The beds were comfy. Would highly recommend a room facing the road as we didn’t hear the music at the pool unless we opened the balcony and even then it was quiet. Pool was clean and had surplus plastic beds to use. There was towel higher and the staff went above and beyond. When we were going out at night staff warned us about our bags and phones to ensure we were safe and asked if we had remembered everything etc. They are also strict on who they let in which made us feel safe. Returning in the mornings they were genuinely interested to see if we had a good night and where we’d been. Cleaners made beds everyday and brought fresh towels.

There wasn’t a kettle in the room meaning we had to go downstairs and purchase tea but for what we paid for the room it’s not a massive deal. However, the food place in the hotel wasn’t expensive it was really reasonable priced and had an extensive menu.

It's my second time at the Brisa and one of my favourite hotels. Perfect location, it has one of the biggest pools and gets sun pretty much all day. Great value for money and it always seems quite quiet when I go in May which I like. Hopefully be back again next year! Good improvement with the wifi and the cards instead of keys for the doors. The music at the pool is great for the atmosphere.

The rooms are noisy, but they are at every hotel I have stopped at in Ibiza, so I always sleep with earplugs and it isn't a problem for me. There were a few people in the hotel playing incredibly loud music on a speaker on their balcony and by the pool. I come to the island to visit the clubs every night but like to chill out in the day and they ruined it slightly for me and I think the staff should have said something. The only negative about the rooms is the lack of a fridge, but it doesn't stop me from staying here.

Central location, short walk from bus station and mambos. Restaurant and bar, reasonable prices. Plenty of space around the pool. Pool tables outside and inside. Helpful 24 hr reception staff. Room was comfortable enough but not luxury. Party vibes. Decent view from balcony

It was quite loud in the afternoons with lots of groups of people playing music around the pool, but this could be expected at an adults only at San An. Rooms probably need updating but reception area is nice

We loved the view, it was stunning over a cute village and a hill with a little church, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, it was cleaned every day, the staff was friendly. The bedroom was spacious.

The furniture and the bathroom door were not modern. There was not a minibar (fridge) in the room.

This hotel was a delightful experience, mainly because of its exceptional staff. From the warm welcome to their attentive service throughout my stay, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel special. Highly recommended for the outstanding hospitality alone!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay whilst in Ibiza. It was modern, clean and the rooms had amazing air conditioning! The rooms were basic but as expected. Very comfortable place to stay. Really good vibe!

The rooms could just do with a fridge. Only comment.

We loved it, good pool and bar area and the room was really nice and really clean, the people on reception were always really nice and welcoming. My favourite hotel I’ve stayed in after many times in Ibiza so will definitely be back
