Apartment was pretty good and comfortable. Big shower and enough place on the kitchen. Apartment had a really god soundproofing walls so you even didn't hear your friends sitting in the next room to you with a loud music xD

We didn't have a dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. The reception was in te other hotel (approx 100-150 meters). But, the main is the location of the apartment. If you plan to stay in San Antonio this apartment has a very good location. But if you plan to party or visit Ibiza city so it's a little bit far. The main bus station is in 10 minutes by foot. By bus to Ibiza city you will get approx. in 25 minutes. The last bus in both ways were after 11pm (in some days there were also some night buses but i didn't use them). By taxi the cost is approx 30-40 euro. So you have to think before the trip what are your needs and what are you going to do in Ibiza island. San Antonio is a little bit far from the Ibiza molo and from the partying part of the island.

This apartment was actually a surprise. Being in the centre of Ibiza 5 mins walk from the main strip of bars and then 15 mins away from Ocean Beach I did not expect such a wonderful place for such little money. It looks nothing like the images. In fact they do not do justice to how modern and clean they are are! Fantastic location. Staff are very kind and accommodating and even extended our stay for one more day without any issues with less than 24 hours. There is a pool in the hotel that you check in to and the beach is 10 mins away. Above a bar and restaurant which is very cheap and really nice food. Overall I didn't want to leave and we all (6 people, 2 apartments) agreed we staying there for every visit! Thank you.

There was actually nothing.

The location was perfect and the apartment was really Cozy. They gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bed apt and also helped us with an early check in. It was perfect for our stay for 1 night. It also came with all the amenities and facilities. And nearby (6min walk) there is a free open car park space.

The reception desk where we collect the key is 4 mins walk away from the apartment. No other issues.

The apartment was clean and spacious, good shower pressure & the crockery was very useful. It is also close to a taxi rank which is very helpful when getting to Ibiza

The check in process can be a bit confusing considering you have to walk to the hotel down the road for key collection. A drop off key box at the actual apartments for check out would also be very useful

Very straight forward check in. We landed at 21.10. 2 adults 3 little ones. Taxis only take 4 from the airport and so we would have needed 2. We decided to get the bus to Ibiza and get the L3 to San Antonio. If you need a taxi for more than 4 you need to pre book this somehow. We arrived at the Hotel Francisco take 5/10 mins to walk from bus station but very easy. Use Google maps ask the bus driver to use point you in the right direction and your off. Hotel copied passports and gave keys within 10 mins. The apartment was 3/5 mins walk (exit right from the entrance) cross 2 roads and cross the road (opposite side from hotel) and you'll see a sign for the apartments on a public pathway way. Only problem with the room was the cars/bikes/bin vans going past. The doors and windows are very sensitive to sound so you hear everything go past. No tea or coffee or milk. Italian takeaway/bar sell milk/water/pizza obviously which is downstairs on the street no more than 1 min from the apartment entrance. We arrived at the apartment for 22.50 and kids were asleep before 23.10. Very nice apartment comfortable clean, spacious. and staff were good for the time we stayed. We used this for a one night stop over but a few days more would be good too. 10/15 mins walk to the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and grateful as we booked a 1 bedroom bonus!!

Perfect for what we needed! Beds were nice and comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for a good stay. Was a great base for going out and a fair price. The staff were very helpful throughout too.

Apartment was clean,spacious and well presented. Lobby area looks great.

Had to pick up keys at hotels couple of streets away. This Wasn't made clear at time of booking but Wasn't much of a problem.

The pool at the sister hotel is only 5 mins at the most to walk to and it’s fab … below the hotel there’s a restaurant which is very reasonable and the breakfast is fab and they are such lovely people xx
