Spotlessly clean Friendly staff Good swimming pools

Whilst there were a lot of breakfast options the hot breakfast was generally cold

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. All areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The reception area was full of light, and it was spacious with lots of areas to sit. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the pool and hillside. It was perfect for us as we were far enough from the pool so as not to be disturbed. The room was lovely and clean, nice modern decor, air conditioning worked well, shower was good, plenty of space to put your things, beds comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us, 5 minutes from bus station, Lidl, beach and restaurants. We liked being on the edge of the action. Plenty of sunloungers and two pools. I'm looking forward to returning.

Nothing, really. The only comment would be to put a sign up at the quiet pool asking people to turn their music down and be respectful of others. On our last day their was a group of young women who played their music loud and shouted a lot. I understand it's Ibiza, we were their to party too, but sometimes you don't want to be in party mode.

Breakfast was Amazing from continental to full English breakfast and Omelettes freshly made to order One of the best choices I have Ever had 10 out of 10

There was a live DJ was was very good who can on 5ish His music choice was really good but he came o to late ,has every day from after breakfast most of the guests would chill out on the sun loungers with background music but the DJ would have been better to come on the stage from 1 till 4 to get the vibes going has most of the young ones were getting ready to go out around 5 ,for food and clubs and he was wasted as he was playing to hardly anyone He’s was a fantastic DJ Adonis’s

Fab location and great find. Close enough to all the action but generally very quiet. Pools are good sizes, could do with some more sunloungers. Breakfast was really good for the price of the room, really enjoyed the omelette station. Drinks were reasonably priced and well varied

The room was very intimate to be sharing with a friend. We didn’t have a separate bathroom to the bedroom, the shower and toilet were just off the bedroom. I think this room would have been fine for couples but not good for sharing with a friend. Overall though I was really pleased with the room

Loved the pools, value for money, staff were really lovely and very helpful. Rooms were perfect for us with a balcony to sit out on in the evenings if we wanted. Location was great as well. They had some good food and breakfast options were great as well. There was so much to choose from

I didn't really have anything that I disliked. It was an amazing time in an awesome place. The other half found it annoying how you had to get a token for €2 to get a glass to buy a drink but I just kept hold of my glass and took it to my room so I didn't have to get another ticket

The hotel was in the ideal location, The Staff were very welcoming, the hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned every day, the breakfast had a very good choice of food, all in all a very good hotel, and will definitely be going back.

Me and my friend arrived at the end of October for a 4 night stay. First time in Ibiza, when booking a hotel we found this to have quite a few mixed reviews, however it exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival staff were very helpful, check in was super quick and we were quickly allocated our rooms. These were offered to be next to each other. Hotel was extremely clean in every way. Room was beautiful and again very clean, highly recommend booking a room with a pool view. We booked our break away with booking.com and did flights separately. No need for a transfer as Ibiza is easy to get around by bus from the airport we got on the number 9 bus directly to the bus station by the hotel, breakfast was amazing and so much choice. I would say it was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel stay, omelettes made fresh to order in front of you. Eat as much as you like and breakfast served till 12pm. Staff were very efficient in cleaning. I also highly recommend booking breakfast and dinner. We didn’t because of the mixed reviews but did pay one night to eat in the hotel on the evening which was perfect a wide range of food available, with fresh fish, burgers etc made freshly to order. This also included various wines and beer which you can have as many as you like. A good variety on puddings too. Overall an amazing stay at the Invisa hotel Es Pla and a really good location. A huge thank you to Manolo, Matheus and Omar and all the other staff, we really look forward to returning next year.

The hotel room was really nice, the breakfast was really good with different variety. Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly from the reception to the bar staff to the housekeeping. The location of the hotel was really good, with lots to do around the town

There was a damp smell in the shower when you first get in the room but once you turn on the shower the smell goes. The dinner could be a bit better but that’s my taste

Great location, we were bed and breakfast, breakfast was good, decent choices.

The doors to the rooms are hard to close. There is a lock on them so if you leave the room without the key card it won’t lock behind you. However, People have to slam the door to shut it when entering or leaving the room and everyone can hear it. If someone comes back late at night it can wake you.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and quiet. There are two pools, both decent size with plenty of sun loungers around including large beds. Breakfast was very impressive with a huge range of food and beautifully displayed.

Terrible WiFi. Slow, disconnects and unreliable. The only other thing which I didn't like is the air-conditioning is controlled centrally and you can't control the temperature.
