Location was outstanding. 10/10 view from the balcony, restaurant and pool area. A very pretty, relatively quiet and useful beach 100m from the hotel. Us and the kids played, sunbathed and swam there 3 days out of the 10. It has its own little shack serving drinks, cocktails and snacks. The hotel provides towels and sunshades The food was great (although we only paid for breakfast included as we wanted to explore). Amazing selection of fruit, pastries, bread,, cooked food, cava, juices etc. Lunch and dinner were great although not all on menu so be sure to ask for what you want and theyll make it! Dinner included wagyu burger, tagliatelle and lobster, steaks, fish, seafood linguine, paella - all well cooked and with reasonably priced wine and cocktails. The restaurant view is better than any in the south east. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable and IMMACULATELY cleaned. Well stocked with good products, w large Modern tvs that we didnt use. We had room 107 which had a great balcony with seating and loungers overlooking tbe pool and sea. Staff were super helpful at all times. Organising whatever we needed and suggesting/booking multiple restaurants and a hire car when we asked. The location in Siesta was perfect for us to pick and choose where we went in Ibiza. Walk to Eulalia, 15min ferry to cala llonga, cala pada and es cana hippy market or slightly longer to Ibiza town. The hire car allowed us to see the centre, north and east of the island, no longer than 25mins on good roads. San Gertrudis for great shopping, can marca for tbe caves, san miquel and benirras for two beautiful beaches and cala vicent for a great beach and best restaurant (the boathouse). The big indoor pool and jacuzzi were good for a bit of respite from the sun and a last dip before leaving on the last morning. We didnt use the treatments in the Spa but massages, facials etc all available.

Some decor in the communal areas a little jaded, but this is a VERY minor point. Saltwater pool, didnt bother us at all but depends what you like.

Very nice medium sized hotel with a family run feeling. Lovely welcome at check in and our stay just got better and better. We loved our room with sea view and spacious terrace (sun all day) , the food was great, and the restaurant staff especially the girls offering pool side service were just charming. Enjoyed the outside pool which was especially nice in the late afternoon /early evening sunshine. Great location for walking into the town but not too busy in the surrounding area , so felt like we had the best of both worlds.

Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel - the local beach was not very attractive to us - just ok but you don’t want to linger.. town beach has nicer sand and access to the sea. It’s within walking distance so not a problem.

Position, staff, small hotel, very nice, good breakfast with lovely view, restaurant in the evening was very good too. Pool was lovely, quiet, even tho it’s August.

I would put a couple of small bottles of water in the rooms each evening, maybe tokens to use sunbeds on the beach for a few days … I think asking people how they would like their eggs at breakfast is always a good thing… all the above would make it 5* I would say it’s a nice 4* at the moment…

Stunning location with spectacular views. We chose the hotel for it's proximity to the beach and the finish line of the Ibiza marathon which we were taking part in. We were there in April so the area was quiet apart from the Marathon day.

Because of the marble floors the rooms are quite noisy with noise from neighbours and cleaning staff carrying into each room. It meant we were woken up quite early each morning. The hotel may have 5 stars but I think that's based on location and facilities. The staff were lovely but it wasn't 5 star service and the hotel decor and breakfast set up felt quite dated.

Outstanding boutique hotel. Only 27 rooms available. We had an upgraded room with fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean, spacious and with all amenities expected. The food was exceptional and you could eat outside on the terrace by the sea also. Staff were friendly and attentive. We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel arranged for a bottle of prosecco and fresh fruit for the room too There are great indoor and outdoor pools available which are good quality. There is also stairs directly to the beach which is small and protected well with beautiful clear water. It was never very busy which was really special felt like a private beach.

The breakfast was good but most hot options were often cold and limited, so were not replenished quickly enough. The bathroom lighting was not good enough.

The hotel is in a good location situated a 15 minute walk along the sea to the centre of town and has great views of the bay. The staff were excellent. The hotel was clean throughout. The restaurant is very good with great views. It is generally a very relaxing hotel.

These things are minor, but…we paid for a room with a balcony and: the access to the balcony was low even for somebody of 5’8’’ (hitting my head several times); the balcony would have benefitted from a partition from the one next door. The large hotel next door was noisy at some points.

Splendid service from every member of stuff, Duccio the main manager to breakfast and restaurant stuff. amazing spa with great pools, saunas and hot tub. Breakfast was a 5 stars for a 5 star hotel, everything was high quality and well thought. Restaurant was very good and excellent value, i recommend any pasta dish and must have the stake!!! The restaurant has a splendid terrace overlooking into the sea. The building has been all renovated and facilities are perfect. I d defo would not rely on dated reviews to book the palladium.

Siesta is a humid area of the island, cause protected from the wind but comes with humidity during cold months of the year. The benefit is that u don t get the wind in ur face if u go for a walk/splash in the pool

We had an excellent stay at the hotel and liked the area of Santa Eulalia. The reception staff was very kind, helpful and always in a good mood. The room equipment was functional and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was truly delicious, with fresh fruit and the variety of salty and sweet elements. The breakfast area, including a spacious terrace is overlooking the sea. Beautiful ! The parking is in the vicinity and it can be handy over the weekend and in the high season as already now in May it was getting more busy. All in all, the hotel offers the space to relax and to escape from the busyness of other areas of the island.

Charming, wonderful, old-school service in a beautiful location and really well-kept hotel. Beautiful ocean view from our enormous balcony, sprawling spa facilities (sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub, gym, massages), really delicious breakfast buffet that changed a bit every day. Kind, easy, going staff members. Big comfortable bed. A nice 20 minute walk along the water into the main part of town. We loved it.

The decor inside the hotel rooms could be updated to match the classic chic style of the rest of the hotel

Location was great, quiet, private, family feeling, close to beaches, restaurants with a nice stroll along the sea. Hotel is intimate, small, personal, feels like family: same for very friendly hard working staff Pool is nice, rooms with terrace and sea view are wonderful. Food is delicious (lunch, dinner); breakfast is varied, rich and good enough, yet not 5 star - rather maybe 3.5 -4.

It was great to have a fitness center and a spa, yet - I think that the spa infrastructure didn’t work except the jacuzzi and indoor pool. Didn’t matter in full summer swing though - the Fitness center is functional, yet small and not at all maintained (e.g. towels missing, paper missing, no water, no mattress to exercise on the floor, could get cleaned every now and then.. it is still nice to have a small fitness room, yet not at 5 star level, rather at 3 star.
