The property itself is incredibly chic and beautifully designed and appointed! I was lucky to get a corner room with wrap around terrace with views over pool and ocean, spectacular!! The rooms were nicely appointed with Le Labo, robes, and plenty of drawer space; I really liked the layout, and the turn down service was well done. The main pool was fantastic and an incredible vibe, especially with the DJ every afternoon and friendly staff managing poolside service all day long. The poolside CBD oil chair massage was so good, as was juice bar. The valet/porter staff were also really nice. The gym is the chicest gym I’ve ever seen! The proximity to beautiful Calas was also a plus! And the location being just outside of the main tourist area was superb.

Poolside and room service food was not up to the standard of a hotel like Oku. It was Ok but could’ve been better, especially the late night menu (more variety). It would be incredible if Oku had spa facilities for guests like sauna, steam, ice plunge, etc.

⸻ My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it truly feels like a second home. The warmth and friendliness of the entire team are exceptional. Every time we visit, we feel completely comfortable, and the service is outstanding. A recent addition is the concierge app, which keeps you constantly connected with the hotel. It allows direct communication and fulfills nearly every request, even for activities outside the hotel like excursions, boat trips, or any experience your heart desires. We spent ten days in a stunning rooftop room, which we highly recommend. It’s definitely worth booking early, as the view over the city and the sea is breathtaking. It’s peaceful in the evenings, perfect for couples looking to relax or enjoy dinner on the balcony. The poolside service had a new menu. For a ten-day stay, the selection felt a bit limited, but the food was always delicious, served hot, and arrived very quickly. The drinks are a bit pricey for what you get, but the quality and presentation are consistently good. A very special thank-you goes to Jonny, who works at the pool. We’ve now seen him all three times we’ve stayed here, and once again, he looked after us wonderfully. His warm personality, great sense of humor, and attentiveness really made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s such a pleasure to see someone again who welcomes you with a smile and brightens your day. We were truly grateful to him. The valet service was also excellent again. Our car was always brought quickly and efficiently. A big thank-you as well to Adam, who supported us in a consistently friendly and professional manner. There’s hardly anything negative we could say. The only small issue is the pool deck surface, which gets extremely hot when walking barefoot, so be sure to wear something on your feet to avoid burns. We were warmly welcomed back with a bottle of sparkling wine and a fresh fruit plate, which was a lovely touch.

The service was absolutely next level, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were so attentive and warm, and the concierge was incredible, helping us get reservations even during peak season. Breakfast was out of this world with endless options. I had read the reviews raving about it before we booked, and now I totally get why! The poolside food was also excellent, with plenty of healthy choices. I especially loved the juice bar and the amazing protein shakes. The workout classes were such a fun way to start the day, finishing with an ice bath. The design of the hotel was stunning, so beautiful everywhere you looked. I loved all the earthy brown tones and the focus on sustainability throughout the hotel. The pool was my absolute favourite spot, and the DJs were insanely talented, creating the perfect atmosphere. Even though the hotel is a little further from some of the places we went out to, it was more than worth it. We went as a couple and are already planning our next trip back!

The only thing that could be improved is the gym, it really needed more weights. Although it looks stunning with its aesthetics, everything else was exceptional, so this was just a very small downside compared to how amazing the rest of the experience was.

Its very beautiful, new, nice people. Very good breakfast. Live music in the morning’s having breakfast. Valet parking. Nice staf. Clean. Location is good, few nice places very close to the hotel.

Music from pool bar till 2am maybe, I don’t saw the point why to play music that loud if by the pool there is no party and no people. I think to play music in the restaurant would be enough. Because all visitors should be treated respectfully. Not all of them coming to ibiza for parties. But if you aren’t sensitive sleeper its gonna be okay. Also rooms are very tidy. But its okay is you aren’t picky.

I loved the hotel and the room was immaculate. The facilities were amazing and breakfast was varied. The music and entertainment by the pool was fun and cool.

On my second night of the trip, 2nd August. The reception staff gave a key out to a non guest without my permission. I did know the person but I was shocked that I was not warned/told that they would allow a non guest into the hotel and gave a key to my room without alerting me in the middle of the night who was of the opposite sex. I found this unsafe and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Nice room, the food at both the restaurants and the pool was excellent, and the pool area itself was also very nice. All in all, it’s a hotel that is definitely worth staying

Some aspects fell short of expectations for a five-star benchmark hotel, namely: (i) my check-in was delayed until 3:40 PM (a 40-minute delay, even though I had arrived at the hotel at 11 AM), and yet they still did not allow a late check-out, which is quite unreasonable given the delayed check-in; (ii) the gym is visually appealing, but everyone I saw working out (rightfully) complained that the equipment is poor and not functional; and (iii) at one point, I asked the concierge to call me a taxi back to the hotel, and they replied that they could not do so because it is not part of the service.

You simply cannot fault the staff - absolutely 5 star service there. From the moment I got out the taxi they opened the car door from me and offered me a glass of champagne, really nice touch. The surroundings and decor are gorgeous. The staff in the spa were exceptionally good - highly highly recommend a visit there and they provide excellent treatments too (this is coming from a trained massage therapist myself). The bed was comfy, location was fab, pool was gorgeous too. Really liked the food also.

The WiFi was diabolical, simply didn’t work. Video calls or streaming wasn’t even close to being possible. Whilst the decor was lovely, it was a bit impractical. We had a superior room and it was tight for 2 of us. The shelf in the bathroom was sloped so things kept sliding off, the handheld shower wouldn’t tilt down so it was full on waterfall shower (girls will understand how annoying this is if you don’t want to wash your hair) or blasted in the face with the handheld in its bracket. The shower door slammed shut too, hinges weren’t working properly, so caused a couple of bruises. All this being said I would stay here again and give it another go, hopefully the above can be improved.

Breakfast and dinner was amazing and staff were good at the hotel reception.

It is pricey and having to pay for water was annoying, given rate of room.

The hotel is beautiful and by the best pool / pool area of any hotel we've stayed in. The sunbed's were very comfortable, the pool was huge and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and was a generally nice atmosphere. They had DJ's every afternoon which was a nice touch and also came round with fruit skewers and shots of frozen drinks. The food both around the pool area and the OKU restaurant were really good.

Cocktails and drinks could've been colder. The price of water was very expensive and same for food, the pool menu wasn't huge and could've been some more snacky items if I was going to be picky.

We loved the pool area: great sized pool; wonderful vibe with music and set DJ's as well as live performances. The poolside team couldn't do enough to help offering excellent service everyday. The location of the hotel worked perfectly to walk to other locations: Cala Gracionetta and short taxi journey's to excellent restaurants.

The gym could've been cleaned and serviced with fresh drinking water and towels more regularly as sometimes there wasn't any drinking water available.
