The Hotel was amazing! Clean & Comfortable and the Staff was so welcoming, helpful and very nice! The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic! The swimming pool and outdoor area is really cool! They kept our luggage after we did the Check out, so we were able to walk freely the last day. We highly recommend this Hotel :-)

I had a room for 2 as a sole traveller. It was more than adequate.. There was a small fridge with a small freezer (can fit 3 300ml bottles of coke?) which was great. The bathroom was well equipped. The room was cleaned, beds made daily. The hotel has a restaurant attached which I wasn't aware of before my visit. Kettles aren't provided for those of us who like a cup of tea, but you can ask for hot water in the restaurant. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but might consider it if I visit again. The location is ideal about 10 min walk to the main strip on San Antonio Bay. It was good to have a pool a dining area and sun loungers. Its near quite a few supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel accommodates all age groups and families. I would stay here again

No in room tea making facilities, however you can go to the restaurant for hot water.. If you have a flask even better to keep your water warm. A bit of sound proofing would be good..

We booked this very last minute so the choice in the area was very limited. Reading the reviews we were a little nervous to say the least, but in all honesty it exceeded our expectations. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a room for 4, and I must admit was very adequate. Lots of clean towels and room service knocked every day asking if we required anything else. We actually couldn't fault it! There is a nice restaurant next door attached to the property, which was again very nice and reasonably priced. And a small supermarket just down the road. I would stay there again.

You can hear the rooms next door, but to be honest we were there for a weekend as a group of girls so didn't bother us too much.

We had booked two room with three single beds. Unfortunately they were very different rooms: one was spacious and with swimming pool view. The other one didn't have any nice view and it was much smaller. Neither of the rooms had single beds, but both had one double and one single (which in our case wasn't a big problem, but what's the point of asking our preferences if then they get ignored?). Great Breakfast with lots of choices. Good location.

We asked for two triple rooms and we were expecting them to be close to each other (it was April so not at all pick season)....but instead they were on different floors.

The location for us was perfect as it was near to the start of the trail race I was taking part in. The first night we were in a room next to other guests who wanted to party most of the night but in the morning we went to reception and asked if we could change rooms and they did so immediately. I was able to check out the new room to see if it was suitable and again that was not a problem. The staff especially the lady on the front desk was so helpful.

The first room we had did not have a kettle but once we were moved to a different room it was great.

Room - was good with lovely views, it felt like a city holiday for sure. We did have issues with our rooms air conditioning. When we approached the hotel, they stated that it was an issue with the entire building and this too 3 days to fix. This was an issue for us and the fact that it wasn't resolved properly had an negative impact (we obviously were not looking forward to coming back to a Non-AC room in the boiling heat of Ibiza. Location - Central, and easy to access. Parking is difficult but the receptionist was excellent at navigating us to a parking spot few streets down the road (10 min walk). It was lovely.

The fact that it took them 3 days to fixe the air condition was a big issue in a hot country. They couldn't even provide us with an alternative, whether it be a fan or an alternative room.

Quick and easy check in with the young lady on reception polite and friendly. I requested a single room, and had a double bed. Balcony faced onto the main road, which wasn't too busy. If you're a super light sleeper it might be an issue, but this is San Antonio, so expect some noise. The breakfast was continental & cooked, so should tick nearly all the boxes. I had half board, so my evening meal was 3 courses and included a soft or alcoholic drink ( small beer or glass of wine). This is a budget hotel so for £42 a night (may 2022) I was more than happy with the food, drink and accommodation offered. If you're think of renting a bike, the Florencio is linked to a very good rental shop, which you can access through the hotel.

A couple of friends had issues in there rooms with the electronic safe not working. One of them was able to change room so problem solved, the other friend moaned a bit !!!! but was fine after a couple of beers.

Location was great. The pool…wow the pool was amazing. Great atmosphere during the day. Only thing is it opens at 10 and closes at 6, I think I should be open earlier and later. But the lovely man who worked at the pool bar was so amazing, tip him if you get great service like he provided us. Room was large and clean. We requested double room, it was two singles close together that frequently separated but it was very warm so My partner and I didn’t mind the space. Buffet breakfast is great!

Aircon was not great, it was very hot in our room over night. It was on coldest setting and full fan but remained very hot.

The staff were really nice. The location was really good close to the bus station and ibiza rocks just around the corner, short walk to sunset strip, walked to ocean beach area in 20 mins easily

Air conditioning wasn't strong, im my group of 4 rooms we all booked the same type of room but the rooms were all different style and size, pick of the draw my room was the darkest, with poorest air-conditioning. There was a sheet that said to make sure the window was closed because of sensors but there wasn't any sensors on the window

Nice restaurant, reasonably priced and alcohol not exorbitant. Staff helpful. Fridge in room and nibbles at bar very nice touch. Clothes storage bit small for a couple, but fine for single. Aircon very noisy and not effective.. My Spanish let me down, but some staff understood most of my English questions....Wud go back there. 👍

Bit noisy from Spanish people in hostel either staff quarters or customers late at night shouting, TV or kids playing media games/music. Usually between 21:00 - 02:00hrs.
