The woman on reception was super helpful (as always as I have visited many times before). She gave me the option of storing my luggage until check in as I was early and also key card to use the downstairs facilities until my room was ready. And when I was checking out she helped me bring my bags out to the car and made sure I didn't get a ticket. The cleaning staff was able to get some things I requested for the kitchen and were also really helpful.

I have no complaints. I have stayed here frequently. It's a great location, parking nearby and the staff is lovely and helpful.

Location was great with many bars, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance from the bus station.The apartment was really good and a pleasant surprise since there were mixed and negative reviews. Breakfast was good and was served at Xtu restaurant right below the apartments, but wasn't a buffet, we could order a la carte. Staff (Think her name was Medium but i may have misheard) at check in was very helpful and she guided us well.

Nothing really. Value for money.

The apartment was clean, and it looked to have been decorated in last year. Well equipped kitchen, new oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave. Reasonable selection of pans, however, only used for reheating pre-made bought meals. Plenty glasses, crockery, and cutlery. Opted for bed & breakfast. Breakfast is served in the cafe/bar downstairs, good selection of the usual spanish toastados; toasted sandwiches; and continental pastries plus a bonus of a cooked English breakfast at no additional cost. Good choice of fresh brewed tea/infusions served in individual cast iron teapot. Staff in the cafe were friendly.

Building situated on busy crossroads. Traffic starting early hours of morning, bin collection trucks starting at 05:00 on some mornings. Furniture was a little dated, kitchen cabinets could do with an upgrade, hob was worn, dials for the two rings didn't have any markings for temperatures.

Great location, reasonably priced with all the self catering facilities that you would want. We just had breakfast and dined out the rest of the time but there are plenty of shops if full self catering required. Air conditioning is a must at night in hot weather and ours worked very well. The flat was cleaned on a regular basis and the standard was excellent. We have stayed at the Parot on several occasions over the last 10 years and would return.

Over the years the apartment is starting to show that some tlc and redecoration would be useful as it’s beginning to look a little tired. This, however, did not spoil our stay.

The location is perfect : close to main touristic attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the beach (everything is less than 5 min walk). Also close to the bus station where buses brought us everywhere in the Ibiza Island. And also close to the Ferry ! It is a real appartement, where we can even cook yourself.

Bed mattress uncomfortable but maybe just didn’t suit me really noisy road below being on the crossroads better windows and patio doors would help with the traffic noise .

The location of this property is excellent situated in the heart of Santa Eularia. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and the beach and marina. and a fabulous Coffee shop on the corner (Monk) I travelled on my own to visit family and i felt safe and secure at all times in this location. The apartment was better than I had expected and the little kitchen well appointed with a very descent sized fridge. Lots of fresh towels and regular housekeeping - very clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I can't really fault this accommodation I liked it for many reasons especially the convenience and safe location for a lone traveller. Maybe more hangers would have been nice in the wardrobe!

Great location, air conditioning and balcony. Very good value for money. If not beautiful and expensive -totally functional. I was there for Ibiza, not an apartment.

Noise from other rooms. A lad's holiday next door meant the music and noise was very loud but in fairness it was 8pm. They went out and were reasonably quiet when they got back in at 7 a.m.

Quiet but in the centre of town and short walk to the beach. All facilities needed for self catering provided but a handy cafe downstairs if not wishing to cater for self. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very efficient.

Great location for beach and restaurants and bars. Large apartment, would fit 4 comfortably. Great facilities and air con. Would definitely stay again. Staff were really helpful when I had a query on the shower in our room. Prices in Santa Eularia have gone up in the last year so not cheap, but good value compared to other places.

The only thing I could think of is it would be good if the hotel provided beach umbrellas. The check in was via the cafe downstairs, which worked for us!
