Breakfast is good with lots of choice from full English (perfect fried eggs; scrambled eggs were a bit dry due to overcooking) to continental. It is unhurried and the staff are attentive though not intrusive. Fruit juices would be better fresh and chilled rather than from an unchilled carton. Dinner was very good although, on occasion, dishes served were not as ordered (ie chips instead of rice with the curry). I chose the set menu but there is also an A La Carte menu.

The kitchen area in the room is equipped with basic but adequate crockery, utensils, pots & pans, kettle, fridge, hob & microwave. The cutlery drawer could do with a pair of scissors. A washing up sponge, dishcloth & handtowel would be good additions on top of the provided tea towel. A little washing up liquid would be welcome to tide you over until you get to the shop.

Location for day tripping to beach or old town Ibiza, facilities, room size, clean, friendly staff, pool bar good food and drinks and reasonably priced. well keep all around, different pools to choose from. Pools small enough to keep an eye on kids. Good little activities for kids around 11am, 3pm and kiddy disco around 8 followed with adult entertainment like a quiz or singer Refreshing to see the owner still there daily talking to families every day. Dedication Roof top pool a must for the adults if only for an hour

Air con was a little tricky to get the hang of. It kept knocking off. Eventually figured out that opening balcony door for just a second triggers the air con to knock off. The supplied toilet paper is single ply only.

The hotel made our holiday. Reception staff were friendly on arrival and let us know everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant staff in the evening were all really good, particularly Julie who went out of her way to make sure we were having a good time and even moved tables around so we could watch the football. The entertainment was brilliant and different every night - Geoffrey was so good with the kids, they loved him. The pool was great in the day, it’s freezing in the water at this time of year but the kids didn’t care a bit! Lots of families playing in the daytime and lots of activities like pool and table tennis, it was a great atmosphere! We really enjoyed everything!

The only negative was the beds are a bit too firm for us, they would have been better with a mattress topper to make them a bit more comfortable.

The Location,the apartments themselves are excellent and comfortable..The peace at night.

Not much to be fair,but here's something:We always buy our necessities in Supermarket,tea coffee,sugar,salt,pepper,sauce,mayo etc and then it ends up in the bin I assume.If it wasleft there for next guests I'm sure it'd be appreciated..Just an idea..

15 minute walk into Santa Eulalia town. Two good supermarkets within 5 minutes of the hotel. Pool areas were nice. Food in restaurant was good the time we ate in it. Nice beaches also within walking distance (approx 10-15 minutes)

Spacious flat, lots of pools, Rooftop adult only pool was brilliant, great value for money, free parking, not too far from city centre and beaches.

Overall everything was really good! Although it is self catered we personally thought that some extra things could be supplied to prevent waste, such as- washing up liquid, cloths, scourers etc. Noise from other rooms transfers through the walls and vents.

Great adult roof top bar and pool. Nice spacious superior apartment with a large balcony.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower leaked over the floor outside, and the bathroom sink drain/water smelt of sewerage, so had to wash and brush teeth in the kitchen sink. Didn't mention it to the hotel as we were only there for 3 nights.

Multiple pools, including kids splash pool. Room was great with huge balcony

Fridge/freezer wasn’t the best, didn’t actually cool. AC also didn’t seem the best, was end of may so balcony doors open was a better option

The food in the restaurant was simple, but very well done. Bar staff were friendly and polite. Location was perfect for us, about 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of the bay so nice and quiet at night.

Excellent location and parking. Room very clean comfortable. Roof top,pool a bonus.

Toilet and shower very close to bed area and only frosted glass door separate them. Studio apartment.
