It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was with two children and we were comfortable. Very nice staff and we were given a beautiful room in a building near the sea. The room is good styled and clean, cleaned every day. Three meals a day were all delicious and varied. There is entertainment for children and adults in the evenings after 10.45 p.m. There are many shops and cafes nearby. It is also convenient that there is a bus stop near the hotel in any direction. It is very comfortable. The water in the pools was not so cool and the children swam. Separately, I want to thank all the hotel staff and the woman with red hair (I don’t remember her name) - she is very nice and a professional! This is the place where we want to come back and relax longer!

We were only 4 days - I want more. The weather was not very good. There was little sun and a little rain. The water in the tap is not the same as we are used to.

Great value for money indeed! We got upgraded to a room with seaview balcony which was great. Nearest beach is like a 3 min walk. Cannot fault the food at all, plenty of options to choose from and hotel staff are all very hardworking. The room was very clean and location excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

We queued for 40mins at 10pm just to check in which is not great if you have a tired toddler. It would have been nice if we were informed in advance that our room was upgraded to the other hotel. Dinner buffet is very busy so either queue early or eat a little bit later.

The reception staff is friendly, we liked Francesca a lot, she is special. The food is good and you have a reasonable selection to choose from. Although we had half board, we received all inclusive at the reception, although we didn't use it because we were out during the day.

The rooms are like in a hotel of this type where the traffic is intense, it is worn out to the max and the regime is rather a mega commercial one, but we had a good experience. There are noises coming from the room, there is a lot of traffic. Lack of parking, it's crazy to find a spot in the area

Love how safe everything felt, in terms of staff, other guests, security. Food was the main thing I liked, so many delicious choices. Pools were clean. All the staff was so helpful and friendly. Definitely going to return!

Had a problem with the main elevator, the sensors weren’t working properly so it caught my hand between the doors. I manager to pull it but it was very scary. I am emailing the management about it, but meanwhile be careful.

The food was good and bonus point for the variety : one day it was Mexican food, one day it was Chinese food, another it was sea food. Honestly pretty good for an all inclusive formula! Drinks were so various! You basically got more than 25 cocktails, alcohol and coffee. Staff was helpful and nice 😊 special mention for Ray ! He is a great guy, very funny and always giving his best as an animator, we really appreciated his energy. The location is perfect : 20 minutes walk from the main bars, 5 to 10 minutes walk to many sand beaches and 3 minutes from the public transportation.

We liked the area for our family. The staff were really friendly. All the staff were really kind. We had a very nice experience with Fabio on reception and Carlos at the bar. The food was really good with a great variety. It felt like nice quality. This is an excellent value hotel right on the ocean side with views across San Antonio bay. It’s really nice. Lovely during the day and night. The airport bus stops very close.

The hotel was a little dated but it did feel clean. The bathroom would benefit from a renovation but this would increase the price. Just as we were leaving it began to get difficult to get a lounger at the pool.

Ideal location for San Antonio Bay. Pool got the sun for most of the day. Good selection of food. Decent size room. Very clean. Quiet at night.

Would be nice to take snacks to room/offered room service but understand reasons against it.

Absolutely delighted with the exceptional standard of service. The staff went above and beyond, demonstrating brilliance, kindness and unwavering helpfulness throughout our stay. Their communication was impeccable, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The food was delightful, complementing the fantastic location perfectly. Overall, a truly wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Despite our visit being outside of peak season, we encountered substantial queues for both breakfast and dinner.
