Very clean. Food nice. Kids entertainment staff absolutely brilliant and lots for the kids to do.

Nowhere near enough sun lounges. Only enough for half the hotel. People ‘securing’ their spot around the pool at 5am in the morning and never using them until half way through the day. Hotel should deal with this

The room, food and drink were very good. The staff were all excellent and friendly. The hotel was clean and there were a few nice touches like water in reception and fruit, pastries, cava and juice free there as well.

There were children running around the entertainment room and bar long after the kids entertainment finished ( that was 9) but there was no other bar to use. Check in took a long time despite me doing it online previously. It took over an hour and there was only two people in front of us.

The location by the sea was beautiful. We would spend some time at the pool and then walk down to the beach for the afternoon.

The reception staff were pretty unhelpful. Aside from actually booking you into the hotel they didn’t really help in questions about the surrounding area or had any interest in day to day queries such as a missing towel etc..

Located in a beautiful spot and for a 10 minutes walk is another amazing beach around the cliffs .Room was nice and clean with sea view. Nice food and space to park the car after you fill up some paperwork on reception.

The staff has a very rude and aggressive way to tell you things which was a massive turn off and reason I would never go back again .Specially male staff ,with a totally wrong attitude.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach. You can walk to nearby town and restaurants, and also catch the ferry to other parts of Ibiza. SOOOO family friendly.

We were on the fifth floor and the lifts kept breaking

The view of our bedroom was just divine. A full sea view, we were delighted by that. The matress was also confortable. The location of the hotel is just superb, beachfront, and the view from the swimming pool and pool bar is gorgeous. You can walk through the beach to get to the village. Nice cozy bars around but it is a quiet area. We got all-inclusive and the food was good with variety. I'd recommend always trying the chef recommendations for dinner.

Lack of background music in the pool area. The bedroom overall would need some renovation/refurbishment to modernise and improve them a little bit. The lifts are the disgrace of that place. The have no up/down button and so they stop often on each floor which made us literally giving up and walking up/down the stairs from the 5th floor during our entire stay. No gym facility available so for those who love to workout on holidays, not the best choice.

The hotel delivered everything you could want for a perfect getaway. The location is absolutely unbeatable - right beside the sea with stunning views and easy beach access. They went above and beyond by organizing a wonderful surprise for my birthday, complete with a personalized card, bottle of cava, and delicious cake. These unexpected touches show they genuinely care about making guests feel special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and were very happy with the overall experience. One of the best parts was the amazing view from our room – waking up to such a beautiful landscape each morning really made our trip special. The room was clean. Speaking of the pool – the pool bar was great! The bartenders were friendly and talented, mixing up delicious cocktails that hit the spot every time. The food options were with a good variety to suit everyone – meat lovers, seafood fans, and vegetarians alike. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet area, perfect if you’re looking to unwind and escape the noise. It’s also super convenient to get to – bus 24 takes you directly from the airport to the hotel, which made our arrival stress-free. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a great value for money and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with good food, drinks, and views.

The location is great and the room was quiet.

I booked a double deluxe Seaview. It said double bed in the booking, but I got two twin beds that kept sliding apart. There are easy solutions for that at IKEA, to make sure beds stay together... the staff blamed booking.com, saying that the information is wrong in their system, but the exact same thing happened a year ago and no one still hasn't updated it. The breakfast was good but the restaurant area is always very noisy and busy, so I'd recommend having breakfast somewhere else if you want a relaxed experience. Good to know: I asked for early check in and late checkout and I was happy to pay extra for it, but the reception said it's not available.

The hotel is definitely meant for family vacations. There was a very big buffet every day, even with motto-dinners and different cuisines from all over the world, ensuring a good dinner to every possible taste. The swimming pool is nice and the rooms are very spacious. Staff is international and ready to accommodate every request. The nearby beach is a couple steps away and the sea is very neat - there are plenty of bars and there is the option to reserve umbrellas and sunbeds there directly (around €14 for both for a day).

The position is ideal in case you don't really plan to move around and will just stick to the surrounding beaches and areas. Going to Ibiza City was time-consuming and not the easiest to coordinate with public transportation - taxis were available but rather costly (around €50 from the hotel to Ibiza City). The hotel is tailored for families, so it's flooded with kids and toddlers - however there was a very nice animation service so kids did not bother at all and were always engaged. The pool is nice but there isn't much space in the sunbeds for all guests, which makes everyone run to secure a spot every morning.
