We loved everything—from the beginning of our stay to the end! The staff were extremely friendly – from the receptionists to the waiters, chefs and cleaners – they made guests feel that they were there for them, always willing to help and advise, often going above and beyond what was required – in short, thanks to them, we felt right at home! The hotel also has a perfect location, close to the center and the harbor, yet in a quiet area, right by the beach, with its own swimming pool with a gentle slope. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, with something for everyone to pick from. The evening program was also varied. Long story short - simply amazing!

We were really super happy, and we don't have a single thing to complain about the hotel and its staff.

Well placed in town as nearby shops in walking distance plus by sea- view from balcony was stunning. Spacious, clean, 2 pools indoor and out - easy access to beach . Able to ask for a kettle in room , extra pillows and soap . Nothing too much trouble - including available shower day of departure. Great menu selection too at breakfast and evenings.

Suggestion to change to large mugs to bring up to date, nice to have a mug of tea and use less teabags. Bottled Water only so charged for this. Table water should be available for free especially if you’re paying for inclusive. Layout of food in dining room could be much better eg drinks,butter, milk , cereals, seeds toast and bread next to each other so not constantly searching for things . Cutlery in middle with machines too instead of bread

Exceptional stay! The room was very spacious, and so was the bathroom. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and generous. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. As soon as I walked in, the fresh and welcoming atmosphere made me feel great. Staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back!

The only small issue was that a few waiters seemed a bit inexperienced — for example, they sometimes took my plate while I was just getting some bread or a napkin. It wasn’t intentional, just a sign of inexperience.

Location - the hotel is beachfront and is very well located in San Antonio, just a 10 min walk to the centre. Closeby there are some famous clubs (Eden, Es Paradis) and Beach Clubs (O beach, Ibiza Rocks), but you can also enjoy the beach in front of the hotel, simply lying or renting the loungers and umbrellas. There is a small car park free of charge, property of the hotel. Breakfast - it is a buffet and offers standard continental items. Not so rich in the sweet section, but acceptable. Delicious fresh fruit and eggs/live omelette station available. Facilities - we did not use any of the actual hotel facilities (e.g. swimming pool) but on our last day we were able to use the showers by the gym, considering our flight was late in the evening and the check out was at midday. This was a really nice touch.

to be completely honest, for a 3 star hotel and for the price paid (compared to the standards in Ibiza), there is nothing we didn't like. Everything was even higher standard than our expectations. Having said this, and having to point out something, the only thing has been that we booked a double room but we were given two single beds. We just pushed the beds together and sorted the problem. The A/C didn't seem to work greatly in our room, but we didn't bother telling reception as we spent really little time inside and didn't think of taking any action.

Although the hotel is a little outdated in decor, it definitely didn't lack in professionalism of the staff, cleanliness and comfort of our room and an amazing location! Breakfast buffet was delicious with someone making fluffy pancakes or an omelette! Definitely will stay here again!

This isn't a complaint towards the hotel, but the guests could keep the pool area clean by taking their trash to the bins available. It's really simple to do so.

The location is excellent, the dinners are great, and the breakfasts could be more varied. The staff is excellent — very polite and always ready to help. The only thing that could be improved is the air conditioning system. In terms of value for money, it’s a 10 out of 10.

I loved the perfect location, I absolutely loved the wonderful view of the veranda and the restaurant. All the hotel staff was very polite, thank you to all of them. Everything was clean in every detail And the entertainment every night was different and wonderful. Thank you very much!

A little suggestion: The towels should be changed with new ones as they were of a not so good quality, but it should be noted that they were very clean and changed every day.

Fantastic location you can walk everywhere in 10-15 mins. Also it is just by the sea side, you can see and sunbathe in hotel garden. Fascinating open buffet breakfast and dinner. Very helpful, professional and smiling staff.

Glasses for water/Juice would be cleaner. There were some stains on the glasses.

Excellent location, literally on the beach & only a few mins walk to bars & restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choice, fresh omelettes cooked to order & lovely staff

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in our room but other than that, our stay was perfect!
