Location is excellent, central to San An. Room was basic, but clean and functional, it was cleaned every day if required. Restaurant onsite. Staff were pleasant and helped where needed. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple.

If you don't like noise and being woken up early by the cleaners this is not for you. There is no sound proofing on the walls/doors and as such, you hear every single noise in the hallway/hotel and vice-versa. Outside my room was some noisy plant equipment going all night, every night. Bed was not comfortable and could be improved.

Good location and good hotel. Staff was friendly. Getting the breakfast included was the best part of trip.

Some rooms and fridges, other didn’t, the consistency was strange. Not having a fridge was a con.

If you're looking for a stay in this side of the island (San Antoni) - then this is probably the best location. Bus stop is right behind the hotel, beach is right outside in front. Hotel has free wifi and a brilliant cafe that serves a proper english breakfast - i couldn't believe it! Staff is helpful, receptionists are assistive and there's nothing to complain about. They even have a big closet to store your luggage before your check-in or after your checkout. Only thing i feel - they can be a little easy with the checkout timing rules, as i understand it's the peak season and nobody would like to lose an opportunity to make money anyway they can. Rest was OK. My honest review - Great choice for a stay!

They can also try to provide water bottles. I know it's not necessary, but these small gestures and acts give you an edge in a competitive market.

This is a very basic room, but it works if you're looking for vacation. The shower and toilet are functioning, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works. New towels every day. The position is very convenient to go to the beach.

The WiFi is not 100% so it's not good for remote working; it's a bit loud at night; no fridge in the room (this is the disappointment, we would have spared a lot of money just thanks to a Minibar); the cleaning service doesn't really clean the floors so if you stay more than one week it could be a bit uncomfortable

Simple but everything you need comfy bed good air con a bath in the bathroom round the corner from the bus station we’re you can get a bus to the airport for 4 euros and also the disco bus to take you into playa n bossa the staff were so nice and welcoming something I didn’t have at a previous stay at the White Island grand palladium hotel which was 5* I’d def stay at the red hotel over any other hotel as I was made to feel so welcome and all the staff were helpful and very friendly the room was very clean as well

Location was perfect, close to shops, bars, restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Hotel wasn’t too loud and the room was nice and clean, comfy bed, nice balcony

The room was quite small and not furnished too fancy but you don’t expect this when the hotel is great value for money and in the party centre of the world. Has all you need to have a nice time and get your head down when needed, clean bathroom, good shower

There's also an affordable cafe on the first floor, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or coffee. Despite its central location, we didn't hear any loud noises, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Given its budget-friendly rates, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future, as it offers the whole package for a great price.

For the first time in Ibiza, we felt really good, and we wanted to thank you for the beautiful anniversary surprise (nice chocolate and a lovely greeting card ) from the hotel staff and especially for Laura the receptionist that she gave as a lovely customer service and a great room. The room was with an amazing sea view , the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very polite ,always smiling and friendly. There is a nice restaurant at the hotel with good food as well and lots of shops nearby .

Good place to stay, clean, and close to everything. Best part of it was the receptionist Laurita(her name is Laura but since there are two of them she is Laurita). We absolutely loved her and she went above and beyond with everything :) Lovely stay!

The bar was not managed properly, but probably we just caught a bad day. We waited over 30 min to get a coffe and we left without saying anything since communication with staff was poor
