I liked the quiet location in a local area away from noise, it was a nice hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Bar/restaurant staff especially Jessica were very friendly and welcoming! Jessica is very helpful with local knowledge and letting us know good places to go! She’s an angel and great asset to your team! I wanted to give her a tip but when I went back to find her she must of went home.

The bed was a bit hard and didn’t fit on the base properly but didn’t really effect my sleep too much, could do with kettles in the room for coffee lovers. Also female receptionist who worked night shift Tuesday 24/06/25 was very rude and not friendly at all towards us.

Hotel Florencio was close to main city centre ( The EGG ) a 10 minute walk and you were among the main shops , restaurants and beach front. Ibiza Rocks Hotel if you have planned a day out here is just around the corner as well. Hotel itself was clean the room which i stayed in was basic no kettles or self catering but these are available at reception if required. Room for me was just for sleeping as I eat out everyday so was perfect for my stay. Pool area is small but has its own wee bar and a top floor if you just want to sunbathe. The restaurant on site is nice and clean and always has guests dining in it. The one meal I had was lovely and cheap.

Having no balcony did make things very hard to get shorts and towels dry so if travelling with children I would suggest asking for a balcony or at least a window that directly gets the sunlight.

Brilliant location, perfect for families room very big. And also have a bath not many hotels offer both bath and shower facilities. Especially with young children. Staff are soo lovely and kind. Food is very limited for full board but tasty. Off menu theses a massive variety including for children food. Will be back as lovely clean well presented staff 💯 amazing and welcoming. You feel sooo safe in this hotel

Price to borrow a towel around the pool area when it's check out day. €10 is little pricey when you have children with you to. And pool sign states that adults have to go in pool with children. Zero sun loungers around pool all on top deck.

We booked a triple twin bed room and it was perfect. The room was full of natural light and it was super cozy. It provided good amount of storage space. We stayed there for 3 nights and for 2 days, luckily, we had the pool just to ourselves even though the hotel was crowded. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool time. We also had breakfast in our booking and though it was a normal european buffet kinda menu yet a good way to start our day without worrying about where to find a good place to eat in the morning. However the street offers a number of cafes to get a simple snack and a coffee. We might stay there again in August. You should definitely consider booking it.

I had a room for 2 as a sole traveller. It was more than adequate.. There was a small fridge with a small freezer (can fit 3 300ml bottles of coke?) which was great. The bathroom was well equipped. The room was cleaned, beds made daily. The hotel has a restaurant attached which I wasn't aware of before my visit. Kettles aren't provided for those of us who like a cup of tea, but you can ask for hot water in the restaurant. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but might consider it if I visit again. The location is ideal about 10 min walk to the main strip on San Antonio Bay. It was good to have a pool a dining area and sun loungers. Its near quite a few supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel accommodates all age groups and families. I would stay here again

No in room tea making facilities, however you can go to the restaurant for hot water.. If you have a flask even better to keep your water warm. A bit of sound proofing would be good..

We booked this very last minute so the choice in the area was very limited. Reading the reviews we were a little nervous to say the least, but in all honesty it exceeded our expectations. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a room for 4, and I must admit was very adequate. Lots of clean towels and room service knocked every day asking if we required anything else. We actually couldn't fault it! There is a nice restaurant next door attached to the property, which was again very nice and reasonably priced. And a small supermarket just down the road. I would stay there again.

You can hear the rooms next door, but to be honest we were there for a weekend as a group of girls so didn't bother us too much.

The Hotel was amazing! Clean & Comfortable and the Staff was so welcoming, helpful and very nice! The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fantastic! The swimming pool and outdoor area is really cool! They kept our luggage after we did the Check out, so we were able to walk freely the last day. We highly recommend this Hotel :-)

We had booked two room with three single beds. Unfortunately they were very different rooms: one was spacious and with swimming pool view. The other one didn't have any nice view and it was much smaller. Neither of the rooms had single beds, but both had one double and one single (which in our case wasn't a big problem, but what's the point of asking our preferences if then they get ignored?). Great Breakfast with lots of choices. Good location.

We asked for two triple rooms and we were expecting them to be close to each other (it was April so not at all pick season)....but instead they were on different floors.

The location for us was perfect as it was near to the start of the trail race I was taking part in. The first night we were in a room next to other guests who wanted to party most of the night but in the morning we went to reception and asked if we could change rooms and they did so immediately. I was able to check out the new room to see if it was suitable and again that was not a problem. The staff especially the lady on the front desk was so helpful.

The first room we had did not have a kettle but once we were moved to a different room it was great.

Room - was good with lovely views, it felt like a city holiday for sure. We did have issues with our rooms air conditioning. When we approached the hotel, they stated that it was an issue with the entire building and this too 3 days to fix. This was an issue for us and the fact that it wasn't resolved properly had an negative impact (we obviously were not looking forward to coming back to a Non-AC room in the boiling heat of Ibiza. Location - Central, and easy to access. Parking is difficult but the receptionist was excellent at navigating us to a parking spot few streets down the road (10 min walk). It was lovely.

The fact that it took them 3 days to fixe the air condition was a big issue in a hot country. They couldn't even provide us with an alternative, whether it be a fan or an alternative room.
