I was quite impressed with theses appartments. We were on a group holiday for a wedding, so I also saw other peoples apartment. Mine was to sleep 6 had 2 bedrooms nice sizes and a pull out sofa bed that we didnt use as there was only 4 of us. Only negative for my room was slight mould in toilet/bathroom in top right of ceiling area. In our appartments it was quite cute has a sliding glass door that seperates the toilet from the shower, found this ideal. Other than that no complaints would defo stay there again. Nice simple clean pool area with sun loubgers, it was not busy so this was ideal for us we stayed mid May for 6 nights. I saw my other families appartment and they had 3 bedrooms and one of the bedrooms had an on-suite bathroom/toilet, i was well jelous. Both our appartments were on the 3rd floor.(there are no lifts so if you would prefeer a lower floor I would advise to request this in your booking). Taxi to the airport was 45 euros which we got from across the road from the apartments otherwise they add an extra 5 euros on. Location is good they are litterally across the road from the beach, just a slight walk down to it. A few nice resturants and supermarkets all on the doorstep surrounding the beach, also a taxi rank. You can also grab a taxi for 8-10 euros down to Santa Eulalia,there is a marina there with posh resturants lots of shop and a beautiful beach, apparently they call this this westend of Ibiza, defo worth a visit,beautiful sandy beach. We went down there and a had a lovely italian meal. Overall they are clean and nice, good location.

Great location, near the beach and little town with lots of choice of restaurants. Lovely staff. The manageress was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was done every other day. But it was possible to get extra toilet paper and change towels if needed. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. We had a large balcony but weather was too hot to make full use of it. Good aircon.

I’m not a fan of tribute music and the bar below the apartments had one every night as did a few places in town. If this is your thing you will love it. It didn’t really matter to me as our apartment was in the second block. The only other disappointing thing was that the pool which was placed in a good position behind the apartments was accessible to non residents. On more than a couple of occasions the manageress, who was small, had to chase off large men and a couple of dogs. There are opaque glass walls both ends and gates could easily be installed to prevent this.

Clean and comfortable. Large valcony overlooking the beach which is only 100m away. Lots of restuarants, cafes and bars nearby.

It was quite noisy after 10pm, as the bar/restaurant below - Popeyes, had live entertainment at night from 10pm till 12.

The location cleanliness

People using the pool that we’re not staying there the pool is adequate in size however we had a family of 15 plus turn up, this is not an exaggeration they were mob handed, they reserved beds daily which did not leave enough space for the people who were staying there. There is a clear sign saying residence only but as this is quite open plan anyone can walk in. Needs to be better monitored.

The property is very attentive to their clients and very fair. We had a problem with one of the clients as they badly Parked their car in the middle of the night and left us blocked with our car not being able to go to the airport. The staff did not leave us for a second. After we left they insisted on compensating us although it was out of their control what the other client did. The apartment was very clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. We will definitely stay there again! We were well taken care of all the time. PS: The music in the bar below closes early so don’t worry about having noise at all

We know the area well and have looked at staying in the apartments before. All was good, clean friendly staff etc. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The WiFi was not good and clicked off in the evening. It only worked outside on the balcony. When we first arrived it didn't work at all. We only choose places with WiFi as I work remotely and need to be available to customers at all times even when on vacation. The other issue was the prices in Ibiza now, felt some were extreme. We live in Spain now and feel that if the value matched the price then ok but this wasn't always the case. Brexit has been a big factor of price change however this wouldn't have affected the local wines and beers . This has no bearing on the apartment though, just meant eating in more and good WiFi would have been a benefit or at least consolation .

I liked the bed, incredibly comfortable! Spacious Apartment for 2 of us. Location was ideal, and balcony. Fridge/Freezer was great and we wouldn't have got by without it. Kettle and Toaster were used everyday and saved us much time and money. I've never seen wardrobe space like it and LOADS of hangers which is very unusual! Fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom as more than adequate. Pretty much everything you could ask for to be honest :)

Minor issue but irritating - Asked for T/Rolls a couple of times, never arrived so had to buy our own! Noisy/Inconsiderate other guests - Seems people have lost the ability to close doors properly! Also they can't pick up a chair and move it! Rather drag it along the floor and slam it into the walls! Also loud music and screaming and shouting! Not Typic's fault unfortunately, but it did become quite tiresome after a while!

The apartment was very clean and modern and we the rooms were so spacious! We booked a 2 bed and we’re giving a 3 bed which was amazing as we thought 1 of the boys would have to use the sofa bed. So that was a really nice bonus. Thank you that, it made our stay so much more comfortable! We also had an en suite, so we had some privacy. Decent sized balcony and love the fact you could open the patio doors from the bedroom onto the balcony.

Loved the apartment but the kitchen could do with a little spruce up.

Everything as described, very friendly staff at the hotel and nearby popeyes, food in popeyes was delicious, apartment was spotless and very clean. Also loved that after check out we were still allowed to use the pool and showers after going to the beach we were very grateful for this. Amazing value for money our apartment was huge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 2 showers and 2 toliets, all Amazingly clean. The pool area was spotless, and also the shower rooms near pool area were brilliant, very private and clean.

Shame the pool isn't bigger and was in the shade but we were only there for 1 night and 1 day and very close to the beach.
