The location was great, close to everything we needed. the beds were comfortable, had a good shower/ bathroom, a tv with some english channels, cooking facilities and plenty of space for clothes. Staff were always very nice and helpful.

Our only problem during our stay was the noise, there is poor noise insulation, the person in the apartment above sounded like they were moving furniture at odd times, but worst was some of the neighbouring apartments had some inconsiderate people who thought it was ok to shout and argue or play music in the middle of the night/ early morning when there are other people sleeping close by. that did affect our sleep.

Great room, very clean and very friendly staff. The location was perfect.

We would certainly go back to this place if we were going to Sant Antonio again! The location was good and the apartment was very spacious, in particular having a separate bedroom was very nice. There are several supermarkets in the area, of which the Eroski City was our favorite. It is easy to get to the apartment from the airport by taking line 9 to the central bus station in Sant Antonio, which is less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment. As we had an early flight back and there were no busses at that time, the reception ordered a taxi for us and we were in about 20 minutes at the airport. (I think the taxi driver didn't obey all the speed limits though...)

Our neighbor on the floor below us liked to talk to other people by putting his phone somewhere in the room and then just shouting at it, which was a bit annoying. After contacting him he changed his behavior and it was fine. In addition, although in general the kitchen was well equipped, it would be nice to have some wooden spoons to prevent scratches in the bases of the pans.

The apartment is quite spacious and very close to the main promenade. Parking was easy as there was a big parking area close by. In the area close to the hotel there are a number of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

Unfortunately no fault of the hotel but some guests were noisy in the early hours of the morning coming in from a night out. The kitchen could be equipped with more utensils.

Loved the location, hotel design and cleanliness.

The noise from other rooms was very bad. You had a 12pm noise limit but one night at 10:30pm I had to call reception due to music and singing. They stopped but started again the next morning at 8am. I think it was 2 or 3 rooms partying in 1 room

Everything was perfect, the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was so sleek and clean, and every thing that was provided to us was of good quality. The staff were friendly and very helpful with every request we had. Finally, the location was perfect, with everything being a 5-10 minute walk away like the beach, the clubs, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets. Stayed here for a girls holiday and it was literally perfect for everything we wanted to experience. Couldn’t recommend enough !!

Stayed there number of times before and it's always ok. It's cheap enough for a large apartment you get. There was a balcony too which is always a plus. It's close to any place in San Antonio, walking distance to taxi rank, bus station, etc.

It was extremely loud as the building was next to the building site. The worse however was the noise from other apartments and corridor. When people were talking on the corridor it was so loud, that it was almost as loud as if they were next to you in the bedroom. I also didn't like the fact that my personal card went missing. I had it placed on top of air con/lights activation box [not sure how it's called]. I was asking for it for a week, and no one could locate it. When I arrived by in Ireland I sent another message to the reception and I was told that they had another look in the rubbish area and found it... It was a plastic gift card and did not look like rubbish and wasn't in a bin so not sure why it was even taken during cleaning. It was posted to me...

How modern it felt - great shower pressure! the location close enough to the strip and beach to walk everywhere but far enough to not be disturbed by the noise. Also they refreshed our room every 2 days like a hotel!

The walls were thin so we did hear the neighbours more than we would have liked but everyone was super friendly!

I loved how welcoming was one of the receptionists we met during our stay. Can't remember his name (wears glasses, beard), but he was lovely and so helpful. He suggested places we could visit and answered most of our questions. Made the check-in quick and very social. The apartments were very close to shops, clubs, restaurants and much more. It's very central. There's a shopping Centre called La Sirena where you can get clothing, souvenirs and much more. Staying here gives you access to 10% discount to use at La Sirena.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The property was modern, clean and had great amenities. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

As a group coming for a ‘party holiday’ even we found it disturbingly noisy. The doors and walls feel thin and we can could her every conversation in the hallway and every time the furniture moved above us.
