Our room was extremely clean; and had the amenities we needed. The staff in the hotel were generally kind and helpful. The pool & breakfast area have an amazing view over the sea & also lovely sunset views. There are many restaurants at the location and it's easy to reach San Antonio center by walking or bus; as well as the airport. The beach is right across the road from the hotel; so it's possible to stay in the pool area throughout the day and swim in the sea.

Many of the sun beds in the pool area are reserved by the hotel that go unused for most of the day; and sometimes all day long until some customers that don't stay there show up usually later in the day. So, outside customers are able to pay to have sun beds reserved for them, meanwhile paying hotel residents have to pick whatever is left which in our opinion is extremely unfair.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and there was a DJ around the pool which was nice! The sunbeds and pool were great, always space and the cabanas are brilliant. The view from our room was amazing and the aircon was the best I’ve experienced. The staff around the pool worked tirelessly, quickly and always with a smile. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Also the small details like offering us a drink when we checked in, letting us check in early which we so desperately needed. The sweet table near the door. Highly recommend and will be coming here every year from now on.

The accommodation had a very charming design. We especially loved the outdoor terrace and the striking pink staircase, which offered a beautiful view. The room was lovely and cozy. It was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated, as made beds always give the feeling that the vacation is just beginning. The hotel staff was absolutely lovely and caring. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Since we stayed in Ibiza during a rather chilly week, the room felt a bit cold, and we found ourselves missing slippers, as the floors were very, very cold. In our region, it's not customary to wear shoes indoors, so we tried to manage with just socks. That said, we understand that during the summer, the cool floors would be a great advantage.

Nice facilites, great location but the best is the people that works there they make this hotel to be highly valuable.

This hotel is in a great location, about 20 minutes stroll to the main part of San Antonio town. The sea view is worth it as you look out onto the pool area and then the bay beyond. Beds are massive, shower is great and air con is very effective. The pool / bar area is nice with the same great view and lovely area to relax and have food and drinks with a DJ on in the afternoon. The food menu was a bit limited and had nothing at all for my gluten-free husband but I ate a few things and they were all delicious. Supermarket is about 5 doors down for getting your own food.

My only bad thing is I would NOT ask for airport transfers. The hotel don't actually sort anything out just put you in touch with a car service which you have to keep updated yourself, it costs more than normal taxis (50 euros as opposed to 35-40 euros) and isn't actually reliable (they cancelled our return trip at the last minute and were quite snippy when I wasn't happy). Hotel reception can book you a pick up from a normal taxi (as we had to do!) and that's much better and cheaper.

Property was bright and well maintained. The sunset views from the poolside bar were unbelievable. Staff were very helpful. Location was perfect, not too noisy at night time.

Breakfast not available on request. We tried to stop for breakfast one morning, because it wasn’t included in our booking, we were unable to order from the breakfast menu. Others in our group could order breakfast later that morning so it was an inconsistent approach.

Very spacious and neat rooms and common areas. The staff was great, we especially appreciated that housekeeping came by our room to tidy even if it was late on the day. They had a candy bar where you could take what you wanted by the entrance and dj by the pool. The breakfast looked lovely although we did not prebook it, which we regretted after! Also, we got welcome mimosas at check-in which was really nice.

We had a bug situation in our room. There was a Lot of ants and huge cockroaches in the room altough we kept our balcony door and windows closed constantly.. the water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor and the toilet was constantly flushing water. We also did not know how to recycle in the 3 bins in the kitchen and would have liked for them to be marked with what goes where to help the environment :-)

Everything. Group of six male friends in our 40s Dj around the pool, the view of the sea and the cocktails made this holiday amazing. Great music Made loads of friends and very chilled vibe. Rooms very clean and comfortable, amazing location for restaurants and near clubs and ocean beach. The staff were so much fun, shout out to Mel and all the staff, always having fun with us and made so much effort, much better staff here than some Five star places been. Everything about this place is just perfect. For the price this is an incredible place and we returned home yesterday and are booking again for next year. We have done villas before and this is so much more fun and sociable.

Hotel was a bit Pricey vrs What was available in the same location. Beds & Pillows could be more comfortable. Don't think the Hotel Rooms have any Sound Proofing! Pool Bar could have had more lively music during the day.

This is an amazing hotel if you want a stylish, funky but not too impersonal hotel which is perfectly located just at the border of the louder part of Sant Antoni. The rooms are super comfy with a small kitchen and modern decor and bathroom. Get the sea views they are worth the extra money. There’s a Krups espresso machine in the room and they provide 2 capsules per day. The pool/bar area has a fantastic vibe with a really good resident deejay who plays great lounge style tunes from 2-7pm daily. Breakfast is served at the tables around the pool bar and is a mix of sweet and salty. The amazing staff is what makes the difference here, a special mention to Martin, the morning waiter and barman who does a wonderful job being so attentive and helpful, he really knows how to run things smoothly, give the guy a raise! The hotel manager also made a difference when our shower started overflowing he immediately sent someone to resolve the situation promptly and then left us sweets and an Ibiza bracelet, a really nice touch! Everyone is so nice here and they keep any rowdy guests under control so that your own holiday isn’t disturbed by unruly behaviour. Parking is limited, the hotel has 5 private parking spots and the rest is on street parking. It was fine in early June but in July or August might need to circle the block a few times before finding a spot. Careful with the one way street system around the hotel! I will definitely come back next time I am in Ibiza!

Nothing really, just a few suggestions: -Ask guests beforehand when they check in if they prefer just sweet or salty or both breakfast options so that you avoid wasting food. We didn’t eat salty tapas style or ham and cheeses I brought them back inside, I didn’t want them to spoil in the sun. -It would be nice to provide a small bottle of water each day in the room. -The balconies are quite small and the railing is a bit low, this hotel is adult only so no kids in danger, just be careful if overlooking downstairs!
