Comfortable and satisfying place to stay. The two-bedroom units are roomy, providing more space than the standard lodging options found around Ibiza. The outdoor pool is a great spot to cool off during hot days, and it’s usually quiet since most guests are either resting from late-night outings or preparing for another evening out. Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the building, which enhances security and helps deter issues like theft. The hotel enforces a clear ban on loud music and smoking, contributing to a more peaceful environment. One of the highlights is its prime location—just a short walk from the shoreline and various local stores, making it easy to explore without needing transportation.

Sound insulation isn’t great; the walls are thin enough that you might hear nearby guests, activity in the hallways, or traffic from outside. Getting a good night’s sleep can be hit or miss, depending on how noisy your neighbors happen to be.

Location, cleanliness and easy access with door codes. The host, Jean Paul, was very kind and helpful. I travelled with my fiancé and two friends. We’d recommend the place.

Difficult to turn on the lights in the bedrooms as it’s a button on the ceiling fan so you have to be tall and watch out with your fingers. The fans are very weak so you might turn on the air con in the living room and leave the bedroom doors open to cool down the whole place before you go to sleep, though sleeping was not a problem at all in September. The temperature during the night was fine. We’d still recommend it.

We had a very spacious and light apartment on the quiet street. The beds were good, even the sofa bed in the living room had a real madrac. Kitchen was equipped with large fridge, oven and nespresso coffee machine. Apartment was very clean and well maintained.

I really like the look of the apartment beautifully clean and modern. Everything you needed including a communal washing machine. Small swimming pool that made the relaxing mood even better and everything was near by. Main party streets but also the bus station with connections to other parts of the island. I travelled alone this time but defenetly I will stay here again.

If I have to put any downfall will be the hot water taking a bit too long to come hot. But I think in summer time in the heat that won't be a problem either.

everything was alright

Fantastic air conditioning, light, airy and large social space and well equipped kitchen! We particularly liked the Nespresso machine! Bedrooms were basic, but beds were comfortable.

The balcony fan blew out hot air, so not particularly pleasant to sit out there.

The aparthotel is in a fantastic location. Richard and the team are very helpful and communicate well. There is a relaxed feel to the place that we loved. Rooms are massive with a big balcony. 2 mins walk to Ibiza rocks and a 5 minute walk to the bus station for the disco bus to the clubs. Would book again and already thinking about it for next year
