The room was beautifully appointed, clean, modern, and tastefully designed with a chic aesthetic. The hotel enjoys a favorable location, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and local attractions, making it both convenient and engaging. What truly distinguished this stay was the exceptional level of service. Despite our early arrival following a 4AM ferry, the staff made every effort to accommodate us and graciously allowed us to check in by noon, which was immensely appreciated. My room offered a stunning view of the marina, and the high-speed internet made it easy to stay connected. Most notably, the staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left behind an expensive pair of reading glasses. After I provided a shipping label, they ensured the glasses were carefully packaged and delivered, arriving at my home in the U.S. shortly after my return. This thoughtful gesture exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction and left a lasting impression.

There was very little to find fault with during my stay. If anything, the early arrival made the initial wait for check-in slightly challenging, though the staff’s willingness to accommodate us by noon more than compensated for it. Beyond that, I encountered no issues worth mentioning.

The property was so clean and always smelt fresh. Our view was incredible!! We were on the 4th floor, there was 2 of us and they had upgraded us to a triple room which was a nice surprise! The location was amazing, so central, couple minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the bus station, in the middle of shops and restaurants, amazing! Big size balcony and enough storage space in the room. Loved the coffee machine! The staff were always so friendly and efficient, especially on the WhatsApp service, we could just ping them a message if they needed anything and they would reply quickly. We loved the sweets on the front desk :). Special thanks to Fer and the rest of the reception team who were so friendly, helping and welcoming!

I really can’t think of anything!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It was in the perfect location as it was in the heart of San Antonio, close to everything and walking distance to the main restaurants and the sunset strip. There was also 10% off for breakfast at the Bondi bar downstairs which was also lovely. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The staff was absolutely lovely and very caring they helped us have everything we needed and the room was lovely and spacious with a great view.

I liked everything except the fact that on few occasions we went out for few ours after leaving the sign to clean the room and the room would still not be cleaned yet or just started to be cleaned which caused us to leave again or wait before being able to use the restroom . The widows are also not soundproof so the noise at night was quite annoying considering that the area can be very noisy .

Staff made the stay at this hotel, in particular the female with the dark hair on the desk who was there most days. Staff were amazingly helpful and so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. Location was fab. Bedroom was large and even though we were at the side we still had sight of the sea. Bathroom was fabulous too.

No pool at the hotel. There is a massive mirror on the bathroom door which is amazing however there was no large mirror in the bedroom. This makes it difficult when there is a group of girls all getting ready at the same time. Mirror should be bigger in the bedroom.

If you are going Sant Antonio in Ibiza, this is the right place to be and if you want to get the most out of this hotel, I will recommend you to book the sea view. This hotel is perfect and everyone working there was soo sweet. Alberto the receptionist was sooo great and helpful to make my stay a memorable one. There was a lady on the desk in the morning. She is also very sweet and lovely. I truly enjoyed my stay here and I will be back again.

Stunning interior design and comforts. Mini bar is a nice touch. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Really clean throughout. Great location with easy access to beaches. Despite being above restaurants, bars and near the west end noise was minimal. I chose to stay here for 2 nights after 4 nights on a stag do in Ibiza and was perfect to rest & recover. Will certainly look to stay here or others in the Mambo collection next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sa Clau by Mambo. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The location of the hotel is great - only a few mins walk to the sunset strip. The bed was really comfortable and the rain shower was fantastic. The room, bathroom and public areas of the hotel were all spotless and their cleaners do an excellent job. The hotel was excellent value for money and I’d recommend the hotel and I’d stay here again.

The hotel room was spacious, view was stunning and everything was clean.

Wish there was a pool

The rooms are very nice and the location is exact in the heart of the centre. Since I am a light sleeper, that also was a bit hard for me because I heard noise from the street. However, the staff was really amazing and moved me up to a higher floor and upgraded the room, so I wouldn't hear any noise anymore. Fantastic customer service!!!! I definitely recommend this place!

A lovely hotel and a great value for money.. Located right next to the taxi stop (very useful as there's barely any ubers in Ibiza), and the disco bus is also very close. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, always gave us useful tips and quickly met our requests within minutes. The room is very spacious, the bathrooms as well. There is a nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the breeze.
