Very friendly staff, perfect location, comfortable beds, fridge in the room, extremely clean and the cleaning staff comes every day and cleans the room spotless! Also appreciate that they change every towel (2 big ones, 2 small ones and 1 for feet) with each cleaning as getting fresh towels every day is really rare at most hotels. And although it is right in the centre, it was fairly quiet at night and you get great sleep. And after checkout you can leave your bags for free and have a shower before picking them up and leaving without any extra fees. Very satisfied and can't wait to be back next summer! :)

The bathroom could use some more hooks for towels and clothes It would be great if the vanity table in the room had an extra light above it to see yourself better when doing your make-up

When we arrived the staff allowed us to check into our room early. Staff were very helpful and polite. Hosgal was very clean with comfy beds, air-conditioning, fridge, safe, shower and tv. Rooms cleaned e wry day. Lugage holder why we had a late flight and a shower room to freshen up. There was also free shampoo/body wash in the room. And the shower room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were large and soft. Extra bedding too.

I left a small cucumber on the bed side table and when I woke up there were a few baby ants. Placed it in the bin and didnt see any more for the wrest of our stay.

The location is excellent – right in the center, with shops, grocery stores, and cafés just across the street. The main promenade with restaurants, the port, and the bus station are only a few minutes’ walk away. The accommodation was clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided, and the room was cleaned daily. However, I really missed having a kettle in the room to boil water. The hostel had only one or two kettles available for everyone, and unfortunately, they were already borrowed when I needed one. So I couldn't make myself a coffee or tea in the morning. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby, but the coffee from it was terrible. It would be great if the hostel had at least a small shared kitchen for guests to use. One big plus is the late check-out at 12:00, which was very convenient. We were also able to store our luggage on the day of departure, so we didn’t have to carry it around the city. I forgot my headphones in the room after checking out, but the staff found them and returned them to me – much appreciated! Overall, good value for money. The rooms aren’t very well soundproofed, but that’s the case with most hotels, and it didn’t bother me too much – I slept well.

I really missed having a kettle in the room to boil water.

It was the perfect location, easy to reach where I needed to go. Rooms were clean and was exactly like the photos posted on booking.com. Although it's close to the clubs/bars, you can't hear the noise. Staff were also friendly and answered any questions I had. If I return to San Antonio, I would stay here again

The only negative I have is the size of the bathroom as it was small but that was expected with a single room

The staff is very nice and polite. The price was also great for five days. The location is very good and has some nice shops next to the hotel. Some restaurants and some bars are located 2-3 blocks away. There's also some good bakeries on the street. The room was very clean and the hotel in general was relatively quiet. I would definitely go back in the future.

The rooms did not have good soundproofing at all so if you are in the bathroom you can very loudly hear what's going on in the bathroom next to you which is not very pleasant. If you don't want to listen to other people's business every morning then ask maybe for a room that's on its own. I also didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a small fridge to put our water. These are my only two complaints however. Everything else was great and it was definitely worth the money.

Reception staff were amazing on the first meeting prior to check-in, and this continued throughout my stay. I used the shower/toilet room to change and left my bags in a locked room where my items were easily labelled, and I went off with my matching collection ticket. This was up to 3 hours before my check-in time, which meant I was able to explore the area without pulling and carrying luggage. The room (single) was immaculate with daily housekeeping. It had everything I needed. It was cool, even without using the air con. The shower was great, too. Tucked away in a little alcove by the entrance, there were a couple of seats and a table, with a microwave and also a drink vending machine. There were water and snack/drinks vending machines available, too. The street you walk on to arrive or leave Roca was cute and quirky from the bottom to the top. Shops' goods spilled out onto the narrow street, making it feel like you were walking through an artisan market with boutique stalls. I felt very safe making my way to and from Roca at any time of the day and night. I feel that's extremely important as a solo traveller.

Exceptionally clean, with daily change of towels and cleaning of room. Staff are really friendly and helpful, the location is central yet so very quiet. Very good value for money.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but as a suggestion, I would say maybe add a slightly better/bigger bar fridge and also just a small shelf in the bathroom to put all toiletries on top (toothbrush, etc)

The hotel is very nice and clean. I loved the location,very close to bars,restaurants, souvenir shops,and bas station.

I didn't like that,there was no hairdryer in my room, but on booking.com, it says there is a hairdryer . Also, a little fridge in he room could be a bonus. I also didn't like that,people were very loud. If you are looking for relaxation at night you can forget about it. There are many young, drunk people partying till early morning.I didn't sleep well for the whole week.

incredible value for money, the beds were quite comfortable and the tv was conveniently placed. its about as central as you can get but incredibly well located in a quiet street with nothing else in the street open past 10pm. the staff were very lovely and kind. aircon works fantastically

unfortunately despite the lack of noise from outside, the property is not insulated at all. from around 9am you continuously hear cleaners scraping the beds across the floor boards to make the beds. sometimes clubs close at 6/7am so this is incredibly frustrating as it is impossible to sleep between 9 and 1pm ish. I definitely recomment they approach the cleaning differently, purhaps some felt under the beds so it isnt a very very loud scraping sound all morning. it sounds like removalists were upstairs. could also hear word for word the conversation of the people next door so not overly quiet.
