Staff were amazing. Food was great at Fire and Steps, as well as the breakfast. Used the gym and sauna which was good. Hotel was super clean and loved the room. Very cool place. Would've returned if not for the issue with being put in the wrong room with no reimbursement offered.

I was put in the wrong room on the first night and have been told I am not due a reimbursement. The first room was a Cosy King Room and I had booked a Fabulous King Room with Sea View and Balcony room. This has left me deeply disappointed in Booking.com and also W Ibiza as the error was not mine and I should be due a refund on the difference for the room. I was planning on booking to come back to the W at the end of the season, but will now look at other options.

I found the W Hotel in Ibiza to be very expensive for the quality standard offered. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t greet me as I passed by. I noticed a lack of activities and classes for guests, which was disappointing. The hotel was not compact and spread out, with some restaurants even outside the hotel walls, creating a confusing layout. I felt there was a lack of adequate security, as anyone could enter the room area. At the WET DECK by the pool, no one approached me to ask what I wanted, so I had to go to the bar to place an order myself.

Great hotel, stayed with a group of friends and loved the rooms, decor, rooftop bar and pool. Hotel is really lovely, beds comfortable, service was good. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Not a negative point however this hotel is in chilled hotel and town, while it has music in common areas & friendly staff etc, it is somewhere to stay with a relaxed vibe, come 9pm, there is no real vibe with places openly to sit and enjoy drinks within hotel. A good place to get away from the chaos - not somewhere to stay if you want to stay in the middle of the party!

The room I reserved in booking shows there’s balcony in the pictures. Upon arrival we got a room with no balcony and they said not all rooms in the same category has balcony and the others are fully booked. Then we had to upgrade and paid extra 100 euro per night and the balcony doesn’t even have the awning like the others. After we checked out the next day I received decline payment on my card then they sent me an Email telling me that they tried to charge me for the mini bar but my card didn’t go through. I checked the invoice and it is not even mine. Then they apologized for the mistake! I had high expectations for a W hotel but this one was a bit disappointing

It would have been the perfect stay if they'd have provided a proper iron & ironing board in the room!! This was the ONLY negative!!! Would have given it 10/10 instead of 9/10!!

location is in the middle of Santa Eularia - doors open up to the Beach which was clean, warm clear water, they had beach beds for W guests as well, pool area is good as is roof top, service is excellent - very friendly relaxed and professional. We had a suite with a huge bed / sofa shaped thing, you can tell that the quality of the materials like bedding, towels and even furniture is high quality. I guess you'd expect it at that price but, we've stayed at several 5* hotels in ibiza over last 10 years and id say that the W tops them, this includes ME , 7 Pines, and Mondrian.

nothing really, we did have a hire car which we used the hotel service to park for us, its 20 euro's per night. It wasnt a big thing but would have been nice if it were free to park.

cleanliness, the standard of most things were great

not the usual W standard, was very Citizen M style (flashy but less quality). Room was small, wasnt as posh as the W standard

expensive for what you get, pool toilets fairly disgusting all the time, quite dark so pee everywhere. breakfast is €35 euro each for a very average buffet. the cosy room isn’t as described. if you’re a couple there for more than a long weekend with a big bag there basically isn’t enough room for your bags. there’s also not a balcony which isn’t in the description. we upgraded to a “suite” which is a normal sized room but for an extra cost of €1800.

The services truly make this W hotel stands out. All the staffs are young, energetic and happy to help at any time. The Valet parking is a bonus, and the they upgraded us for a connecting room. The lounge lobby is funky with swings (my daughter loves it), the breakfast is good standard and they always accommodated our late arrival. Try their Chiringuito Blue for lunch….. you won’t regret it. The swimming pool is quite cold water, given the time we were there in May, bring a cardigan for the night time. Overall a feel good vibe in this hotel if you want a bit of sun, drinks, family time and good vibe in Ibiza. You can also exit from the pool side and walk along the promenade into town. Very convenient! Overall a very happy stay.

Maybe a bit more lighting in the room to do makeup.
