HOTEL WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, I WASN'T EXPECTING MUCH FOR THE PRICE WE PAID BUT I WAS SO SURPRISED IN A GOOD WAY. THE ROOMS WERE LOVELY. THE BEDS WERE THE BEST I HAVE SLEPT IN AWAY EVER. LOVELY BATHROOM, GREAT SHOWER, LOVELY LITTLE BALCONY, POOL AREA FAB, GREAT MUSIC BY THE POOL ALL DAY AND LOCATIONWISE, IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE CENTRAL. BUS STOP LITERALLY ACROSS THE ROAD, CAR HIRE ACROSS THE ROAD AND RIGHT BESIDE THE EGG. THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THEY FACILITATED EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT FOR A SMALL FEE WHICH WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

N/A. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES SLEEPING THEN DON'T GO ANYWHERE IN SAN ANTONIO, YOU WILL HAVE LOUD MUSIC, DRUNKEN EEJITS ROARING LIKE ASSES EVERYWHERE BUT THATS ALL PART OF THE CRAIC. WE SLEPT SOUND EVERYNIGHT.

Staff were absolutely brilliant . Very accommodating and friendly . Room was cleaned perfectly everyday. Great location. Clean and nice the room.

Was first put in a ground floor room. I asked if there was anything higher i could change to 5mins later i was unpacking in the new room. I.ve stayed at this hotel at least 4 times and its right where you want ti be in san antonio quiet but eveeything within afew minutes walk . Staff are friendly and hotel and rooms are very clean. I m looking forward ti returning soon.

The shower was a little small in my single room.

We received a service including breakfast. Breakfast was good. The hotel also had a pool, we did not use it because we preferred to go to the sea, but it looked very nice. The air conditioner remote control in the room was not working, but we solved it somehow ourselves. If I go to Ibiza again, I would like to go to the same hotel, Marco Polo. It would just be nice if the employees knew a little more English.

Location, vibes and space. I was pleasantly surprised at the areas for chilling. The pool has enough sunbeds and double beds for the guests. I would honestly say the hotel is better than the pictures. The rooms are really spacious! Staff are very accommodating. The location is brilliant. 2-5min walk to the 'strip' right next to the beach. Nice easy walk to cafe mambos. Very close to Ibiza rocks bar (opposite direction to cafe mambos, great vibes) ask the staff to plug your phone in round the pool for your own music because I didn't have an iPhone they aloud me to pick my music through Spotify. Honestly really good feels at this hotel for that ibiza experience. Beds super comfy!

The bars close at 3am you need to go to the big clubs for late parting. The sercrity where abit over the top asking music to be turned down in the rooms

It’s a lively hotel, the music starts at 11am after breakfast and is extremely loud and not ideal if you are looking to relax. It’s mainly for the younger adults but a very nice hotel and great value for money.

Ideal for what you pay for. Super convenient location. Basic rooms but nice to have a balcony, table and chairs. Would recommend for people who want cheap, easy, convenient accommodation in San An.

Could have been a bit cleaner and a few things in the room were old / broken. Abysmal freezer but overall lived up to expectations.

GREAT location. The rooms were basic but very clean. You could still use the facilities after checkout. They also provide luggage storage and shower facilities. Noisy, as there are clubs nearby so you could hear the music and people outside, but this didn't bother me.

On the first night we arrived, the towels were stained, but we got clean ones the next day.

We liked: - how spacious the room was - Luckily we had a pool view which was perfect - Music around pool made a good atmosphere - Friendly reception staff - So close to Ibiza Rocks and the high street - Shower was great

- Breakfast was basic, but still had fruit, English breakfast and continental options. - Bathroom was basic but again great value for money.
