* Very kind and professional staff, excellent customer service: we arrived earlier than check-in time, and were enabled an early check-in as soon as a room got freed up for us. The staff took its time to describe all the amenities and services provided by the hotel, as well as to give customized advice about what to visit in the area during our stay. * Spacious and comfortable room, with a good air conditioning and a cosy balcony facing the main street. Individual and comfy beds. * Excellent location, especially for us who were getting around by public transportation - it is just 4 blocks far from the bus station, which connects to "calas", island capital Eivissa and the airport. Also 10 minutes away from the Sant Antoni beach and promenade. * Services with extra added value like lending towels and umbrellas for going to the beach, and letting us take a shower on our last day even though we had already checked out. * Good tip: There's a Spanish traditional supermarket "Mercadona" 200 meters away, very convenient if you want to get food, also already prepared food and drinks for reasonable prices.

Simple/basic hostal if you just need a place to sleep. The airconditioning is working really well and it is nice to have a fridge in the room. They also have a shower that you can use on the day of departure (after check-out), which is very convenient.

It's a bit noisy and you can hear other guests quite well.

The staff were very king, they gave us beach umbrella and a hair dryer The room was very clean and It have every thing we needed and with a little balcony and it was very quiet at night The hostel was like 3 min walk away from Mercadona We will definitely comeback

Not having a parking was a huge problem to us especially if you have a big car but we managed to find a place every day 😂

Helpful staff, especially the gentleman who seems to be the one in charge of the property (fixing my tv promptly, explaining how the safe operates, keeping my luggage after check out etc).

Just a suggestion, they could promote the bar and make better use of the facilities downstairs, making some drinks and snacks available for guests to purchase, especially for those who check in late in the evening.

It is very close to a supermarket. You can walk to Cala Gracioneta. Distance is around 1,5 km. 10-15 minutes walk to main bus station and city center. Rooms are big enough. You can take sea umbrella and hair-dryer from reception. No payment. A little balcony to take breath and dry your swimming suits

Friendly staff and 24hr reception. The room looked exactly like the photos, except the bathroom had been renovated recently which was a nice surprise. Close (10min walk) to shops and restaurants but very quiet location at night. Free beach umbrellas for guests to borrow which is very handy as none of the beaches have any shade.

The beds were quite uncomfortable (could feel the springs) and the bathroom did not have any windows or fan.

Clean rooms with airconditioning, cleaning every day, front-office is always stafft. Nice coffee corner, the staff is wonderful.

Bad WiFi, pretty hard beds, the Hostal was getting ready for the seasons but was not yet. You cant park your car

It was an amazing stay, everything is so comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful with anything that we needed during our stay including reservations for outings and recommendations in what to do. I would definitely come back

This hotel exceed my expectations. The staff is really kind and helpful. Everything was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location is also great, close to everything. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The reception is open 24/7. Highly recommended!

Value for money, good price for a stay in Ibiza, location is close enough to port, nice and cozy hostel.

If you don't close the door from balcony you will hear everything from the street. Nothing bad to say.
