The room was spacious. Breakfast was really good. Rooftop pool and view was fantastic.

No amenities (i.e cotton buds. shower cap, etc.) in the room. The rooftop beds were not free, and there were no signs indicating this. Once you pick one and get comfortable, someone would approach and ask if you had reserved and paid for it!

Location, rooftop pool, breakfast was delicious. Had also asked the staff to prepare something small in our room before we arrived, as I had planned to propose to my girlfriend while we were there, which they couldn't have been more helpful with. Very much appreciated!

The rooms are spacious and the general decoration of the rooms and the common areas is neat and elegant without being overbearing. The staff was really nice and super helpful. The restaurant is very good. The rooftop infinity pool is quite impressive and the view simply stunning

Noise is a real issue. Despite having a room with a sea view our room was located just above a busy restaurant and bar playing loud music from 9am until midnight. Although the staff did offer to change the room without any problem, the proposed substitute was slightly smaller and with a worse view whilst still overlooking the hotel's main pool also playing loud music, so we decided to stay in the original room. The music was also prevalent in all common areas at all times of the day. Perhaps this is the Ibiza vibe but we found it tiring after a while.

Loved everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel is at a quieter end of San Antonio, 10 min walk to cafe mambo. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby for a chilled night. The rooftop pool was amazing with views over the sea. Comfortable sunbeds with thick cushions. It was really relaxing and quiet up there. We had some lovely freshly made cocktails and lunch in the roof top cafe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the sunset from our terrace.

The air con was a bit tricky to use and we didn’t find it as cold as usual. When using the hairdryer it got very warm in our room. The toilet and shower door is see through. Was quite annoying with the toilet as you could see very clearly when the light was on, even though it looks frosted. Would be good to have a shaded area on the rooftop cafe as the wind meant we couldn’t have the umbrellas up. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again and we would still recommend this hotel

The hotel was recently rennovated, the design is stylish, minimalistic Ibiza, a lot of white and earthy tones, the breakfast buffet has a lot of options, the quality of the food in general is very good. The staff is super friendly. The rooftop infinity pool and bar area is wonderful.

The lack of hangers in the room and lack of an amenity kit (cotton pads, mini nail file, etc.) , also the shower gel had neither been refilled when when we arrived nor during our stay. There is no restroom on the rooftop (only in the hotel lobby or your room) , also it is only open until 8 pm, so no chance to watch the sunset from this perfect spot.

Location was perfect. Pool top bar had a great view but you should not shut the pool at 8pm - it should be after the sunsets, that’s the beauty of the location.

I felt some of the staff at the pool top bar and the staff serving outside in the evening lacked good customer skills. Couple at the pool top bar, small guy with hairy chest and English woman, they just didn’t cut it for me. The older gent serving outside in the evening came across as rushed all the time, doesn’t create a relaxing environment.

We have stayed in Ibiza many times and this was by far our favourite hotel. It’s immaculate, modern and stunning! The location is perfect, not too close to all the comotion but still close enough to the west end/mambos etc. The rooftop pool is also a bonus with gorgeous views!

The air con could have been better in the room and our bed was two single beds pushed together that kept splitting apart which was annoying. However that is the only negative thing we have to say about our stay, the rest was perfect!

The hotel has been newly refurbished and looks great. The rooftop pool and balcony to the room were highlights! The rooftop is amazing with a gorgeous view. You can watch the sunset from your balcony which has lovely furniture to ensure it’s nice to use. The rooms are great and a good size. A bit more attention could be given to the room cleaning. Breakfast was just OK. Really the only issue with the hotel is the staff which I feel are maybe teething issues so hopefully will work out. When we were checking in the concierge literally left us in the middle to help two outside guests reserve beds for the rooftop, then left to actually take them up to the rooftop without finishing our check in. Things like that happened a lot. Not major but it’s the service that lets the hotel down a little. Location wise it’s just up from cafe del mar, opposite a little beach. No issues with noise or anything like that and easy to get taxis where you wanted to go. If I was staying in San Antonio again I’d be happy to stay here ensuring you have a room that faces the beach and sunset.

Rooftop pool, spa, room size, sunset view balcony, golden Buddha next door, the staff were amazing, it was spotless, the breakfast went until 11am and was overwhelmingly lovely, location was close enough for activity but quiet, price for the quality, the outside looks high end and lovely, room decor was understated and sleek, huge shower room.

See-through toilet door - this seems to be a European thing of the last 10 years?

The pictures do not do this hotel justice at all. Recently renovated, the rooms are lovely and modern with tons of room for two people and a great sized bathroom (with great water pressure!). The included breakfast was always fresh and well stocked regardless of the time you went down and the bar on the rooftop was reasonably priced (10 euros an aperol). The main highlight for us though was the rooftop pool and the Bali beds... the view was just sensational! Also walking distance to everything in San An but you didn't feel like you were in the thick of it - was nice to be set back a little for the hustle and bustle.
