We booked last minute for my partners 30th and had such a fantastic time! The staff were exceptional, always friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of fresh food! The decor was very modern and the hotel/rooms were very clean!! Special mention to the younger man and lady that worked on reception during the day as they were brilliant and helped with all our queries and never let us walk past without saying hello! Would highly recommend- hotel is about 5 min walk from resort centre which is great as you can still join in on the action but also be able to have a peaceful nights sleep!

The younger man who worked behind reception on the night shift was incredible. He chatted to us without contrived customer service. He was honest and helpful and helped myself and my partners plan one of our trips. Nothing seemed too much. He was brilliant.

Breakfast wasn't always warm and the gym is not a traditional weights gym as assumed.

Lovely clean hotel with a great breakfast served every morning, pool on rooftop was nice but only downside was there was no one there at the bar to serve drinks at any time or music on so it lacked a little atmosphere! Bedroom was lovely, nice interiors, very clean, immaculate and lots of lovely products to use during your stay. Staff helpful and really easy walk down to sunset strip or to get a taxi as these were ordered super quick. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Only issue was the lack of service at rooftop bar as I didn't see anyone serving there over the weekend which would have been nice if you were staying there for the day.

Lovely clean, new hotel. Didn’t dislike anything at all. Very modern, with nice boutique feel pool on rooftop, with bar. You can order food here or in the bar next door which the owners also run & they will deliver to your room as well. Staff are lovely and so helpful at all times, and they don’t nazi police the visitors to the pool area which is nice, unlike some hotels. Breakfast is very good and has something for everyone, always being topped up and refreshed. Coffee from machines here is top class. Coffee machines in the rooms is a plus too. They have a Shower room usable on check out day so you don’t have to pay extra for late checkout. Honestly they aim to please here and do it very well.

My only little thing would be room size, I was solo, so not too annoying, but more people in the room and I think you’d notice it lots more. But it wouldn’t stop me going back as the hotel in general more than makes up for it

The room was clean and comfortable. It has all we needed including a mini fridge with water. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was great value and had lots to offer.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The pool was cold but we did visit in October so I’m sure it would be a lovely temperature in high summer!

Clean modern room and bathroom. Slightly smaller than I expected and would have been tight with 2 people in there. Gigi on the bar was amazing! Couldn’t do enough for the guests.

No hooks to hang towels or pool towels which was a little annoying as they were hanging over the cupboard doors which then blocked the main door. Pool didn’t have enough loungers

The breakfast buffet was so good and lots of choices, the staff so friendly & welcoming and available to answer any question or provide information, free beer on arrive was nice touch, would defiantly stay again location in heart of San Antonio 5 min walk to fountains and restaurants

Nothing for me it was perfect

Everything was so clean and tidy. Staff would speak to you as you entered and left the hotel very friendly. Pool was lovely and refreshing and clean .

Excellent breakfast selection, really friendly staff one of the key things is they let us check out as normal and were were able to go back in the evening for a shower downstairs etc before our flight which was amazing I’ve not come across a hotel that has done this before so it was very appreciated!
