The hotel located in nice bay, we really enjoyed our view and sunsets from the balcony of our room (book Superior Double or Twin Room with Balcony and Sea View if you want to have a really great view (!)) Rooms are very clean and had all that we need. We used Half-Board option and were really positively surprised with the dishes that we had for dinner, they were really fresh, quality and delicios! Plenty of fish, seafood and meat choice, friuts and deserts! For the swimming we used Playa es Pouet beach near the hotel or walk to the next Platja de s'Arenal beach. San Antonio City Center is about 20 minutes of nice walk along the sea. There are plenty of grocery and souvenirs shops, cafes, and restaurants. Taxi to main clubs like Ushuaia, Hi, etc is around 30-35 euro one way. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The room, the location, the service, and the breakfast – everything was perfect. We experienced a minor incident, which was handled with great professionalism and outstanding care by the hotel management. I would strongly advise not to rely on some of the negative comments I had read prior to booking, as our experience was excellent in every respect. This is a hotel we will gladly keep in mind for our next stay. Many thanks to the entire team for their remarkable hospitality.

Spotless and the staff were brilliant -friendly, attentive and go out of their way to help. Pool area, again was very clean and well run, always plenty of beds available and comfortable, pool service was excellent and fast and bar area relaxing. The food was also excellent, bar food, breakfast and evening meals. Buffet style breakfast and evening meals were just outstanding, brilliant selection every night and something different to offer, everything fresh and plentiful. The dining room was also spotless with the staff again being very helpful and efficient. Overall just brilliant.

The beds in the rooms were a little hard, however this was minor in comparison to the rest of the hotel and didn’t affect our stay.

The sea view rooms are amazing, we watched the sunset every night from our balcony. We had the room at the 5th floor and it could not have been any better. The beds are so large and comfortable and the colours in the room are very peaceful and I appreciate this at a hotel where you go to relax . Cleaning service is perfect, towels changed every day. The dinner selection was very good but at this money at least water and a small selection of wine should have been included. The sparkling water is only 2.70 euro so a 4 star hotel should avoid asking this money extra- it was more disturbing to take care of the paper and go to pay after the dinner so management should rethink this policy. The beach in front the hotel is nice and the best facility near the pool is the jacuzzi. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and a bus station. O beach club is close and during the day you will hear some music but at 23 is off so you won`t have any problems with the sleep.

The breakfast was pretty average- could have been much better but of course you manage to eat a decent meal. Some fresh orange juice is also available but is in the back of the restaurant so ask about it if you don`t see it.

The hotel facilities were fantastic as well as the service and quality of every aspect. The restaurant was incredible. The breakfast was of good quality and the service was extremely good. I started having dinner towards the latter of my stay and I regret not having done so at the earlier stages of my stay. The price of the food and quality is value for money when you compare the prices and the quality of the food outside in the streets. This point of view could be biased due to my bad experience from some food poisoning I got from eating out, regardless I highly recommend their restaurant as it is of high quality in all areas, even variety. I was allowed to see the buffet prior to seating and the staff were extremely nice. The pool area is a nice with seating in sun and shade for those who need a break from the sun. The Spa and gym were really good and so was the personnel. In a decent area not very busy compared to other areas of San Antonio and only a few minutes walk to get to San Antonio Bay. All in all, highly recommended, will return in future.

The only thing is the room I was given was slightly noise but there is not much the hotel could do about this, the noise is produced from other guests. Nevertheless maybe an idea would be for those who request quieter rooms to not be placed around rooms with children, obviously, given if there is space. However I understand in June it is high season and the hotel did the best it could do in accommodating my stay to the best of their abilty.

The Clealiness , the Location , the Room Size , the Breakfast quality .

The pool area is smaller than the pictures , no privacy as all the chez longs are so close to each other & the Jacoussi is so small , the Gym no updated machines , the sink of my room 320 for the first two nights didn’t drain the water which was so annoying , then they install it after many complaints the other two nights, but sure I like to stay here again .

The location of the hotel was really accessible to several areas of attractions. The room was really well equipped. The breakfast was superb. The dinner buffet was excellent, including a variety of sea food, local dishes, and international foods. Very good swimming pool and spa. Staff were friendly and supportive.

Two single mattresses were used for the king-size bed in our room. That was not comfortable.

Staff were very helpful - my wife is gluten free and every morning they would provide special cakes and pastries for her. We were staying for a family wedding in Ibiza so needed lots of taxis during our stay to attend various events - reception arranged everything. Location was also very good- opposite the start of a nice promenade that took you all the way to the marina - past many restaurants and shops.

Only thing room could have benefitted from was more power points - only one power point in the bedroom for charging phones etc. Parents in room next door had an issue with their safe not working but this was fixed once we overcame the language barrier with the maintenance guy

I can not fault this hotel, the experience we have had has been perfect. The staff are wonderful, incredibly friendly. The food is lovely and new rooms are beautiful. We came here last year and loved it and didn't think anything needed to be improved but this year was even better. Loved every minute and will be back again next year.

To be honest, nothing. Everything was wonderful

Staff are so helpful and friendly, service is prompt, poolside is modern and have a nice buzzy yet relaxed feel. Liked the waitress service to sunbeds and felt they were really on hand to look after you. Breakfast was great and very accommodating at checkout with a shower to get ready before we left. Would stay here again. Great location as well, loved that there was a water taxi to take us to other beaches for €4.

I had read reviews that areas of the hotel were very dated so went knowing this however, I felt it was a real shame they didn’t replace the carpet and old sofas they have on each landing, this would totally transform the place ! This was only negative though, everything else was fabulous and as someone that only usually stays in modern hotels, the positives far outweighed the negative of it being slightly tired in areas.
