the staff actually cared. The location worked well for us – quiet enough to relax but still easy to get around and explore a bit. Overall, it felt like a proper treat of a trip. If you’re considering the Signature Level, we’d definitely recommend it – it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The only downside for us was the poolside service. Despite being Signature Level, the drinks service was slow and often inconsistent. It felt like staff were more focused on guests who were paying per drink, which took away from the premium experience we were expecting. A small thing, but noticeable when everything else was so good.

Having been here before we loved the all inclusive and adults only higher end hotel. Great location and reasonably priced

Since coming last year the Helios restaurant has stopped doing lunch, also they are very restrictive on ordering food (eg. Sharing 3 starters between 2 or picking a main to have as a starter given the portions aren’t huge. Food also felt lower quality than previous year and no live music in the restaurants as previously had. We also had an incident of loud moving of furniture during the night of which the security team were rude and unhelpful, staff didn’t offer any means of compensation except 1hr extra on check out of which they locked us out of our room at 12 anyway and had to request our belongings back
