- Nice looking room, with comfy bed and pillows, basic kitchen but well equipped. - Staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Vanessa at the reception!) - Great position: big parking nearby, walking distance from sunset strip and city center. - I liked the attention to recycling with allocated trash bins near the elevator.

- Lot of party people here, so expect loud voices and occasional slammed doors. I had no problem sleeping, but if you're sensitive to noise or looking for complete quiet, it's not the place for you.

Great staff, made our stay exceptionally pleasant when they upgraded the room for us without extra charge. The fan in the room was handy to cool you down. The actual room was very spacious. The location of the hotel is very close to the city's centre. The green area is spacious, so there is enough space for grabbing some sun lounge to chill beside the pool.

Two single beds weren't comfortable for the couple. I would suggest having some options for some rooms with double beds. The bar opens at 11 am as well as the swimming pool. So if you want to get coffee before 11 am there is a coffee machine in reception, but think to note it only accepts coins. So if you don't have coins but only cards and/or large notes (reception doesn't have change) so you end up going to café around the corner for coffee. I would suggest having a coffee machine fitted which accepts cards or large notes at reception.

The staff are really friendly and attentive, perfect if you're a solo traveller. Also, the hotel is a few minutes from the beach and has really good spots to sunbathe all fairly nearby. The room I had was equipped with cooking facilities, and a balcony. Veronica's really nice but they're all customer focused and friendly.

The only gripe I could mention is it gets a bit noisy/rowdy with party-seeking brits?

The stuff was really friendly especially a reception girl Chiara who were extremely friendly and supportive.

The balcony door was broken and it was quite difficult to open and close it. Seems like the guests used it a lot and because it is a cheap door it was broken easily before. We asked to fix it the same day and the next day a repairman came, checked everything and told us that it's out of his competence and skills (obviously) and promised to call a special windows installing company. They could come in a few days but it was already out of our stay.

Great location point, within walking distance of beach and town. Spacious room with balcony. Great daily cleaning service with fresh towels. Hotel in general was very clean. Nice pool area. Good air conditioning. Stocked kitchenette.

Very noisy day and night. Shower very slippery, even with shoes on. Dated furniture.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Most of the staff spoke English but we still managed to communicate with staff members that did not speak as well. The room was quite big and comfortable. The pool is not very deep but still very enjoyable. The hotel is in the middle of everything which is great as we did not have a car and everything in San Antonio was in walking distance from the hotel. Considering the price we paid, I expected less as it is much cheaper than other places, however, it was a great stay.

The kitchen did not have a lot of equipment, I think there was one pan, one strainer, three cups and mugs and a few plates. However, we did not rely on the kitchen much so it was not a problem.

Location was spot on the staff were excellent my cousin even got involved an had a laugh cleanin reception showing off his moppin skills, staff were so funny, loved it, back again soon definitely

Could ov done with a balcony but thats just bein picky, pool was 20ft away

Reception staff were very helpful at all times. The room was basic but big and we slept well. The pool area was great with music playing throughout the day and the food was OK too. We were on the ground floor and felt secure at all times. Overall happy with the price we paid.

Our door was a nightmare to lock and open. Reception had to come and open it a few times. Our safe didn't work but reception sent someone round to fix it on the 2nd day.

Room size was good enough with sea view from balcony.

Check in staff was not skilled. Kept waiting beyond 3pm and tactfully offered a room of inferior quality than what I actually booked. She was too rude to refuse the category room I booked simply by saying its overbooked. Fortunately her superior intervened and given us the room we booked and found it was well available. Room AC was not working on first day- second day it was repaired.
