The rooftop pool is incredible, and the food up there is some of the best hotel food I have ever eaten. The location of this hotel is also great.

A male staff member who mans reception at night was so unbelievably rude and aggressive, despite us always being nothing but polite. He refused to sell us any water despite all shops being closed and despite his other overnight male colleague selling us water the previous night, and he also lied to us about ordering us a taxi (we waited for an hour for the taxi, and despite us repeatedly checking with the man that he had ordered us a taxi, when we eventually flagged one down, the driver told us that no taxi had been called for our hotel.)

The room was spacious. Breakfast was really good. Rooftop pool and view was fantastic.

No amenities (i.e cotton buds. shower cap, etc.) in the room. The rooftop beds were not free, and there were no signs indicating this. Once you pick one and get comfortable, someone would approach and ask if you had reserved and paid for it!

Location, rooftop pool, breakfast was delicious. Had also asked the staff to prepare something small in our room before we arrived, as I had planned to propose to my girlfriend while we were there, which they couldn't have been more helpful with. Very much appreciated!

The rooms are spacious and the general decoration of the rooms and the common areas is neat and elegant without being overbearing. The staff was really nice and super helpful. The restaurant is very good. The rooftop infinity pool is quite impressive and the view simply stunning

Noise is a real issue. Despite having a room with a sea view our room was located just above a busy restaurant and bar playing loud music from 9am until midnight. Although the staff did offer to change the room without any problem, the proposed substitute was slightly smaller and with a worse view whilst still overlooking the hotel's main pool also playing loud music, so we decided to stay in the original room. The music was also prevalent in all common areas at all times of the day. Perhaps this is the Ibiza vibe but we found it tiring after a while.

Quieter beach front of St. Antonio. Small beach just outside the hotel. And 10 to 15 man walk to the port and the bus station with a taxi station outside the hotel. Generous breakfast and good quality restaurant and bar. Everything was always clean and the staff most useful. Easy to handle with children and the underground SPA area provides some escapism.

Breakfast starts at 8am, which is sometimes late with small children.

Loved everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel is at a quieter end of San Antonio, 10 min walk to cafe mambo. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby for a chilled night. The rooftop pool was amazing with views over the sea. Comfortable sunbeds with thick cushions. It was really relaxing and quiet up there. We had some lovely freshly made cocktails and lunch in the roof top cafe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the sunset from our terrace.

The air con was a bit tricky to use and we didn’t find it as cold as usual. When using the hairdryer it got very warm in our room. The toilet and shower door is see through. Was quite annoying with the toilet as you could see very clearly when the light was on, even though it looks frosted. Would be good to have a shaded area on the rooftop cafe as the wind meant we couldn’t have the umbrellas up. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again and we would still recommend this hotel

The hotel was recently rennovated, the design is stylish, minimalistic Ibiza, a lot of white and earthy tones, the breakfast buffet has a lot of options, the quality of the food in general is very good. The staff is super friendly. The rooftop infinity pool and bar area is wonderful.

The lack of hangers in the room and lack of an amenity kit (cotton pads, mini nail file, etc.) , also the shower gel had neither been refilled when when we arrived nor during our stay. There is no restroom on the rooftop (only in the hotel lobby or your room) , also it is only open until 8 pm, so no chance to watch the sunset from this perfect spot.

Location was perfect. Pool top bar had a great view but you should not shut the pool at 8pm - it should be after the sunsets, that’s the beauty of the location.

I felt some of the staff at the pool top bar and the staff serving outside in the evening lacked good customer skills. Couple at the pool top bar, small guy with hairy chest and English woman, they just didn’t cut it for me. The older gent serving outside in the evening came across as rushed all the time, doesn’t create a relaxing environment.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The pool is amazing up on the roof top, perfect view of the sunset. There are restaurants extremely close and a taxi rank outside too which is great. Staff were lovely.

Honestly I can’t really say I didn’t like much other than the location probably but even then it wasn’t THAT bad. About 10/15minute walk from the main strip.

We have stayed in Ibiza many times and this was by far our favourite hotel. It’s immaculate, modern and stunning! The location is perfect, not too close to all the comotion but still close enough to the west end/mambos etc. The rooftop pool is also a bonus with gorgeous views!

The air con could have been better in the room and our bed was two single beds pushed together that kept splitting apart which was annoying. However that is the only negative thing we have to say about our stay, the rest was perfect!
