Hotel was really good, beyond our expectations, Communication was excellent as contacted them prior to our stay regarding a 50th birthday celebration while we were there. Fast response & clear instructions. Rooms were well equipped & beds very comfortable & adjustable height too. 5min walk to the port, 25mins to Mambos, taxi rank & bus stop directly outside hotel. Taxis reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Breakfast was amazing with good quality food & selection. All the staff friendly & went above and beyond to make us feel valued

Very clean and nice hotel, served delicious food at bar. ( Bar stuff inside hotel was awesome! ) Check in is very quick and smoothly. Very lively hotel with good music 😊

Staff who worked at the bar- right next swimming pool was rude and charged double the price for drinks. I did try to talk with them but they were extremely rude and talked just in the Spanish language and replied to me in English " We doing the right price". I did try to speak about it in reception but nobody was going to help with saying " The bar does not belong to us". After all, I did buy drinks just at the bar from the other side of the hotel. AC need a good clean in the room. Was better to open to have cooler air than using AC.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The pool area was a great space, clean and plenty of sun loungers. Food and cocktails were nice whilst there. Location was nice and quiet yet still close enough to main bit of San Antonio. Fridge in room is always a plus. Mix of age groups so wasn’t just young people wanting to party. Was a lovely stay for me and my mum for her birthday trip 😊

Air con isn’t great didn’t even turn on one night. It wasn’t too hot when we were there so wasn’t too much of an issue. You can hear people in their rooms making noise at night/early hours but I guess that is expected when in Ibiza so not too much of the hotels issue. When there was someone shouting really loud one night the workers did come round to tell them keep it down.

We stayed at this hotel as a football team as we were over playing against a local club.the staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean with cleaning staff doing the rooms each day. The food and drink were reasonable price and the food was very tasty.we will be making yearly trips as a club and would definitely book this hotel again 10/10

I had a great stay at Hotel Puchet! The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short distance from San Antonio, making it easy to explore the island. There are mini markets nearby, which was super handy for grabbing essentials. The WiFi was reliable, which is always a plus. Another highlight was the spacious paid parking area, making it stress-free for those renting a car. Overall, it's a comfortable and well-located hotel for a stay in Ibiza. Would definitely consider coming back!

The fact that paid £2,500+ for 5 people to stay their, and was then asked, to pay £15 for one overnight parking of a hire car, (car park was empty) because we had booked our stay with booking.com and not direct (it would’ve been free if direct booking) we parked in street, wouldn’t pay their highway robbery charges

The hotel is located in a lovely area. Everything is a walkable distance (max 15 minutes to the centre of San Antonio). The beach is 5-7 minutes walk, supermarkets are 2 minutes away and there is bus and taxis just outside. Loved the whole vibe of the hotel and the pool. The view from my room was great 💫. The staff were all very helpful. I booked the room with breakfast but didn't really get the chance to go eat. Overall it was great

The room was a bit dusty when i went in. Also the shower head had mould and it was semi broken. I didnt notice until i made use of it. But I rang reception the next morning and they had someone replace it.

We liked that it is newly decorated , i clean and spacious and has a parking lot, though we wonder how would it be in summer when it’s fully booked as the Cummins areas do not look big enough.

The toaster at breakfast was set so low that one had to put the bread in at least 6 times to get it slightly warm. We asked to put it up but it did not seem possible as after 10 days there it was still the same. the hot water for tea was never hot enough or the tea cups big enough.

Great location Good staff Value for money is on point. Great breakfast selection(not so much for vegetarians). I would book again!

The receptionist told us he was too busy to give us recommendations and he was speaking only in Spanish when he clearly understood we can’t speak Spanish. However, another receptionist attended us soon after and gave us good recommendations, including a map.

Staying for a friend's 50th .lots of us were staying all over Ibiza. We had a big itinerary .I was relatively close to everything . Taxi rank outside. Only ever waited 10 minutes . Extremely good value for money.I just wanted to sleep and shower. I was spending my money on going to nice places. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
