Staying in this hotel is beyond words and this world which is so rare nowadays. The kindest receptionists, the best service, atmosphere in the hotel is cosy, nice, clean, friendly, very relaxed. You are a guest and everyone there will take care of you. From all their heart. It's fantastic! Big rooms and nice beds. Historical feeling (because the building is historical, fully renovated but with special details like original flooring), the ambience can be felt all through. Very tasty food, a lot local vegetables are used in the kitchen. It is the best stay in this area!

A very comfortable, beautiful and spacious hotel in a brilliant location in central San Antonio. Very friendly and attentive staff - even though they have only 6 rooms, reception is open 24/7, and everything was easy. They even washed our clothes for free. Very comfortable room, good wifi, great aircon, everything feels very high quality. They left free juices and wine in the room, and there are free bottles of water in reception. Amazing attention to detail in everything. Very nice views across the square onto the marina. Taxi rank is right outside - very convenient. Café del Mar, Café Mambo etc are only 10 minutes walk away. Es Paradis, Eden and Ibiza Rocks similar distance in the opposite direction. Even though it's very central and busy, the double-glazing was great, and we slept well. Breakfast downstairs was great, with a huge range of choice and very friendly staff. And perhaps best of all, they didn't mind if we had breakfast even at 1 in the afternoon. That sort of flexibility is really welcome in Ibiza when many of us aren't going to bed early!

I can't think of anything meaningful to say here - it is a more urban, boutique-style hotel, which means that it doesn't have a pool, etc. However, for us this was more than compensated for by everything else, especially all the space we had, and the beach is only 5 minutes away!

This hotel is really lovely but it’s the staff that make it wonderful. I’ve travelled a lot all over the world and have never encountered such genuine and thoughtful customer service. Ulrica and her team go above and beyond to ensure every guest is made to feel welcome and valued. Such lovely surprises in the room and thoughtful touches everywhere. The cafe where you have breakfast is on the ground floor - the food is fabulous! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ulrica - you are a ray of sunshine!

Not only is it an aesthetic paradise for the eyes — everything is thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. The interior is stunning, and every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay comfortable and effortless. There’s everything you could possibly need, and the high ceilings are a pleasure in themselves. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, with breathtaking views of the sea. Everything you might need is nearby: parking, shops, and great restaurants. The hotel itself is amazing — and so are the wonderful people who work there. Our hosts, Olivia and Barbara, were absolutely lovely and kind. We had traveled all day to celebrate our anniversary on Ibiza and arrived quite late, not expecting to be able to celebrate that evening. But the ladies surprised us with a beautiful gesture — they decorated our room in the most thoughtful and heartwarming way. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Thank you so much for the warmest welcome. We recommend this place 100%! If we could, we would give it a 20 out of 10. A truly wonderful hotel with outstanding service. We will definitely come back during the season.

The women staff of the hotel were incredibly kind and delightful to interact with. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable (just as shown in the pictures). You had everything you needed to enjoy a long stay, and if you were missing something, you only had to ask.

It would have been nice to have Netflix, Apple, MAX or something as the TV channels were limited. And not that it is in the hotel’s capacity to change, but the location is right next to an incredibly rowdy, loud, drug and drunk filled street that is the opposite of a pleasant experience at night.

This is one of the best boutique hotels we ever stayed . As if It is an art gallery. Room was spacious tastefully decorated . Kitchen was very useful to warm up leftover food. We didn’t plan to cook . It is at the center location with excellent views of ocean and square .staff especially manager and staff Olivia was extremely attentive to our needs and helpful . Breakfast was so so good

We liked everything . Only problem was parking and access to the hotel entrance . Hotel entrance is through the restaurant and Olivia helped us to carry our bags across the taxi stand .

A wonderful hotel, we were delighted with our stay there. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, starting from check-in, where we were greeted with champagne! On the very first day, they surprised us (it was my husband's birthday the day before). It was incredibly pleasant, and we were very impressed 🥹 I have never seen such a warm and attentive attitude anywhere. Thank you very much, Ulrica♥️ The room is gorgeous, with everything you need. It's cleaned every day, and the breakfast is excellent! There is a wonderful view from the balcony. Our stay at the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. I hope to return here more than once!

Oliwia from the front desk made us feel like Hotel Portmany was our home away from home. She was there whenever we needed something and gave great recommendations. The restaurant out front is really wonderful and the breakfast included with the stay was awesome. They were very accommodating and let us get breakfast late. The room itself was huge and had nice finishes (I enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom).

You can hear the hustle and bustle out front of the property, but it’s not too loud.

Hotel Portmany really is an outstanding hotel - its extremely high rating on booking.com is completely justified. If you are considering staying here then we would 100% recommend you do. Staff, cleanliness, location, service - all fantastic. They even went above and beyond to create a birthday surprise for us. At the end we even gave the staff we encountered a tip (manager, 2 receptionists, 2 housekeeping) because we were grateful for how much effort they clearly put in to make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We ate every evening at the restaurant downstairs. I'd say it's the best place to stay in Ibiza.
