What can i say about this place other than unbelievable...I had an accident 5 days into my holiday (broke both of my ankles) and the kindness and compassion i received from the staff astounded me - The management went above and beyond anything l could of imagined, i received more care & understanding in this place then any of the medical facilites i attended, They physically carried to my room, set my bed up, kept me fed, watered and comfortable. The on duty manager even packed my bag for me (much neater than i could of ever done with the use of my legs i might add), genuinly i would of been in a terrible place without them. The place has all the facilites, is stylish with great food, like some other places in ibiza - However the management and staffs ability to deal with me and my situation was truly impressive and a mark of true professionalism and quality in my book.

A very beautiful themed hotel. There are many photo spots. The staff is very polite and caring. The pool was great.

The water in the shower was always cold. Even waiting for it to warm up didn’t help. It would stay warm for about 5 minutes, then turn cold again. Music from the restaurant could be heard through the ventilation. Fortunately, the disco ended at midnight. The rooms aren’t exactly new. But despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel is definitely worth a visit overall.

The only thing was it’s basically impossible to get a taxi at some times (not Wi-Ki-Woo’s fault) however maybe when they do transfers to the airport etc they could look at extending that to booking set time slots to drop the guests at ocean etc / pick up times as would make the trip a lot more stress free (if that was an option would be the onlyyyyy thing I would change)

Location was brilliant and loads of nice restaurants around. Lots of vegan options throughout the day for food. Great rooms with sun cream provided! Bed was super comfy and staff were friendly. On one day there were no sunbeds available but the staff got us towels and we were able to hang out in the pool so this wasn't an issue. We were confused about the booking of sunbeds before we arrived but it's simple - you only have to pay for the bali beds, normal sunbeds are free. So the same as all hotels.

Absolutely love this place. First of all I have to say the staff are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a great vibe and great decor. Bed was super comfy, aircon worked well. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good here too, lovely selection of cocktails. Pool area was a really nice vibe, book beds in advance if you can as they do get booked up. Sunset is gorgeous from their bar at the front.

It's a little tired in places and some things are a bit impractical. For example there are no hooks in the bathroom near the shower for you to hang your towel or clothes. The lighting in front of the mirrors and dressing table area is awful and the seat to sit on when at the dressing table is too low - for an Instagrammable hotel that has lots of influencers I thought this sortof thing would be spot on. These are such little things though and didn't impact our stay, just thought it was worth mentioning for future.

The place is one big barbies playhouse like from another world. Pool set up was great. Food was great. Pool staff so friendly.

Bartender on arrival seemed very intense and in your face didn't take a hint I wasn't wanting to chat. Told me he hadn't slept and about his night... I guess young ppl enjoy bad chat. Very young vibe. But that's ibiza. Place was looking rough around the edges and needs a renovation compared to the photos. Was advised to not use my balcony door on arrival as it was just replaced but I paid to have a balcony. Mgr on the front desk wasn't very helpful. Staff very young and not really sure what they are doing or to say when asking questions. Seems like a lot on standing around chatting together bit clicky. Beds way to soft it was weird. Toilet was a shoe box size door didn't completely shut by design meaning no privacy.

We loved it all! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Such good food. And we felt like princesses in there🥰

The only thing I could fault was the amount of storage in the room. Me and my friend both like to unpack our case but felt there was not enough space for both of our things. Some extra or bigger drawers would have been perfect!

Chloe was amazing really helped us when there was some confusion about the welcome drinks thank you we are so grateful. Staff in general were lovely

Pool area is rather small limited loungers unless your willing to book and pay which as a guest is a litttle cheeky. Location isn't bad as long as your prepared for walking and getting taxis.

really stylish hotel, a little oasis of glam on that side of the island. only 10 min walk from the harbour and cafe mambo the room was surprisingly a good size with a nice shower, super clean too! really great value too, we could’ve easily stayed for a couple of nights, not just the one night we originally booked for. all the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast choice was brilliant and the food came out perfectly. we’ll definitely stay again!

we only stayed 1 night but I’ve had no complaints!
