Great atmosphere, vibrant , happy friendly staff. Good poolside drinks and food.

The bedrooms need updating, not a 4* air con located in an unpractical area, didn’t do anything for cooling the room. Room was clean, bathroom basic but clean, beds comfy. Kitchenette area good, great to have a decent fridge for keeping your drinks cold. Overall my rating for the room is 6.5/10, rating for pool areas 9/10, even with the basic rooms I’d stay here again

Brilliant hotel and events, staff are helpful and kind. One thing that really stood out is how exceptionally clean everywhere is! from the pool to the rooms to the corridors. Everywhere. Forever smells lovely and freshly cleaned. although it is a hotel that could easily have a lot of trouble due to most of the guests being young, drunk groups, I couldn’t have felt any safer. Security really look out for people and stay at the door 24 hours a day.

Sunbeds at the chill out pool are quite uncomfortable and not adjustable, for someone with a bad back it was a little bit difficult but that is the only bad thing I have to say, otherwise outstanding hotel.

I was here for a friend's birthday week. They wanted to do Ibiza. I have to say the staff is amazing. They were very helpful and super patient when my card didn't work immediately (thanks a lot Visa, smh). I also have to get a special thanks for the housekeeping staff. After walking past a few rooms that were being cleaned, I can understand part of the reason why this place costs as much as it does. I can't imagine how much cleanup they have to do on a daily basis. Outside of that, the breakfast was ok. But there are plenty of places nearby to eat. The dining staff were also amazing and very helpful.

The only thing I was slightly upset about was that I couldn't bring back the drinks that we bought at the VIP party table the next day. However, I do understand they don't want to risk people bringing illegal things into their hotel.

The vibe here was amazing, good energy from guests and staff! The property is centrally located and so clean for a party hotel. Get some earplugs though as the party is ready to rock at midday. We loved it though. Cheap food and drinks too. There’s a mini mart attached to front of hotel which is so handy for drinks and snacks and even souvenirs if your on a strict time limit like we were. The keycard for the room is attached to wristbands too which makes it really easy. Good working A/C too! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is party party party and definitely not for the faint hearted. It is a fabulous experience definitely recommended the music, the DJ's especially Craig David were amazing. We went the week before closing parties, seeing the Insta stories wish we had gone that week would have loved to been there for Ibiza Orchestra...maybe next year.

Lack of sleep....can be very noisy if you have people partying next door and above music blaring...next time I am going to knock on the door and gate crash :-)) highly advisable to sleep by the pool or beach during the day lol

The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. The food for breakfast was very nice. Staff were nice and friendly. A really good shop in the hotel. I also like the irons in the luggage room. Honestly couldn't fault the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise in the early hours. Some other guests were still up making lots of noise at around 5am, so we didn't get much sleep. Silly us for thinking other guests would still want to sleep in ibiza lol! A second pillow each would have also been good for us.

Loved the fact you could get drinks for your room, it was very clean, air conditioning was freezing and staff were very helpful

Didn't like the fact the rules of quietness between 11pm and 7am weren't followed. You can't sleep at all. Unless your wasted or ill you could never sleep. Think of a zoo when all the monkeys go mad or a custody block in a Friday night.

Everything was perfect, I wish I was there a couple of months before so I could enjoy the parties at the hotel!!!

The staff here are EXCEPTIONAL!! on day one of our stay my friend had had a bit too much to drink and the staff were so caring, they ensured she’d had enough to eat and drank enough water, even stood by the toilets to help if she needed to be sick. Asked how we were continually and were so so friendly. There’s a little supermarket onsite too which had a bank machine however broken during our stay. Good for necessities tho! The room itself we stayed in was a rocks basic, and for two of us it was great. Little kitchenette in the room, decent bathroom with shower and bath (shower was broken) and 3 single beds with plenty of room. Check out was 11am and as our flight wasn’t until 8pm, there was a luggage room onsite which has cctv so you can still go and enjoy your last day without carrying. Ur things. Overall so happy. Only issues we had with this hotel was we couldn’t get the shower working and the maintenance wasn’t available, however we just had a bath so not much of an issue.

The staff were soo lovely and always happy. There was not a problem at which is unusual considering there are soo many people who are not sober. I also loved that the hotel was kept to clean! I would say someone is checking a table for cleanliness or more drinks every 10 minutes. The team of cleaners in the hotel are spectacular!!!! Good work keep it up

A more grown up inside lounge area is old be a nice touch.
