The property was very clean with a wonderful location. The decor felt cool and the fan on the ceiling was an important touch for us. The breakfast was excellent and full of choice. The staff were extremely accommodating and some of those most professional we’ve experienced.

The walls seemed rather thin. This meant there was a lot of disruption and noise, especially from chairs and furniture dragging along the ground in the surrounding rooms. The staff even helped us move to another room after the first insufferable night of constant furniture dragging, but it continued throughout the trip.

Exceptional breakfast, beautiful interior design of the whole hotel, complimentary sunbeds where you can find available ones even after 12 pm, the sustainable refill waterbottles provided each day, very quiet and peaceful area, the hotel staff (especially Georgi and Oscar) were very dedicated to ensure we have an excellent stay

More staff during breakfast (especially at outside area), cleaning staff sometimes knocked at our door and came in at 9 am just like that, rooms could have been a bit bigger

Absolutely loved the pool and the beach , excellent stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again ! The hotel breakfast was perfect & the views were amazing. Bedrooms were very small but wouldn’t put me off from staying again as everything else is such high standards

The hotel had a bad smell every so often . Specially from the hotels or showers when your in bed at night . Might be as ur was so hot the time of year we stayed but that and the size of rooms is the only downside

Great location just a short walk into town. Right on the seafront. Pool and beach area were great. Always got sunbeds but the biggest shout out goes to the staff. Everyone couldn’t do enough for us. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where the service was so great and the staff so friendly

Nothing really. There were a couple of days where there was no music by the pool but that could have been a positive for some - it was a very minor point

Riomar is a wonderful hotel, great facilities and a fabulous laid-back, friendly vibe. The hotel is well positioned just outside the centre of Santa Eulalia and away from the more crowded area and marina however you can walk there along then coastal path in c10 minutes. The staff are really friendly and accommodating; the food is delicious. We had breakfast included each day and ate dinner one night in the hotel which was really good too. The pool is refreshing with a nice area to relax on comfy loungers. The hotel has a beach area with its own beds and towels. It’s not the nicest of beaches you will find in Ibiza but we preferred to spend time there later in the afternoon as there was more space, the sea breeze was lovely, as was the bar to table service!

The rooms are small with limited space to hang or store clothes once you have unpacked. We went to Benirràs one day and couldn’t get back that evening as there were no taxis available. We called the hotel to ask if they could order one and help us get back however they said they could only order taxis to collect from the Riomar. This was not particularly helpful to support us getting home at night.

It's a beautiful boutiquey hotel on the beach. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, particularly Nieve, who was always happy and kind. My partner and I are vegan, and the staff were happy to serve us avocado in addition to the options available at breakfast. The beds are unbelievable! I'd have liked to bring the mattress and pillows home with us... but... it wasn't to be. Thank you for having us Rio Mar!

The room was a little cosy with minimal storage space. We mostly lived out of our suitcases for the week as there was no room to hang/fold clothes. "Mountain view" is a little generous as you look out on to the street - you may glimpse the mountain behind the buildings. I would love to see more plant based food on the menu next time.

Overall a really nice hotel - everything felt clean and relatively new. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help. The food was very good. Sun loungers are oversized and very comfortable.

Air con in our room was broken on the first night but the unit was fixed within 24hrs. €9 for a pint of Heineken is pricey and there isn’t an alternative local larger. The rooms are on the small side for families. The beach isn’t the nicest and seaweed washes up over the week and is only cleared weekly - both beyond the hotel’s control.

This is the second year in a row I've stayed at Riomar hotel. It's definitely the best hotel in the area - excellent facilities, food, service, location and access to the beach.

Cleaning of the room could be improved - it seems that daily cleaning is done on a superficial level without proper vacuuming of the floors which results in accumulated dust and hair in certain areas, which become very noticeable after a few days for a longer stay.

Very comfortable stay at Hotel Riomar, everything was perfect - staff very friendly and helpful, lovely pool area, great morning yoga session, breakfast buffet delicious, sea view room with wonderful views, great location for wandering along the promenade in Santa Eularia.
