Overall, we had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed, and when there was a small issue with the stove, it was fixed quickly. The cleaning lady was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Luggage storage was available, which was really helpful, and the price was excellent for what was offered. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view, and the location was super convenient just steps from a well-connected station and supermarkets.

The only real downside was the noise. On some nights or early mornings, it could get quite loud — either from guests inside the building or from people near the bar outside. Even with the balcony door closed, it wasn’t very soundproof, so it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. A few small things could improve the stay even more making it exceptional: a toothbrush cup and hand soap in the bathroom, a large mirror in the apartment, a utensil drain cup in the kitchen, and an ashtray for smokers. One of the pans was scratched, which isn’t healthy to cook in and a few basic kitchen staples like salt, sugar, or oil would have been nice. Also, the nightstand drawer handle was loose.

Very nice and friendly staff, especially the lovely receptionist Alba and the cleaners. Room/studio itself good, but quite basic - the beds are comfortable, shower worked fine, but the kitchen was a bit too small to cook for 2 or 3 people - small kettle, small pan, small hob, but if you don't cook much then it will be absolutely fine. The hotel has a lift to upper floors and luggage deposit. The reception is always open and happy to help. We didn't try pizza downstairs but we spent 2 days by the pool upstairs - the music there is on top, the barman is friendly, you can feel safe and free there even as a solo traveler or with family. The hotel location is amazing, close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, promenade. You can walk about 1km near the cafe mambo to watch the beautiful sunset every day- breathtaking and very romantic. The hotel has leaflets for boat excursions which aren't expensive but worth going.

Not many cooking appliances in the kitchen unfortunately, like a vegetable peeler or one bigger pot, or chopping board, also plastic cups should be available in the bathroom for toothbrushes and a hand soap. Our studio didn't have a balcony, just a large window, but we were sure that we will have one, but it was ok.

Was not expecting much from this property as you pay for what you get but everything about the trip was amazing!. From check in, to the facility's which is basic and very comfortable. The location was perfect and within walking distance to most in Ibiza and 15 minute taxi to Unvrs and roughly 25-30 mins taxi to hi/ushuaia etc. it's a 2 minute walk to the Ibiza egg and bus station. Big shoutout to the security and pool man James!! We loved yous and will see you again in September 🥳

No iron in room or tv

The staff were truly delightful, especially mohamad in the restaurant/bar downstairs, loved talking to him and am likely to return because of him. Rooms were clean and comfortable and offered the basics, including towles and toilet paper, with the added benefit of good housekeeping. The pool was well kept and the barman up there, James, was also great. The beer tastes great and is very reasonably priced, alongside the food which was also very tasty. For its price, however, it is exceptional, do not let the 2 stars disaude you.

The rooms could have offered a little bit more, such as hand soap, washing up liquid and a sponge for plates.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great, it was lovely to sit there for breakfast or drinks in the evening before heading out. Perfect location; 2 mins from seafront, 3 mins from bus station.

Perhaps not the best place if you want to meet people/socialise. Although, if you spend more time by the pool this is possible.

James upstairs was amazing he made are experience worth while 💃🏽 the music was lively and everyone made us feel so comfortable Felt even better knowing there’s security on the door at night after certain time! We will definitely be returning!! James is amazing!!!

Lift was broken whole week

Very clean and great facilities, staff were so friendly, the pool and the bar had a brilliant atmosphere and the cocktails and bar service was great, the room was big and the facilities were good, there was shampoo and shower gel in the room, the location was brilliant as right near wips but it was quiet at night and really cool in the room, 10 min walk from mambos in one direction and 10 mins from Eden in the other

There wasn’t a traditional kettle so you may want to take a travel kettle with you

This is a great place for young people, group friendly, restaurants & a supermarket very close to the hotel, and the pool guy Is the best. Pool prices for shots & beers were very reasonable. I will come back for sure. And the price for 4 days for 3 people was less than 100€ a night so it s a steal at this price.

The AC was to damn strong, It has only one speed: GO! One door card stopped working after one hour idk why

The pool is fantastic. James goes above and beyond to make everybody’s time at the pool enjoyable and it is a real suntrap up there. Location great and staff friendly and polite.

The rooms are basic you get what you pay for which we were fine with. Although wasnt as clean as we expected it to be on arrival (tape, glitter and hair on bathroom floor and in shower). Housekeeping offered every day but the same bit of tape was still there for our 10 day stay so shows how much effort they put in.

Rooms were basic but clean and was cleaned and towels changed every day if required. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very central so can be noisy at times which on the first night we experienced it, however, after that it seemed to quieten down. Rooftop pool was was fine as there were not many using it but if busy would have been a bit small. Great little bar and the barman was brilliant.

There was nothing that I didn't really dislike. A little disappointed that the cafe and bar area was closed but with so many others near by it didn't matter.
