Staff were super lovely and very helpful. I arrived before check in and they showed me to room where I could get changed and store my luggage until check in. This room also had s shower which I didn't use but cool that they have that option for guests when needed. Location was great. Handy to shops, taxi rank, bus stop and beach. I had beach front room with balcony which was great. Beautiful views!

Only thing missing was a hair dryer in the bedroom.

The pool and pool bar, the pizzas exceptional as were the staff. Rooms cleaned every day, everyone helpful and friendly. Even a oven instead of microwave so more choices to cook.

On our visit nothing really to dislike we got the view we asked for. The only comment i would say is have complimentary washing up liquid and sponge for washing pots but we just paid for some

When you go for a vacation in april you really don’t expect much, but we were amazed because almost everything around the apartment was working. You have the beach right under your feet. Actually, I think that this was the nicest beach we came upon on on the whole island. Appreciation for the receptionist being so kind to us. He seems a bit tired so he either parties hard or works too much :) We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment which we are so thankful for because we are 4 college students who couldn’t afford anything expensive. Thank you so much for that! The staff in the restaurant right next to the reception was super nice and chatty and we love a good smile on people. They even gave us a bunch of salt and pepper for cooking so we don’t have to buy because we were only staying for 4 days. If i ever get the chance to go back to Ibiza, i am definitely staying in this place because it engraved a good core memory. I would kindly ask for anyone staying there to really appreciate the sunsets from the balcony because it seems like the colours are warmer than anywhere else. We loved it and hopefully we can experience it again!

The location of the property was fantastic . We Enjoyed the balcony was private . Rooms were clean and cozy. We enjoyed the swimming pool.

Maybe the basic things like sugar salt oil and pepper could have been there in the kitchen because it was costly to buy in the supermarket for two days stay

This location is situated perfectly at the doorstep of Portinatx beach. It is close to convenient grocery stores, nice bars, restaurants and transport. Rooms were spacious yet cozy and the swimming pool facilities were fantastic.

The furnishings were a little outdated including a broken shower head.

Electricity tripped a few times and the view from balcony could have been nicer but nothing major.

Hotel accomodation was superb. We was a large family of 7 and was all in one apartment. The only downside for us as 2 x adults was the sofa bed was a single sofa with a single pull out underneath it. No problem as such.... More hand holding instead of cuddling at night. The view from our apartment was lovely, garden and sea view with the odd yacht going pass for the little ones - both 2 years old. The pool is awesome. Great swim up infinity part over looking the bay and again, more boats for the toddlers to see. The small baby pool was again great and all kids were kicking and trying to swim in the larger pool by the end of the week. The poolside restaurant is second to none... Cash only... But a great selection of drinks and food and the restaurant Del Rey is again great with great staff and a good selection of food for all ages. Portion sizes are huge and no complaints from anyone. The beach is across the road and down the path - no stairs and across the walkway is more hotels and restaurants. A mini supermarket is next to the hotel and has a good selection of drinks and food and fresh baked bread. A cab booked via booking.com with 10% off genius discount cost £70. A cab from the airport to the hotel cost £45. A cab from the hotel back to the airport cost £49. Slightly disappointed with the booking.com taxi but this has no reflection on the hotel or its staff. Just something to be aware off when travelling to this location. Would we stay here again? Too bloody right we would. A thoroughly enjoyable family holdiay with plenty of swimming for the kids and we are hoping to come back next year with the grandparents too. Apartmentos Del Rey..... Thank you and much love.

It’s near Cala Xarraca which is a very pretty beach. They have a place to store luggage and have a shower on the check out day which is very useful
