Location was fantastic, nice and roomy accommodation.

Unfortunately when we arrived it was not easy to meet up to get the keys to the apartment, the main person was not available, we had to try and figure out where to meet these people a little more difficult than it should have been. They should put a meeting point of a hotel or a restaurant that is easy to find. The other problem was air conditioner do not work for the first night and there was a heat wave, the next day the property owners were very prompt in their response however they gave the service man my phone number to arrange a time to enter into the apartment who did not speak my language. Other than that I really did enjoy the apartment I think it was just a hiccup this time for the owners

The beach is close by and also West End street with their free entry clubs. The location was great. They also provide umbrella and beach towels which was very useful. The beds were comfortable and a nice view of the church.

No shower gel or shampoo provided. No oil or salt in the kitchen. Just one towel per person provided. They have a no other people allowed policy in the apartment.

I was a little nervous about this after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s obviously not a luxury resort but you can’t beat the location. It was a little dated but overall clean. There was 5 of us and we fit comfortably. We did not have an issue with the air - were actually a little cold and we stayed there early August. Overall good experience

The apartments were spacious, clean and beds were comfy. Amazing central location. Great value for money if you want somewhere more affordable. Front of desk were very helpful.

Not all advertised facilities were readily available ie iron and hairdryer.

very good value in super conveinent location easy access to sunset strip to the beaches and the bus station bonus if you get a balcony with view over S Antonio church and the mountain tops 100% would definitely return

It’s a really good location, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the facilities were all clean

The aircon unfortunately was leaking really bad someone did attempt to fix it but couldn’t find the issue so had to be left as was so we had to empty the buckets daily which was annoying.

staff great, was allowed in early as appartment was ready. beds were very comfy, nice balcony. fabulous shower.

noise frombfurniture been dragged across floor above. was not too much of a problem as only away fir 3 nights.

Great location, staff very friendly, clean and spacious.

Noisy at times with people moving the furniture about in other rooms, not enough mugs, no oven and room not being cleaned enough on long period stays.

Clean, airey, comfortable had everything I needed and due to the fact I went in February Tony ensured the room was well heated ! thank you for to the family for an amazing little break ! coming back soon 😄 great recommendations for a bike shop round the corner at Ibiza Sport where I hired an electric bike for the day to cycle up to Santa Agnes ! it’s not all beaches clubs and nightlife. so much more !!

Great value for money, great location yet it was sound proof so you weren’t woken up by anyone outside. Decent balconies and lovely staff who provided towels for the pool
