A big plus was the friendly staff who made you feel very welcome. The rooms were always clean and tidy so we felt very comfortable. The location was also perfect as we were very central in San Antonio.

The only thing I had to complain about was that there was no air conditioning in the room and that you had to pay extra for the safe. But all in all we had a great and pleasant stay.

nothing. if I was being picky. the room is very small but beautifully presented can be noisy at night but only people passing by

The staff was realy nice and supper helpfull! Rooms were clean and confortable! Location is superb! All in all, everything was awesome, would definetely recommend!

Everyone was so lovely and the roof top was really fun. All the staff were really welcoming, especially the guy behind the bar on the roof!!

All was great, location top, room clean and silence although on main street. Beds was comfy and room size just perfect, also a little terrace with view toward the main port. We've spent 4 days, but even if you stay longer, the hotel is a great catch! Nice spanish restaurant just beneath the main entrance. Next time I'm in Ibiza I would definitively stay here.

The bar staff by the pool were amazing he was the most nicest man you will meet and very kind and done everything he can to make our stay perfect

Staff, location (for purpose of the trip) and cleanliness were great.

No lift but the rate was great value so I don’t believe the property should be scored down for what we paid in June.
