Very nice little hotel, centrally located and close to everything, beach,shops,castle...owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with advice on places to visit and see. Room was nice and clean, furniture is a bit dated but functional, air-conditioning working very well and so was the WiFi. Beds were comfy,my daughter said she had slept very good😊, room was made and cleaned every day and all staff were brilliant. Breakfast was delicious,with local produce and very good Lavazza coffee. We had a really good time,and Ibiza is beautiful this time of year without the crowds. The hotel offers complimentary beach towels and shower even after you checked out in case you spend the day on the beach before going to airport. we could leave our luggage for our late flight. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and stay again

I can't fault anything

Our short stay at this accommodation was perfect! The staff were always very helpful and attentive, the breakfast was simple but good and fresh. Ibiza old town and the shops are a few minutes away by walk and although the room is very basic in furniture, it was very clean and suited two persons perfectly. Would recommend anyone to book this place!

There is not a lift however this was not a problem for us

From the lovely welcome on arrival, we had a lovely time here. The reception team could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely. They even supply beach towels which is a bonus particularly when you are travelling light. Right in the centre of Ibiza town. Within walking distance to everything.

Room was very small but we did have a balcony overlooking the street which was gorgeous.

Location perfect, staff absolute gems! So friendly, welcoming and went out of the way with helpful little touches (like finding us a baby bath to use in the shower!)

The croissant at breakfast as highly processed. But for the price of hotel the breakfast was fair and there was plenty of variety. Appreciate it would be tricky to offer fresh everything or else would end up with lots of food waste.

The customer service: their people were the best, always helpful and accommodating. The location is great! And the breakfast was amazing. Muchas gracias!

Sometimes the wifi was not the best from our room, but nothing major at all.

Great location and friendly staff. No elevator and check in is up a flight of stairs, so definitely not for mobility challenged. Breakfast hours were consistent and coffee was good, however breakfast was lacking. Room was cleaned daily and the balcony was a pleasant bonus. Would stay here again.

Great value and ideal for what we wanted. Breakfast inc...wgich was great. Good selection of drinks and food. Staff were friendly. Central to Ibiza Town. Only thing to point out is that theres no Lift in this Hotel...otherwise--- highly recommended.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's good value for money. Most notable are the team who run the hotel, they really make you feel welcome, offering advice on where to go. They offer beach towels and umbrellas as well as loaning sun creams. The Aircon was really effective If I come to Ibiza again I will stay here.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The rooms don't have great sounds proofing, but this is for travellers who are trying to keep their accommodation costs down. I know other more expensive hotels that are not as good.

Vicinity to city center. Price-value ratio. Interesting and communicative staff.

From a price-value perspective, the "downside box" goes missing.

We were a group of 4 friends meeting up for a few days away. This was a real value for money hotel, with breakfast included. It was basic but extremely clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They lent us beach towels and a parasol when we said we were going to Formentera for the day. Also, let us use the showers after we'd checked out, but our flight wasn't until 11pm. The location was great for exploring Ibiza Town and getting around. Handy bar/restaurant next door we we'd often pop into for a night cap on way back from evening out. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for value for money but want cleanliness and helpful staff!

Nothing - can't fault it for the cost. Oh, tiny note we didn't have hairdryers in the our rooms and this is on the booking.com facilities list. We didn't really need them so didn't ask at reception but it might be that you could request one easily enough.
