Loved the pools, value for money, staff were really lovely and very helpful. Rooms were perfect for us with a balcony to sit out on in the evenings if we wanted. Location was great as well. They had some good food and breakfast options were great as well. There was so much to choose from

I didn't really have anything that I disliked. It was an amazing time in an awesome place. The other half found it annoying how you had to get a token for €2 to get a glass to buy a drink but I just kept hold of my glass and took it to my room so I didn't have to get another ticket

Me and my friend arrived at the end of October for a 4 night stay. First time in Ibiza, when booking a hotel we found this to have quite a few mixed reviews, however it exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival staff were very helpful, check in was super quick and we were quickly allocated our rooms. These were offered to be next to each other. Hotel was extremely clean in every way. Room was beautiful and again very clean, highly recommend booking a room with a pool view. We booked our break away with booking.com and did flights separately. No need for a transfer as Ibiza is easy to get around by bus from the airport we got on the number 9 bus directly to the bus station by the hotel, breakfast was amazing and so much choice. I would say it was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel stay, omelettes made fresh to order in front of you. Eat as much as you like and breakfast served till 12pm. Staff were very efficient in cleaning. I also highly recommend booking breakfast and dinner. We didn’t because of the mixed reviews but did pay one night to eat in the hotel on the evening which was perfect a wide range of food available, with fresh fish, burgers etc made freshly to order. This also included various wines and beer which you can have as many as you like. A good variety on puddings too. Overall an amazing stay at the Invisa hotel Es Pla and a really good location. A huge thank you to Manolo, Matheus and Omar and all the other staff, we really look forward to returning next year.

The hotel room was really nice, the breakfast was really good with different variety. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly from the reception to the bar staff to the housekeeping. The location of the hotel was really good, with lots to do around the town

There was a damp smell in the shower when you first get in the room but once you turn on the shower the smell goes. The dinner could be a bit better but that’s my taste

Great location, we were bed and breakfast, breakfast was good, decent choices.

The doors to the rooms are hard to close. There is a lock on them so if you leave the room without the key card it won’t lock behind you. However, People have to slam the door to shut it when entering or leaving the room and everyone can hear it. If someone comes back late at night it can wake you.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and quiet. There are two pools, both decent size with plenty of sun loungers around including large beds. Breakfast was very impressive with a huge range of food and beautifully displayed.

Terrible WiFi. Slow, disconnects and unreliable. The only other thing which I didn't like is the air-conditioning is controlled centrally and you can't control the temperature.

Very well managed hotel. All personell were very polite and approachable.

Small tight parking lot adjacent to hotel, ended up with a damaged rental car as someone trying to drive out from the tight spots side swiped my car in the process, luckily I was fully insured. However this is something that the hotel needs to improve.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel & it never fails to let me down. Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff. excellent location. good food. it's been refurbished again from last year. Its always the first hotel I look to book when going to Ibiza. hopefully I'll be staying here again next year

nothing to complain about

The room was brilliant. Comfy beds, exceptionally clean and modern. Bonus was it had kettle and complimentary drinks plus a drink cooler. Location was great, just a short walk to the action, bus station and supermarket. All staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel was more like a 4 star. Would definitely recommend.

Only gripe that a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant was let down by cold chips. Such a shame.

I liked the location, the staff are excellent and the hotel breakfast was good.

The normal rooms were noisy and need an upgrade especially the beds which were very hard and the showers which leaked all over the floor and the pressure was not good. You could hear everything through the walls and very noisy banging doors and corridors during the night. Previously paid for a more superior room and if staying there again would do so. Been coming to same hotel for more than 4 years so a bit disappointed to say least. It’s a shame because the staff are excellent and couldn’t do enough for you and other areas of the hotel are excellent eg pool areas, reception, lounge.

fab location, food was lovely lots to choose from. we went as a group of 18 in couples for a friends 40th birthday. couldn’t fault the staff at all. drinks around the bar great value for money, measures are HUGE. pool bar was closed but we took our own drinks & snacks, the staff had no problem about this we just had to use plastic cups. music around the (lively) pool was great! plenty of loungers aswel. honestly couldn’t fault this hotel. will defo come again!!
