I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the spotless, comfortable room to the delicious breakfast and the unbeatable location. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Gianluca and the rest of the staff. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their kindness and positivity turned a great stay into a truly special one. I can confidently say the staff was the highlight of our visit, and I can’t thank them enough for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality.

Nothing, everything was perfect

This hotel is in an ideal location. A few minutes walk to the beaches and the famous cafe mambo/cafe del Mar to enjoy the sunsets. But apart from the location, the best part was meeting the Mother Superior, Gian Luca. Was a pleasure to stay here and deal with Gian Luca and the most amazing staff who work so calmy and makes your stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, as was the drinks by the amazing pool. Rooms are spacious and quiet. I would highly recommend this place. After I checked out, I stored my luggage there and sat by the pool for a few hours as I waited to go back to the airport. Will be back again!

Loooved the stay here, staff is so amazing, the vibes in general are so nice here you feel very comfortable. The room service was coming in daily, the pool is clean and doesn't smell of chemicals. Cocktails and food are absolutely bomb and the prices are decent. Even tho we planned to eat out all the time we couldn't resist going back in a few times to try the hotels food as it was sooo tasty. The room we stayed in was a decent size and had a refrigerator and AC. Honestly, best hotel I've ever stayed at, as I genuinely felt like I'm on vacation and this is my home.

Very warm welcome from our arrival. The hotel is lovely, immaculately clean in all areas, and lovely decor. Our room was comfortable and for a change, there was a surface with a plug socket and a chair where I could get ready and do my hair, instead of standing in the bathroom, a big failing in most hotels these days. We loved the terrace for breakfast and dinner, the food is delicious, perfect choice at both meals each day, varied and inventive, I had to ask for half measures as the portions are very generous, everything is so well cooked and beautifully presented. Pool crystal clear and very nice sun loungers. All staff without exception are so helpful and friendly, we felt really welcome, The Purple Hotel is our new favourite in Ibiza, we are looking forward to returning again soon . The location is perfect for us, a short walk to everything.

Wonderful time with my stay in the hotel for 4 nights. Staffs are so friendly. As a solo traveler, "Mother" GianLuca and "Baby Sister" gave me the most heartwarming welcome 😍 they are simply amazing and so helpful. The room is big and clean, also love the little detail even for the door sign. Pool is lovely. Location is perfect. You are basically few mins walk to everywhere from the beach,restaurants, sunset bars,etc. Definitely will come back. Thanks so much.

Gian Luca and his team provide the perfect hotel for Ibiza. Its surpassed all of our expectations especially for what it cost. We’re a heterosexual couple that loved every moment. The freshly cooked food was superb and was very competitively priced. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt involved. Participation was in our control, which was adjusted accordingly with each guest. Everyday every surface of our room and balcony was professionally cleaned. The communal areas were constantly kept clean and tidy. Everyone worked tirelessly as a team

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Free drink on arrival, The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, Giani makes the hotel as fabulous as it is, without him it wouldn’t be what it is….. perfect!! He goes above and beyond for you, as do all the staff. 🌟 The rooms were spotless, with fresh towels and bedding provided daily. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and the cocktails were top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend! We will definitely be back again…..

I normally don’t write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel is extremely well managed, and a special shout-out goes to Gianluca the mother of the hotel – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always with a warm smile. The entire staff is fantastic, offering exceptional service with genuine passion and joy. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable – I felt right at home. The food at the hotel is also excellent: fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth recommending. The pool area is beautiful, and the atmosphere among guests is relaxed and welcoming. The hotel is gay-friendly, but I believe women traveling alone or in groups will also feel completely safe and well cared for. My stay was perfect from start to finish. I give it a 10 out of 10 – and if I could, I’d give 10 stars! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The Purple Hotel in San Antonio is overall in my best 3 top hotels ever and I have travelled extensively all over the world. The Hotel is ultra modern, the location is perfect, it’s spotlessly clean and the staff are so welcoming they feel like family which is rare in any hotel. A special mention and huge thank you to the manager Gian Luca who made our stay an unforgettable experience, hr was so helpful and so really funny he was our Mother Superior for our entire stay we loved him. Not forgetting Jaider our Columbia’s friend and waiter who looked after us superbly and was so so nice again a great experience. That said the other staff were too brilliant. I have no real reason to return to Ibiza but will just to see our new friends who run an outstanding hotel. Bravo and see you all again soon ♥️😎

The overall property was very good! I had an excellent time with the whole staff, from people at the reception to the cleaners for the rooms, who were extremely friendly and always available to make the client's vacations comfortable and like a path of pleasure. Facilities also worked well, and I had no issues at all! Definitely, it's a place I will consider again if I'll return to Ibiza!

It's difficult to ask more from a place like that. I have no complaints at all. I never had breakfast on the property, but I'm confident it was good enough, considering the number of people staying there.
