Really modern, free on site parking, great cocktails and happy hour, food was really good! Friendly and attentive staff. Bed very comfortable. Close to marina but far enough away not to be too noisy. Grounds are lovely with their own vegetable garden and good close proximity to a petrol station for buying essentials. Good aircon in the room and a nice sized balcony too. Plenty of storage space but a couple of hooks to hang things would have been helpful too!

The pool area is coated in some fake sand/resin material that gets everywhere! You cannot manually lock the bedroom doors from the inside. We had an issue with someone walking into our room. The staff did deal with this well though and reported to the police. The room doors do little to limit the noise. We woke up almost every night from people shouting/talking or even just walking in the corridors. There’s a weird air freshener in the room that goes off every 15 mins or so and I couldn’t figure out how to stop it.

Hotel Galfi offers a charming and sensory-friendly experience in the heart of Sant Antoni. The good vibes are felt from the moment you arrive, with welcome drinks, a pleasant earthy atmosphere, and a calm, adult-only environment free from the noise of children. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is generally friendly, creating a warm and relaxed ambiance. The soundproof bathroom and the pleasant scent in common areas add to the comfort, making it a peaceful retreat. Overall, Hotel Galfi has a lot of charm and potential, but a few operational tweaks would elevate the experience significantly.

There are several areas that could use improvement: the fan in the room didn’t work, there was a drain smell in the bathroom, and the water temperature fluctuated between either too hot and too cold. A dirty coffee cup was left uncleaned in our room for our entire stay. Additionally, one night there was nighttime noise from the room below, which disrupted our sleep. A final downside was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas during the day, after breakfast — making it uncomfortable to linger or relax indoors.

The location was perfect - close enough to all the venues and restaurants but far enough your sleep/down time isn’t disturbed. The hotel itself is stunning and all the amenities were clean. The food at the restaurant is sooo good! We didn’t know what to expect but the quality and flavour of food was amazing. The pool area was great as the music was the perfect Ibiza chill vibes and the cocktails were great. The beds at the pool are also really comfy so perfect for a hungover nap if needed! The staff are also really friendly and super attentive :) Overall the perfect place for a couple looking for the perfect balance of chill & the busyness of Ibiza. Would really recommend this hotel and we will definitely book again when we return.

The hotel was very nice. A great location in San Antonio, not too far out, but not in the busy West End. The lunch and evening food was great and the cocktails were really nice. The staff were also great and happy to help. Matheus in particular was funny and always very chatty.

We had a late flight in the evening and there wasn't an option to get a shower and changed, so we had to use the cold outdoor pool shower and then get changed in the toilets before our flight. The room wasn't particular clean, with lumps of dust under the bed and a few ants knocking about. The shutter on our room had a slat missing, so we had to put a towel in the space to make the room dark. The breakfast was okay, but not massive and didn't really cater to anyone vegan. Special coffees and orange juice were also a surcharge on top of your breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and professional, always ready to help. Cleanliness was excellent – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The interior design is modern, tasteful, and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel feels cozy and pleasant for both short and longer stays.

Unfortunately, my room was located close to the elevator and staff service areas, so it was quite noisy, especially in the mornings. Breakfast was fine, but exactly the same every day, which can get repetitive if you’re staying for a while. The biggest issue was the hot water – it was inconsistent and would often run out during showers, which was frustrating.

5 stars – Outstanding service and beautiful stay Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to a medical emergency. Even though our booking was non-refundable, the hotel handled the situation with incredible kindness by only charging us for half of the stay — a gesture we deeply appreciate. We would also like to give a special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the reception and the rest of the staff, who were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their warm attitude truly made a difference. The hotel itself is spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect Ibiza getaway.

Review: The Galfi Hotel, Ibiza (18–21 May) We stayed at The Galfi Hotel from May 18–21 and were genuinely impressed. The hotel has a laid-back Ibizan style with a great atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the gentleman with the handlebar moustache to the owners, bar staff, and reception team, everyone made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was clean and well put together, and the new mattress made a huge difference—especially after long nights out. The shower gel smelled lovely and gave a small but appreciated sense of comfort. If I had to pick a small downside, I’d say a mirror in the bedroom would have been nice, but that’s a minor detail. Housekeeping followed a set schedule for cleaning and towel changes, which is standard in most places now. I didn’t mind having to pull the quilt back myself—it’s hardly a problem. The pool area was compact but had a nice feel to it. There were loungers around the pool, and we appreciated that our group—several of whom are DJs—were allowed to play music during the day, staying within the volume limits. It helped make the space feel like our own for a few days. Food was a highlight. Breakfast was a simple buffet—more than enough to get you going after a late night. There was a coffee machine and milk frother (a nice touch), and the chef made eggs or omelettes to order. Lunch and dinner were excellent—the tapas, especially the scallops, croquettes, and tempura prawns, stood out. The creamy prawn rice at dinner was also a favourite. We tried a range of cocktails, with the frozen daiquiris being the clear winner (they also made alcohol-free versions, which was great). The hotel’s location is ideal—close to San Antonio and only a short walk to the beach. We took a taxi to Ibiza Old Town, which cost around €31. Would I recommend The Galfi Hotel? Absolutely.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Galfi! The location was excellent — close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d gladly return in the future. Highly recommended

The only issue was the smell in the toilets and not having fresh sheets provided on day 3 but other than that everything was great.

The decor was lovely. Minimalist and looked very fresh and clean. Pool area was lovely, loungers were exceptionally comfortable. Bedrooms were wonderful and I particularly loved the free standing bath in the room. I enjoyed a very nice bath. Would definitely stay here again.

Only couple of things I can comment on were the pillows. Not much to them, but I did get a couple of better ones after I let reception know. Also the wait for the cocktails from the pool bar took a bit longer than anticipated, but I did notice there was only 1 guy serving. He can only do so much.

For that price in San Antonio it’s quite stylish and chill place , with breakfast and nice bar , good location and very nice room especially deluxe room , neighborhood could be but better but they made best out of it .

We arrive straight from airport bit tired , not dress very well I guess to ,, hotel standards '’ and after waiting till last min till we could get room key girl gave us standard room with construction site view , when we payed for deluxe room , after I went down she told us it’s depends on availability. So they charge you for deluxe room , and it’s a lottery if you can get it or not . ? Let that’s sync for second . After I complained somehow she got new card straight away , no idea what was meaning of this . Maybe she judge us by look on this moment . That’s left bad taste otherwise I would rate 10 . Rest staff was very polite and friendly only that one individual
