The location of the hotel is really good. Even though there's no private parking space, it has always been easy to find a place for the night, at max 10-15 minutes away by feet. The room was OK, but missing a bit of surface space. One of the girls at the reception was extraordinarily helpful and welcoming (while the rest of the staff was a bit grumpy).

I wouldn't go back, because the quality/price ratio is not good (as it is most likely in the majority of structures in Ibiza). Not a lot of space to let towels and beachwear dry.

Not the fault of the property but public transport within Ibiza in winter is problematic.

The hotel itself was really nice considering it’s only classed as two stars. The communal areas were nicely decorated and styled. The room was clean and quite big, with a balcony that was a sun trap. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Our first night there we were kept awake by very rowdy guests next door, we asked if we could move rooms and the staff were great! Said it wasn’t possible but that they would speak to them, which they did and then they quietened down. All other nights we were lucky (maybe the guests left), nevertheless, the walls are thin so do expect a higher level of noise than other hotels. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and there was no lock.

The staff at Hostal Mari were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The size of our double room was just enough space for my friend and I with great natural light and a nice view being on the 4th floor. The little restaurant/bar just downstairs was perfect for a quick meal or drink and the bodega just a few steps across the street was very convenient! We would 100% return and recommend!

There was no hair conditioner provided but you could pick some up for cheap just across the street. There was also no fridge which would have been useful for keeping drinks cool.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast offerings. The spread was complete and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Moreover, the reception service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Alicia, who provided outstanding assistance. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The excellent service and warm hospitality at this hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded to the new block of rooms over the road. Lovely fresh and modern room with balcony. Includes fridge. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Beautifully cleaned each day. The bar in the other building has a friendly & welcoming atmosphere and polite staff. We were able to park our car just in the next road, no problem each day. Highly recommend. No complaints at all.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The welcoming reception, smooth elevator, daily room cleaning, in-room closet, balcony, and available mirror all contributed to a pleasant and convenient experience.

I missed having a fridge in the room, but the reception staff accommodated by storing my food in the lobby fridge. Similarly, the lack of a safe box and basic amenities like glasses, cups, and a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, but the helpful lobby staff promptly provided them upon request.

Really friendly staff, great location. The rooms were basic, but had everything you need for a very clean and pleasant stay. Felt very safe and secure. There was a safe in the room. Breakfast was good and had what you would need for a good start to the day. 5 min walk to the harbour/front and the clubs on the strip

We had the suite at the top floor with a private balcony and it was spacious and modern. It exceeded my expectations. It is listed as a hostel, but I've stayed at four star hotels the exact same standard. The aircon worked really well, and we found street parking in the blue zones nearby.

Not enough shampoo in the room for two women with long hair. However, I'm sure we could've asked for more. I'm not too keen on the almost transparent wall between the room and the bathroom, but I understand this is a current trend which other guests may appreciate.

The location is good. A bit tough to find car park at night but doable. We stayed in a standard double room so nothing fancy but room and the bathroom are both clean in comfortable size. We had buffet breakfast (not included) and it was quite good.
