The room far exceeded what I expected for the price. The location is perfect and right in the heart of San Antonio, but also very quiet for when you need to get your head down. As I walked in I could smell it had recently cleaned (I booked the room last minute and arrived within around 30/45 mins) and was spotless! I booked a smoking room and therefore, had a private balcony. The room also had excellent air-conditioning, a fridge and tv. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. I had breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious with a lot of choice. I was also staying as a single woman alone and felt very safe here. I will absolutely return here! Thank you to all the staff!

Fantastic location and excellent free WiFi. We stayed in a quad room with our 2 teenage boys. We were offered a choice of 2 apartments on arrival, which was a nice touch. The room was extremely clean and all beds were very comfortable. Loads of bedding and linen supplied for our family of 4. Little fridge in room was excellent to keep bits fresh. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel bar is a great atmosphere, selling lovely food till really late. The pool and loungers on the rooftop is a stunning area to chill out. Our experience was faultless from us arriving, thank you very much.

Having to leave

Lovely hotel in a great location in a quieter part of Ibiza. We stayed in the part that was newly renovated which was nice, very comfortable bed, excellent shower with nice eco-friendly amenities. Rooftop pool is stunning and the breakfast was delicious - lots of options fresh pastries, hot food and fruit. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and knowledgable which really made a big difference to our stay! Would certainly recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back soon.

Everything was excellent! If I had to pick on something, perhaps the rooms were a little on the smaller side. One thing to note is that here are not that many deck chairs for the pool as it's a small hotel so you may need to be early to get one. Be aware also that street parking may be a little tricky so you may want to book the paid parking from the hotel, which is around the corner.

I have never met such friendly staff before. Everyone was wonderful - Sofia at the reception, Belen at breakfast, and the other boy at the reception whose name begins with A (I can't remember, sorry!). They made my stay truly exceptional. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast very tasty, location excellent. I had a wonderful rest and I'm so grateful for the time spent there!

Great location, short walk to the sunset strip and bus stop as well. Room clean, big double bed. Good shower. Small fridge very useful. Buffet breakfast with hot and cold foods, cereal, fruits, cakes and croissants, juice, coffee. Nice pool on top with music playing. Polite and friendly staff. Supermarket near your doorstep. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Staff very attentive couldn’t do more to help. Cleaning staff were excellent always in everyday and always spotless. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Property wasn’t loud and hard to sleep in , had a great sleep each night. Great supermarket outside. Not far to beach.

Pool only had 5/6 beds never could get a sunbed.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and there was a nice terrace to sit and relax. There's a car park for the guests very close to the hostel for 12 euros a night.

The noise from the street made me close the window at night.

4th floor room with balcony. Much better than 1st floor which is close to the bar restaurant at the Marino hostel which is separate from the hotel although facilities are shared including the swimming pool. Superb breakfast. Quiet hotel but it wasn't busy in early April. Staff very helpful.

cleaners start at 6.45am and are quite noisy at least on the first floor (chatting, opening and closing supply rooms). Bar restaurant is noisy from late afternoon to quite late but not after 10pm but this is only relevant if you are unlucky to be allocated a room on the first floor which is close to the bar restaurant and road. Not a main road and no other noisy places nearby (beside a kickboxing studio and supermarket but no other restaurants takeaways immediately beside the hotel).

The Staff were excellent the girl on reception was so friendly and helpful, They always went the extra mile. Highly recommend this place for great value accommodation with great aircon and the rooftop bar and pool. No problems with arriving in late 24hr reception kept our keys safe for us also.

Very helpful and kind staff. I met all the people and have great time together , the breakfast is 10/10 , very clean hotel, the pool bar which located on the roof have nice drinks and very good food !!! I will definitely go again in the future!!!
