Very aesthetically pleasing and clean hotel. Many features and services not usually found in hotels in this area. Very comfortable rooms including a fridge

Security left a lot to be desired. There was this one security guard who would repeatedly harass us in our room. Even when sat watching tv he would bang on the door and order us to be quiet

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. One of my favorite things was the security. Guests are given wristbands at check-in and are instructed that no outside visitors are allowed on the premises. There were also security guards at the entrance of the hotel enforcing this policy 24hrs a day. So we felt very safe the whole time we were there. The breakfast selection blew our minds. It was like a buffet restaurant. 10/10. The pool area was also super nice and had plenty of loungers to accommodate guests. The location is great, with the beach, shops, restaurants and some clubs within walking distance. However, the big clubs (Hi, Amnesia, Ushuaia, etc.) are far away and we had to take lots of taxis which got expensive. But, the taxis line up outside the hotel, so it was never hard to get one. The luggage storage room is also very secure - we left our bags there all day after we checked out and had no issues. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We asked for a late checkout (1 additional hour) and the staff told us that the hotel was fully booked and they could not honor that request, which was understandable. However, the cleaning staff did not reach our room until an hour after the scheduled check out, so clearly the hotel could have honored the request. Other than being rushed to leave the room when we didn't need to be rushed, I have no negative comments!

We didn't really liked the same and (simple) food every day in the hotel. And what was really disaster that somehow someone steal 300 euro from our room whan we was outside. We was really disappointed 😞 about the hotel. How is it can happen.

I really liked the room, location and facilities within. I actually went init the barbers and met Rusty a great guy who own the barbershop within the hotel. I didn’t manage to spend anytime at the pool but it looked great and was fairly busy apart from the unfortunate rain that we encountered. I made breakfast once and it was good, what you can expect for a buffet style breakfast. No complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful which was great. Apart from my brother who lives in Ibiza wasn’t allowed to my room even though it was lunchtime, couldn’t understand why. If it was a group of us I’d understand, but policy is policy! We were able to pay €29 euros for a late check out for 6pm which was amazing considering our flight was at 11pm. I have not come across such a late check out before so 10 points for this. All in all very impressed and amazing value for money. will definitely be back. Frustratingly I didn’t take any pictures of the room or facilities.

There was not too much I didn’t like about the property to be honest. nothing worse mentioning. If you want value for money in the heart of San Antonio in a welcoming, clean and snazzy hotel this is perfect for you.

Staff were amazing. Always helpful and friendly to talk to or ask questions. The facilities were good with some concerns👍🏽 The hotel as a whole as wasn't expecting the quality & conditions of it (very impressive!) Location spot on...with atms and grocery amongst other stores near by!!

Some of the timings to eat. Snacks were poor...tended to be dry or over cooked. The tokens to provide when having a drink from the snack bar. The jacuzzi is in a glass box, which would be a bit exposing for some people. The sauna has a window door that anyone can peep through. No offer of juice during dinner time!! Found that strange. Not sufficient lighting in parts of the room. For people putting on make-up would have found it difficult as I had to really lean into the mirror which had a sink nr the bed!!

Personnel is amazing, always helping and smiling! Special thanks to Eliška, Andrea, Angelica and other barmen! Highly recommend to do a haircut at the hotel’s salon!

No one notified us we needed to have cash to make a deposit for tokens etc in advance. Also, when we made a booking we had an opportunity to make a special request which was an early check in. We received a confirmation that it will be done, however, no one said we’ll need to pay for it. That’s not a problem, but it would be better to have all the information on the website.

Great location, close to the city centre and Lidl, big parking near Lidl is also within walking distance. It was very clean and staff were super nice. Breakfast was also good, lots of options and they are working really hard and fast to refill the food.

They messaged me the link to check in, it wasn't working and I was told to contact booking.com with that - how could they help if that was the vibra website that was giving me the error? They were a bit slow with responding but in the end we didn't have issues checking in in person. Hotel is so loud at night - your can hear everything from the hallway - it's not possible to sleep without earplugs. The door to the toilet or showers it's just glass so not much privacy. We stayed there for 4 nights outside of season and it was ok, I don't think I would like to stay there longer especially during the peak season.

The facilities and location.

The noise from the corridors. When anyone was on your corridor talking, visitors or cleaners, or even the cleaners trollies, you could hear everything. On several occasions we got woken up by noise. There are security guards manning the noise, but often it is too late after the noise has happened. It seems there is no noise filter between the door and the corridor.

First of all this hotel is fantastic in a lot of aspects, Staff, location, facilities, Modernness. All staff go above and beyond to help you out shout out to Angelika who works in our doors bar she is great! Along with the other staff working alongside her. I was here 5 days in total All inclusive and it is well worth upgrading to all inclusive for the amount of money you will save. As Ibiza is VERY expensive to eat and drink out. My room was cleaned every single day to a high standard and the staff at reception were very knowledgeable and helpful. One more thing I would add, the security are very good and do not allow outside people into the hotel. Always great. The food in the restaurant was different each day with a great choice, fresh steaks, tacos and fish all cooked to order in front of you by the chef.

Not a lot but I would say is having to go outside for All inclusive drinks was a not good. Even when it was raining outside you could not get drinks from the inside bar which is just ridiculous. The Italian tattoo artist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a price for something and he called me a “Catzo” to his lady companion doing the hair and beauty, I understand Italian. Learn some manners and respect your customers.

Breakfast was fantastic, location is great, rooms are very clean and comfortable, wonderful facilities all included with the room, staff were extremely polite and spoke very good English

Only possible thing that wouldn’t make it a 10/10 is how little sound proofing the rooms have - you would have thought in one of the party capitals of the world that the rooms would be very sound proofed, but you could hear anything from the corridors
