Location is so central, but not enough to hear the mayhem of San Antoni harbour. It was strangely tranquil considering this is Ibiza. It’s also beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing. Room size was huge and it was cleaned daily.

Not much really! Only very monitor thing is corridors with no carpets like traditional hotels means acoustics vibrate in corridors. But it’s really minor.

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished. Great location close to the strip but far enough away to be quiet at night. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Staff were always very polite and professional. Sky pool was perfect to relax during the day, never crowded and the food was lovely and good value. Used the spa on the last full day of the trip, it was very clean and we were the only people there for the hour. The spa is only €15 for an hour for residents and is well worth it, pools, jacuzzi, cool room, outdoor seating, steam room and sauna. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing place away from the buzz of San Antonio.

Everyone was so friendly , the food was great, nice selection of things, we also had some chips on the rooftop bar and they came with these dips that were super tasty , the best is very comfy , the shower is very nice

Definitely not sound proofed, we were next to the street where at 11pm the bin men came and emptied huge bins which was loud and noisy and we’d have people walking past smashing things in the street which we could hear perfectly clear and we could hear the hallways

The room was big and comfortable, with all advertised facilities. It was a good location, close to the main streets, multiple shops and restaurants. Despite that, sound isolation is good and there were no noises at night (even though streets around are lively and loud). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and even arranged a slightly earlier check-in which we very much appreciated! There are paid parking opportunities in the streets around, so it was always quite easy to park our car nearby the hotel. Finally, we did not have an opportunity to try SPA facilities but it did look (and smell!) very good :)) next time I would be happy to try :)

Daily room cleaning could be a bit better, for instance, trash bins were not emptied, and floor was not sweeped. It would also be more convenient to pay with a credit card directly via booking.com rather than following additional links for room deposit, but it was not too complex procedure either.

Rooftop "swimming pool" is only 40cm deep. Huge disappointment. Website presents the "swimming pool" as property highlight but no mention of depth.

This was a great place to stay in Ibiza. Close to the taxi rank so it was very easy to get around the island and to clubs. The spa area was AMAZING (note that you just get one free entry and otherwise you have to pay to use the pool). Rooms beautiful and spacious. Great place - would definitely recommend.

It was difficult to get the room serviced and the do not disturb/please make up room signs always blew off the door handle. This meant we were often awoken when sleeping or did not get the room made up when we were out. This could be easily fixed :)

clean, modern and had everything you could need. The staff are both friendly and helpful. nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely calm place to be whilst still being in the centre of town. The spa is AMAZING! I have attached a photo of the spa in the bathroom option! get staying here, it’s great for the local community too!

The hotel was very modern and looked as if it had been fitted out recently. The location was excellent and a short walk to the harbour or Cafe del Mar and Mano etc. From the moment you walk in you are met by the cooling Air Avon and the fresh fragrance that you fine in 5* Las Vegas hotels. The staff are excellent and always helpful to answer questions from the moment you book until the time you have to sadly check out.

It didn’t seem very busy as it was a great location and the facilities were excellent. Some people may have been put off by the price and the fact you had to pay extra to use the spa. The bar and restaurant didn’t seem very busy at all and the outside never had anyone using it despite it being peek season.

Central but quieter location, some nice cafes and bars nearby and it’s only a short walk to the marina. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, we left our bags in reception on the day of our flight home and were still able to use the facilities even after we’d checked out. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel was clean and lovely.

Lovely chic hotel. Lovely decor, modern, unassuming, peaceful and friendly staff. Our room ( monkey suite) was the perfect size for a family of 5 - two rooms and 2 bathrooms with interconnecting small hall / doors. Spa was excellent. Room was great with everything you needed and extremely comfy beds. Our checkout was 12noon and we were able to use the shower / store our bags before going to the airport later in the day. Would like this hotel in Ibiza old town / other locations.

An outside pool or plunge pool would make this hotel perfect - however it is only a 10 min walk to the sea / beach. Be nice to have a selection of teas in the room - not just green tea. We had to ask for bedding for the 5th bed / sofa - wasn’t made up or prepared - but no huge problem.
