Well placed in town as nearby shops in walking distance plus by sea- view from balcony was stunning. Spacious, clean, 2 pools indoor and out - easy access to beach . Able to ask for a kettle in room , extra pillows and soap . Nothing too much trouble - including available shower day of departure. Great menu selection too at breakfast and evenings.

Suggestion to change to large mugs to bring up to date, nice to have a mug of tea and use less teabags. Bottled Water only so charged for this. Table water should be available for free especially if you’re paying for inclusive. Layout of food in dining room could be much better eg drinks,butter, milk , cereals, seeds toast and bread next to each other so not constantly searching for things . Cutlery in middle with machines too instead of bread

Location - the hotel is beachfront and is very well located in San Antonio, just a 10 min walk to the centre. Closeby there are some famous clubs (Eden, Es Paradis) and Beach Clubs (O beach, Ibiza Rocks), but you can also enjoy the beach in front of the hotel, simply lying or renting the loungers and umbrellas. There is a small car park free of charge, property of the hotel. Breakfast - it is a buffet and offers standard continental items. Not so rich in the sweet section, but acceptable. Delicious fresh fruit and eggs/live omelette station available. Facilities - we did not use any of the actual hotel facilities (e.g. swimming pool) but on our last day we were able to use the showers by the gym, considering our flight was late in the evening and the check out was at midday. This was a really nice touch.

to be completely honest, for a 3 star hotel and for the price paid (compared to the standards in Ibiza), there is nothing we didn't like. Everything was even higher standard than our expectations. Having said this, and having to point out something, the only thing has been that we booked a double room but we were given two single beds. We just pushed the beds together and sorted the problem. The A/C didn't seem to work greatly in our room, but we didn't bother telling reception as we spent really little time inside and didn't think of taking any action.

I loved the perfect location, I absolutely loved the wonderful view of the veranda and the restaurant. All the hotel staff was very polite, thank you to all of them. Everything was clean in every detail And the entertainment every night was different and wonderful. Thank you very much!

A little suggestion: The towels should be changed with new ones as they were of a not so good quality, but it should be noted that they were very clean and changed every day.

Nothing everything sensational

Food was good. There was plenty of choice. The room was cleaned daily. The acholic drinks were large. The seaview from my room was lovely. The staff were pleasant and eager to please

Air con did not work and the fan in my room only turned very slowly No kettle or fridge in room. Could have done with both.

The rooms were very clean, very nice staff, great location and value, very decent dinner and breakfast

The hotel shows it's age a little and the walls and doors are badly soundproofed. You hear quite a bit of room and corridor noise. The beds were also very stiff and not very comfortable.

The hotel was close to the beach and it had many bus stations nearby.

Even though the room was clean it looked like an old room from the 80's. Very weird the contrast between the location and the room itself.

The views from the hotel was breathtaking. Plenty of choices at breakfast. Loads of delicious fresh fruits. Dinner was great. The staff were professional, friendly and kind .

Wi-Fi needs to be improved. Better towels.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, so easy to access beach and pool. Really close to lovely bars and restaurants. Super comfy mattresses. Couldn't fault it!
