The property was very clean with a wonderful location. The decor felt cool and the fan on the ceiling was an important touch for us. The breakfast was excellent and full of choice. The staff were extremely accommodating and some of those most professional we’ve experienced.

The walls seemed rather thin. This meant there was a lot of disruption and noise, especially from chairs and furniture dragging along the ground in the surrounding rooms. The staff even helped us move to another room after the first insufferable night of constant furniture dragging, but it continued throughout the trip.

It's a beautiful boutiquey hotel on the beach. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, particularly Nieve, who was always happy and kind. My partner and I are vegan, and the staff were happy to serve us avocado in addition to the options available at breakfast. The beds are unbelievable! I'd have liked to bring the mattress and pillows home with us... but... it wasn't to be. Thank you for having us Rio Mar!

The room was a little cosy with minimal storage space. We mostly lived out of our suitcases for the week as there was no room to hang/fold clothes. "Mountain view" is a little generous as you look out on to the street - you may glimpse the mountain behind the buildings. I would love to see more plant based food on the menu next time.

Great value for money, friendly staff, incredible concierge, fabulous facilities

Riomar is a wonderful hotel, great facilities and a fabulous laid-back, friendly vibe. The hotel is well positioned just outside the centre of Santa Eulalia and away from the more crowded area and marina however you can walk there along then coastal path in c10 minutes. The staff are really friendly and accommodating; the food is delicious. We had breakfast included each day and ate dinner one night in the hotel which was really good too. The pool is refreshing with a nice area to relax on comfy loungers. The hotel has a beach area with its own beds and towels. It’s not the nicest of beaches you will find in Ibiza but we preferred to spend time there later in the afternoon as there was more space, the sea breeze was lovely, as was the bar to table service!

The rooms are small with limited space to hang or store clothes once you have unpacked. We went to Benirràs one day and couldn’t get back that evening as there were no taxis available. We called the hotel to ask if they could order one and help us get back however they said they could only order taxis to collect from the Riomar. This was not particularly helpful to support us getting home at night.

Overall a really nice hotel - everything felt clean and relatively new. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help. The food was very good. Sun loungers are oversized and very comfortable.

Air con in our room was broken on the first night but the unit was fixed within 24hrs. €9 for a pint of Heineken is pricey and there isn’t an alternative local larger. The rooms are on the small side for families. The beach isn’t the nicest and seaweed washes up over the week and is only cleared weekly - both beyond the hotel’s control.

This is the second year in a row I've stayed at Riomar hotel. It's definitely the best hotel in the area - excellent facilities, food, service, location and access to the beach.

Cleaning of the room could be improved - it seems that daily cleaning is done on a superficial level without proper vacuuming of the floors which results in accumulated dust and hair in certain areas, which become very noticeable after a few days for a longer stay.

Beautiful location and first class staff Accessible hotel for a relaxing holiday with family

Accessibility was key for our stay. The adapted room was almost perfect. To make it perfect, the complimentary toiletries need to be in reach of the shower seat, and a mop left available for a carer to dry the wet room floor. The public areas are almost perfect. To make it perfect, there needs to be an additional ramp, so that all seating is accessible for meals. If the terrace is full, there is nowhere accessible for a guest using a stroller to assist walking .

From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely. So helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful holiday. The hotel is designed so well, spotlessly clean and elegant. The location is perfect. The beautiful beach with very comfortable sunbeds just steps away. The pool was perfect, with luxurious sunbeds. The lovely range of bars and restaurants were just a lovely short stroll away. Santa Eularia is a great base for exploring Ibiza. We hired a car, but cabs were reasonable and plentiful.

Beautiful hotel located centrally in Santa Eularia. Wonderful and attentive staff, comfortable rooms with beautiful decor, and amazing beach and pool areas with food and drink service. Breakfast was amazing with many different options.

Nothing, our stay was better than I could have imagined. The room was a bit small, however with the great amenities provided on the property you do not want to stay in the room except for resting/sleeping.

The hotel was towards the quieter end of Santa Eulalia which was perfect. You could still walk to the restaurants, ferry etc but the beach immediately outside the hotel wasn’t at all busy mid Aug which was a relief. Such lovely, comfortable sunbeds, parasols & beach towels available at all times on the beach and by the pool. Amazing selection at the breakfast buffet, never looked tired. Fresh fruits, cereals, cheeses, eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, yoghurt, chia pudding, you name it… selection of juices. Coffee/tea brought to the table. We ate at the hotel twice, once at the Hando pop up (Japanese) one evening which was delicious. Another time for lunch at the Ocean bar - also great. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean, gorgeous views from the room overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds.

We couldn’t get netflix to work and did ask for help but no one arrived. Wasn’t overly bothered, my teen more so! Room isn’t sound proof (we could hear noise from restaurant area) but that usually quietened down by midnight and I took ear plugs so not a problem for me & teen unbothered.
