Location is excellent, central to San An. Room was basic, but clean and functional, it was cleaned every day if required. Restaurant onsite. Staff were pleasant and helped where needed. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple.

If you don't like noise and being woken up early by the cleaners this is not for you. There is no sound proofing on the walls/doors and as such, you hear every single noise in the hallway/hotel and vice-versa. Outside my room was some noisy plant equipment going all night, every night. Bed was not comfortable and could be improved.

Location was perfect, close to shops, bars, restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Hotel wasn’t too loud and the room was nice and clean, comfy bed, nice balcony

The room was quite small and not furnished too fancy but you don’t expect this when the hotel is great value for money and in the party centre of the world. Has all you need to have a nice time and get your head down when needed, clean bathroom, good shower

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured it was tidied up every day. The room itself was spacious and bright, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, which was a great start to our days. There's also an affordable cafe on the first floor, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. Despite its central location, we didn't hear any loud noises, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Given its budget-friendly rates, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future, as it offers the whole package for a great price.

For the first time in Ibiza, we felt really good, and we wanted to thank you for the beautiful anniversary surprise (nice chocolate and a lovely greeting card ) from the hotel staff and especially for Laura the receptionist that she gave as a lovely customer service and a great room. The room was with an amazing sea view , the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very polite ,always smiling and friendly. There is a nice restaurant at the hotel with good food as well and lots of shops nearby .

The hotel was very central. It was very close to the bus station and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you are here to go clubbing it's a great hotel, if you want somewhere quiet you'd be better finding a hotel not so central. My room was nice and clean and had a good balcony.

It's noisy outside the hotel at night time but that didn't bother us really as we weren't in the hotel very often as we were at the clubs.

The view was fantastic, as was the location. Handy to all the eateries at Sunset Strip, the boat landing, bus stop & other stores. The bed was comfortable & appreciated aircon during the evenings. aroom was serviced every day.

We weren't informed of the availability of a daily buffet breakfast, which I thought disappointing. And our room location was super noisy, but hey! What would you expect, it is Ibiza.

room was ok location spot on, its a pity you don't have a pool that would have been 100% spot on.

only thing I didn't like was the air con right above your bed. it makes you feel unwell and you can catch a cold like that and cig smoke when you open your balcony door.

1. Sometimes it can get noisy late night if you are staying on the lower floors 2. Pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel can replace the pillows and buy good ones.

best location I have ever been in the Balearic Islands, top floor room 616 AMAZING VIEW from the balcony, very close to all the attractions, boats, diving, beach, food, drinks, clubs, everything no more than a 10 minute walk

a bit noisy at night, but with the balcony doors closed and the air conditioning on it wasn't a drama

The location for us was perfect. Close to ferry boat station, some tourist points, nightclubs and restaurants. You can go walking. including the area near the Cafe Del Mar restaurant, to watch the sunset.

The hotel does not have its own parking and we had to leave the car in a parking lot close to the Lidl supermarket and walk for about 7 minutes. But for us this wasn't a big problem.
