I went to do the 12k ibiza marathon.location was perfect to expo and start line. 5 mins walk to the harbour and beach . Lots of shops restaurants and bars all around the harbour and beach. Beautiful scenery. All types of food available in a variety of restaurants. Staff seemed to be at a low but probably due to it been mid April and season has fully started yet..

There wasnt enough staff so waiting on food and drinks for a large group was roughly 1-2 hours. Mainly 2 hours but on occasions when few people only ordering was quick enough. They didn't have a good variety of drinks (alcopops) in particular. Lots opted to not drink because of this.

This hotel is exceptional. The view from our room was beautiful and amazing to wake up to every morning. There are 3 pools in the hotel all with great views of the ocean. The breakfast in the level was great with a good buffet selection and then also able to order other items. We had lunch in the cape nao most days the food was great as where the view and staff. Id specially like to mention the rooftop restaurant llum. This was the best meal of our trip we ate in several other highly recommended restaurant but tbis was by far the best again the staff were absolutely amazing very attentive. I would recommend the level as you have snacks , coffees and drinks throughout the day included in your stay in a relaxing lounge area along with a large patio beside the sea. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The only slight issue we had was a bit of a smell from the drains however, looking at all the hotels on the island this is common and likely not the fault of the hotels.

The welcome from all staff. The beautiful smells in reception. The cleanliness which was top drawer. Breakfast staff who were so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The level roof terrace (but see below). Happy hour vibe.

The see through glass showers which were also surrounded by mirrors!! Lots and lots of mirrors! Felt a bit overwhelming to see yourself in every part of the room all of the time. The fact that the rooftop bar was not part of the ‘level’ in terms of drinks. £500 a night and we were still paying for a beer on the rooftop. To access the ‘level’ benefits you had to be downstairs in the garden where you cannot be in swimwear. Felt a little like paying twice.

The location and amenities are nice but I was given a very uncomfortable ground floor room (which also did not correspond to the pictures on your website) so it had to be changed to a lower category while waiting for the availability of the room I had booked. For this, staff were very helpful.

Cleanliness of the room and breakfast tables could be improved. Service at breakfast could also be better. Even if staff did their best to solve the room issue, it seems now common practice to neglect solotravellers when it comes to the choice of room.

Lovely hotel that exceeded expecations. Stayed in a sea view room overlooking the pool and it had a gorgeous view. Very clean, staff were friendly and efficient, lovely breakfast selection and was really great to eat breakfast overlooking a stunning sea view. It was my birthday and without asking for anything they put cake in the room for me as a surprise. We had looked at other hotels in the area, but glad we picked this one for the location and sea views. It was very close (short driving distance) to Cala Nova and Cala Llenya, two of our favourite beaches. Being adults only it was also very calm and quiet at the hotel, which is what we wanted. Overall a brilliant stay for a four star hotel.

The room was a little bit compact for two friends sharing, but we really didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't bother us, it is well laid out with plenty of storage and it was kept very clear during our stay.

Almost everything went well, exceptions were at check in i was told that I have paid for two rooms, not one as done and said it is an error of duplication, because I had used Booking I had to contact them to get help, well, I did and the error turned out to be on the part of the hotel duplicating the reso and then acting like it is two rooms, after two hours of phone work over two days I got Booking to refute the hotel and show that it is the hotel that committed the error. Needless to say it was an unneeded hassle over two days. Housekeeping hard to find when needed.

Front office staff must treat the customer with more deference. The check in should have called her boss and got him to get off his chair and check the data system against duplication of reso as I was asserting, rather they kept me entangled with their incompetence for two days. I think they are too pompous and need more humility especially dealing with highly educated and powerful clients who do not tolerate mistreatment or unresponsiveness.

We're a 35-ish couple and we stayed here 5 nights. There were so many good things about this hotel, my highlights are: - Quiet or no music in the pool area (the music played was very chill and relaxing and not too loud which I really appreciate) - Decoration and attention to detail - Staff was very attentive and nice - Overall room and common areas were well-cleaned - Beautiful views and gardens well-maintained - 5-10min walk to the Santa Eulalia village (which is lovely at night)

One of the things I loved most was everything about this property, but one important aspect is that they are dog lovers. This really helped me as I have two little dogs, and both were happy with their beds and bowls of plates, food, water, and delicatessen for our dogs. I felt happy, and my dogs did too. We loved the service, around the pool area , and the sea view rooms were spectacular. The food in the beach club was good, and the service was fast. The staff was very attentive and service-minded. The breakfast was incredibly good with a lot of choices. I would give this hotel more than 4 stars; it's definitely worth 5 stars.I love the location because is very private with amazing view and far from the crazy parties.

We went for 3 nights for our honeymoon from 14-17th April and were in room number 716. Everything about the property deserves a thumbs up. The location, behaviour of the staff (we went at 9 am and we got the room), the breakfast buffet is widespread, the dinner options, the pool, the pool cafe. We would like to come back once again. Pro tip for others please choose the rooms between 701-716 (premium room sea view) for a better view of the Mediterranean and the hills nearby.

Upgrading to The Level Sea View room was 100% worth it! The views were so relaxing from the 3rd and 4th floors, along with the sunbeds on the balcony, it was the perfect place for a nap or sunbathing. And the rooms are spacious with great toiletries. The VIP breakfast lounge was so peaceful with great service, and all the same foods as the main breakfast buffet. The rooftop lounge, accessible only to The Level guests was also peaceful and had the best views of the entire property. Staff was helpful and smiley. We really enjoyed our stay

The Level rooms aren't conducive to traveling with family or friends, because of the glass showers and open concept sinks. The only restaurant on property was a bit pricey, but the food was good! Service at the restaurant was slower than expected - we waited 30 mins for our food to arrive, but it was hot and tasty.
