The place is in an excewllent location, the staff were great, the room and bathroom/toilet were immaculate. The bed could have a firmer mattress, but it was fine, not uncomfortable. It's a pleasantly noisy, happy street, so it's not quiet, but it's a lovely community noise and buzz. Lots of great cafes and bars and short walk to epic beach scenery and restaurants. There is also a small, vintage cinema a few doors down, showing unique movies. My room and balcony for the price were way beyond my expectations. It's a lively, lovely hotel, The neighbourhood is vibrant. So many great walks and shps all around the area, loved it, thanks!

Super clean, they have a nice area in the reception with microwave to heat up food, room was super big, very clean, balcony was very pleasant and the bed very comfortable. I will definitely come back next year!

Another guest was screaming from her balcony but the reception was quick to act. There’s overall a problem of noise as you can hear everything in the building

Was in a great location (easy walking distance to many sightseeing locations and surrounded by great bars and restaurants). Staff were friendly and helpful. They also had lots of daily activities for people to join in during the day and at night which was great for solo travelers to meet people.

Great little place and perfect location and clean and staff were very helpful. I was a solo traveling and I felt safe and the rooms were clean and perfect with own bathroom toilet and bedroom. Perfect for just having a shower and getting some sleep in ibiza. Il be back again to stay for sure. Thank you 🤩

Nothing it was perfect for the value and location.

The vibes of this building were ethnic and felt a bit like home. Old and preserved furnitures and decorations. The location was great. Close to the sunset area and also close to the port (center). 3-5 minute walk each side.

The room door was not the safest they could choose but had a safe for valuable items. The windows were a bit old and they were noisy when it was windy. They didn't have an elevator. The walls were not thick enough to keep the neighbour noises away.

The rooms were very noisy, very poorly insulated. You could hear everyone walking down the aisle or people from other room.

Nice big balcony with a table and chairs- very cute. Lots of space in the room and a mini fridge which was so convenient. So easy to locate and quite close to a beach and the bus stop. 24hr reception also. Not too loud at night either, and good aircon

Not great aeration for the bathroom so it got pretty humid- not too bad though. The pool isn’t on site, but just a short walk from the property- just ask for location at reception.

Exceptionally clean and tidy. The cleaning team deserves a praise for their job as the room was spotless after they cleaned it. The room temperature at our arrival was perfect as the AC had been set to have it cooled down before our arrival.

The rooms are a bit outdated and they could do with a refurbishment. The swimming pool is not located in the same building but it is shared between another hotel

Walls very thin, could hear every word in next room, there was an ashtray on our balcony when we arrived with cigarette butts in it

Good location, not too noisy outside but still in very close proximity of the beach, nightlife and shops.

The shower had a step inside it and was very tight, slightly too small.
